Hi everyone,I am looking for a old 2d spacefighter game on the pc. You had a small spaceship with all different kinds of power ups in a map, like getting missiles, lazers and deploying all kinds of weapon systems to attack your enemy. It has singeplayer missions and co-op custom games, where you could fight against your friends also.
Maybe it's Demonstar?

My questions:

1. A platform game where your character was a dinosaur or a dragon, gameplay was like Super Mario you had to jump around a lot. Sadly i don't remember anything else about it, only that it had a sequel with slightly better graphics.

2. Also a platform game, the protagonist was a cat with a sword and when you killed an enemy they dropped gold and treasure whick always bounced very far so you had to run after it it was a bit annoying :D That's all I remember.

EDIT: found the 2nd one, it's called Claw.

Both games are from the 90's I think or early 2000's

Okay so there was this game for PC, it was set in Ancient Egypt, inside tombs/pyramids all the time. Third-person, 2-d (3d graphics) puzzle solving, you could remove blocks of sand and had to solve a puzzle on each level.
You had to watch out for (zombies) and spiders. I think you had a staff with you but I'm not sure. I remember the .exe file named "Pharaoh" but I searched for Pharaoh everywhere and I can't find it. Anyone else played it???????

I'm looking for game that was set in ancient greece and involved ships, trading (fishing too?) and ship warfare heavily. It was a strategy game and i played it either in the late 90's or early 2000's.

I don't think it had any mythology in it but i do remember an old guy telling you when you finished performing a action or command.

i remember playing a game for PC where you control some ship or something and you move from side to side to hit a ball that is bouncing around to prevent it from getting past the ship. the point is to break walls and stuff and the ball can get power ups and things like that. But i cannot remember that that game is called. And also there are a lot of different levels like the beach, but it is not a space game. Please help! :)

This has bothered me for about two years. This game was obviously not popular and probably not very good seeing as i havent been able to find a whiff of it anywhere, but damnit I have a lot of childhood memories about it so i wanna find it.
It was a sort of adventure/rpg style game for either the ps2 or ps in which you played as a car and traveled to other cities controlled by and inhabited by cars via a highway system. There was customization and questing and little races... I really wish I could remember more but it's been like 15 years since i've touched the thing.

Ok well I may as well try on here to se if anyone can help me figure out a game I played a long time ago and can not seem to remember. I remember that it was an RPG and that the battle were turned based(I think). Also you had to find certain tools(like and ax and other things) to get passed certain obstructions. If I am remembering correct there was this one town you end up going to that was made of or had something to do with crystal or diamond. and in the beginning I think you are on top of a mountain talking to someone when there is an earthquake. I know that this may not be much help in explaining but it is the best I can do. Also there where monsters you had to kill. I am not sure what system it was on but it may have been on Nintendo, N64 or Playstation. Send me a message if you have any ideas about what it could be. Thanks.

I played a really great horror-puzzle side scroller starring a little boy that lost his dog (I think) in some creepy underground maze with deadly plants, and he had to figure his way out past them. I think it was somewhere between 2003 and 2006 (dk if it considered old really)but I am trying desperately to find it and failing so far ): help?

Besides the helmets it sounds like Double Dragon 2. Here's an image from the boss fight in a helicopter:

hey all. new here. Saw this thread. I've been looking for a game for a long time. I was really really young all I know is it was a PC game and it was before XP. Can't remember if it was WIndows 3.1 or 95 or DOS or what but definitely an oldie. The game, I don't remember much only at the time I loved playing it! Was addictive. Here's all I remember:
- first person
- a point and click /find and search game
- I THINK, I could be way off, that the main characters name was Christian
- I remember, you were walking down a path in the forest and there were trees on both sides. Now and again you would come to a fork where you got to choose which path you wanted to go down.
- I remember there was one area by a river and you were basically searching for clues
- Another scene was a school house
- I think the game, you were looking for clues, maybe something to do with a murder or disappearance>?
- Seemed like it was sort of a 'dark' themed game.
Only thing that came to mind was Maupiti Island, doesn't really fit ALL of your clues but worth a shot...

