Heya, not sure how I got here but I have a game that has really bugged me.

It is on the Xbox and I had only played it at a demo at a store when the Xbox was first coming out.
The demo had four characters but only two were playable in the demo, a warrior-like guy and I can't remember much about the girl. The other companions were a tinker guy and a girl.
You played two characters at once and could swap between them as you willed and it had block moving puzzles and a dungeon boss and I faintly remember dragons.

Sorry for not having much to go on but this plagues my mind so much.
Been a bit over a week, wondering if someone could please still help me.

I would like to replay 2 games of my childhood (not just for nostalgia reasons as far as I remember there were kickass games too :p)

The first one was bouhgt in a huge yellow classic game collection (it was a square sized lik lets say 30cmx30cm (could be smaller though since when you are a child everything seems bigger :p ) yellow thin carton that unfolded and became a 30cmx 120cm or something like that and had like ~about 30 games discs on it...

One of them was a very nice 3D game with mecha style robots/exoskeletons or somthing..

you begine in an yellow planet if I remember correct or a desert... you get in a robot and you can shoot bombs and ammo have a cockpit with the robots status (3d hologram of the robot and its damage like red if he had damage on its left foot etc )

and I remember that you could also launch user controlled missiles the first person camera changed to the missile's point of view and you guided it to the target.

I think it was called G-Nome... or something like that.. I cant remember but I am like 80% to 90% it started with a "G"

It was a 90's game I played it late 90's on a windows 95 computer the game could be older.

The second game is a real time strategy game with alliens it was interesting because it had to do with DNA and mutations so you find DNA from your enemies or stuff like that and use it to constuct soldiers with different attacking systems (like throwing darts or poison etc)

I think it was called Warbets or something like that. I was a 90s computergame as well (well because of the very good graphics it could be like a ~2000ish game aswell.. but I am not sure)

If there is anyone that remembers those games I would be very gratefull ... I want to replay those games so bad...

Yet another person to create an account specifically for this thread...

Also yet another person who's description is fairly vague. I have a fragment of a memory of this game from my childhood aside from that I had tons of fun with it. It was on either the Playstation or Playstation 2, though the first one is more likely considering its graphics.

I believe you played as a tank with a white/blue color scheme to it, and it shot blue lasers.
I remember one level began where you were on a grassy plateau I think on the side of a mountain and you had to go into a huge cave... All I remember is looking over the back of this vehicle on a small grassy field with trees and stuff and a cave leading into this mountain, and that the lasers were pretty so I shot them at the sun.

This has been bugging me for a long time, and I understand if the description isn't good enough, but I would be extremely grateful if anyone could identify this game for me!
Grudge Warriors perhaps? ( http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/Vx-cKr-usfo/maxresdefault.jpg )
It has different vehicles / weapons.
Yes, yes, yesyesyes that's the one!
Thank you, thank you so much! Thank you with every fiber of my being!

That's not it that game released in 2002. The game i'm looking for had to have been released somewhere from 90-98. Possibly earlier but I don't think so.

Also I remember the title screen having like a general looking guy or someone with a mean face and the title of the game above his head.
Panzer General/II?

Can anyone help me?

3D Space combat/strategy game, probably about 10 years ago, maybe more, maybe less.

Played the demo and you controlled maybe 3-4 ships, I think one was a larger vessel and a couple of smaller ones. Think it was set in an asteroid field.
Graphics were amazing at the time, with ships using thrusters when they turned around, and ships had proper shields that took damage and then shut down.

Okay, so I'm trying to find an older browser game. It was really well done in my opinion. It used to be on addictinggames before the nickelodeon takeover, I think around 2005. I don't know if it was downloadable.

The premise of the game is that it's a very engaging, realistic, and complex 'dating game' type. You go into a town and meet Sarah, a worker in the Coffee Bean (I think that's the name of the coffee shop) and she's a lesbian. There are quite a few other characters, some you can date and some you can't) including a guy named Matthew who if you play as a female (I'm not sure if that's the only option) you call a horn dog in the library where you meet him.

There are a lot of 'conflict' moments where you have to talk people down from emotional moments, and you legitimately learn a lot about the people around you in the game, and it's very interesting. There are TONS of endings. The town is pretty much open, it's 2-D, with a tattoo parlour, a restaurant, the coffee shop, the library, the cinema, an art gallery...