I would also like to take this opportunity to re-post my own mystery game:

2D, some later 90s or early 2000s, I remember it being some kind of arena, seen from a side-view, with lots and lots of characters (various, humans, aliens, mutants, dunno), it seemed like some free-for-all where the only objective is to run around and kill everyone. As far as I remember it was just pointless slaughter, and pretty gory as well.
The arena consisted of many floors that the characters ran around on, you could move between the floors as well. The floors were not very high, I think they were 2-character-height high at most.
Two things I remember pretty clearly: you could pick up power-ups and one of them was a drug (LSD I believe), and the second thing, there was a power-up that changed you into an alien, which could not only run on the ground but also on the ceiling, like a spider.
It was very intense, very fast and very gory, with some fast psycho music in the background. Seems like some indie game, I doubt a serious company would make a game like this.
//EDIT: oh yeah, and it was a PC game

Hi everyone!
I wish you guys can help me finding this game:
it was an adventure / quest game, consisting in a little pink-haired princess who has to rescue her sister(purple-head)kidnapped by an eagle (not sure about that) proceeding in a succession of landscapes. she has a magic wand and I remember a lot of flowers (pretty sure she has to "kill" the flower, but maybe not).
If I remember right, it was an Amiga game - same years as Gobliiins.

Thanks in advance!!

hey guys, I have three games that I remember I cannot find anywhere

the most important one to me, and the most vague, is this one game that I played in daycare while in elementary school (this was around 2000). you played as a green arrow I think, and you were in this gray, urban, mirrored map with a couple two-story buildings where you drove around with physics that resembled a hoverboard or something. there were also red arrow (enemies, I think), and when your partner cpu green arrow ran into them, they would just keep on bumping into each other. We weren't allowed to have the sound on so I don't remember anything about that. I played the game on an old windows computer and I think it was in a game pack that came with it or something. I only remember split-second flashbacks and images, but the emotions and my love for wasd video games was completely sparked from that. thanks a lot if you can help me

the second one was also from school. I played it in 2005-2006. it was also on a windows computer, but it was on a disk I think. it was kindof an educational game, since I played it instead of school because my school didn't have any advanced education beyond what was offered there. the game was in a mayan/incan/aztec setting, with music in the background and different levels to play. the graphics were pretty colorful, resembling ruins. that's all I can remember

the third game was this game that I played at my friend's house where there were two characters who fought off enemies. it was a really pixely game, and my character had a red ninja suit on with blonde hair and threw axes across the screen in straight lines, killing the enemies. the other character was blue I think, with a melee attack. the whole level was on the screen, and the map was almost like a maze which you could navigate with your partner.

if you guys could help at all, that would be awesome. thanks a ton

Alright, I've been looking for years to find some really old games and I've had no luck. However, I know they exist because my sister's found one of them before (then lost the name, doy).

I'll just write whatever I remember-- hopefully it'll be enough!
These are all from really early 2000s, game #1 might be late '90s.

Game #1
It's a PC disk game.
The title has to be something with the word Taxi or Crazy in it, even though it's not a driving game. The scene is that this taxi driver takes you to an apartment complex, and every floor is a mini-game. Either there's like 30 or 100 floors, I don't remember.
I can recall the CD rom cover-- it's an oval-ish brown headed guy as the driver and you're in the passenger seat with a weird font for the title.
A few specific mini-game/levels:
-A grocery store with food you can place in your basket. There's also a cat standing on the produce that you can click and it'll meow, or you drag it over something and it thumps on the ground. I think you can try to feed it a fish but the cashier says no. When you're done there's a checkout, and if you try to "buy" the cat the cashier will specifically say, "You can't buy that cat!" I only remember because I did it so much oops.
-A wrecking ball level with furniture like a couch and a stuffed bunny plushie where you can destroy the items into pieces and rearrange them into something new. When you remade it there was a sucky "shhoooop" sound effect. The background was this weird old playground with a tire.
-A game of Solitaire or something similar and when you won this weird dancing person bounced around your screen.
Those are the only ones I remember. The screen where you chose the level was rows and columns of numbers 1-?? and you click the "floor" level to play.

Game #2
It's an old flash game, I think from original Shockwave.
You are a chihuahua with a sombrero and you platform to eat burritos, tacos, etc.

Game #3
I can barely remember this one, but it's in my head somewhere. I think it's a PC disk game?
There are bears and a log level where you have to do something with fish. I really can't write much else, I have no idea how to describe it but I know how the art looks specifically. It's very pixely and realistically colored.

Thanks. :')
Still looking for an answer. ;__;