If anyone knows a game like this and/or where it can be found, please let me know right away! I've been hunting for it almost since the nick took over addictinggames and I can't remember it :(

Thanks for creating this thread by the way.

Back in the 90s I remember always heading to my friends house to see him play this game?

It was on the PC and it was from a disc, I think it had like 51 games in it?
Anyways there was this particular game which had like a format of super smash bros 64/melee/brawl but was pretty violent from what I remember.

It had health bars like from primal rage? You know like beating hearts

And it featured two penguins wearing bandanas and somehow involved them fighting over the last escape pod, which happened to be a television? My memory is really fuzzy but I remember seeing that game a lot. It sounds really weird but it was an actual game. Help me out?

I just thought of a game long ago in, again, early 2000. It was a first person space shooter were you could go into tanks and complete missions and whatnot. There were two different factions I believe. One of them was more of a basic tutorial and then later would become harder missions. The other faction started with its first mission as some sort of escort I think. Becuase when you went to far from it the game over screen came up and you lost and shit. Weird stuff. But I remember and like... You started as a guy that then would do different objectives and you could go into these tanks and battle off enemies. And again since I was too young to understand english I did not understand a single word of what they said in the dialogue.

Very sorry for the vague description. But I have a hard time trying to type down shit when I did not understand english.

I'm trying to remember this one PC game which was made in the 90's. I remember me and my bro playing it on the old 98.

It takes place on a military base, I think it was Area 51. Its a
3d game in first person point of view

It involves you fighting aliens; on the first part you try kill aliens which are flying around, while you the player are in a turret gun.

After that stage you fly in a helicopter, still trying to kill off aliens but this time you have to go retrieve a crashed down ufo. The rest of the game is in the deep obscure consciousness of my brain.

So yes, name please, if anyone knows what the name is I would be very greatful.

OK - I'll play... Here's the game I'm looking for:

Platform: Windows PC
Year: early to mid 1990's
Genre: Fantasy RPG/Strategy

You play as a prince or vizier of a kingdom, and you're trying to expand the realm. You can do this through diplomacy (managed through the map screen) or by going on secret missions to the other kingdoms to kill someone, or steal something important. The missions were first person, and the diplomacy and kingdom management was almost Civ-like. You had to balance the two, because you needed the money (to pay for the missions?).

I know it was released before May 1997, but could have been up to several years older than that.

TIA!

I used to play a multiplayer first person shooter on the arcades where you could choose between 4 characters, a blonde guy, a woman, a black guy and a big guy with a cannon instead of arm. Don,t remember much of the game but I know that some of the weapons are a rocket luncher with directed misiles and a ¨sonic¨ weapon that you could charge.
Also the bad guy is similar to a general.

The graphics if I remember well are similar in quality to the ones of unreal tournament, the game must be from the 2000´more o less.

[quote/]Well, since February I was waiting for an answer and still none. I will try to ask more precisely...

Platform: PC
Genre: Platformer, naval, action...
Year it was released: No more than a decade and maybe even a few more years, it could be a few years less than a decade, too... not so sure.
Perspective: Side view, 2D.
Protagonist: There was actually a selection between a gun boat, naval defense station thingy with guns on it, and if I'm correct there was one or two more vehicles.
Enemies: Bomber jets, fighter jets, not completely sure if there were naval enemies.
Setting: Modern, more or less.
Memorable Moments: I remember the first level was only an ocean at night (Not sure, most of the chances it was night.). The next level had an arctic background, icebergs, etc... it also had new enemies. Sadly, the second level stopped 5 seconds after it began to ask for a serial code since the game version was trial/demo. Also, I remember that the HUD had Roman numbers (I, II, III, IV, etc...) and I don't remember why they were there, perhaps weapon level or upgrades. I'm also almost sure that the enemy planes were green colored, most of them if not all of them.

I really liked the graphics of the game at that time, even though they are kinda old now, I considered them very good unlike other games at that time.

Note: It's NOT a flash game, it is downloadable.

That's pretty much it, I would be very thankful if someone could shoot out the title of the game.
Thanks in advance.[/quote]

I really need help in finding this game, much appreciated!

i used to play a game where you would hatch gremlins from eggs, name, and raise them and you could hold there hand to walk them places you could ride a skateboard, take them gardening, to the dungeon to explore, to this sky machine building thing and back down to slide on a giant tree with a face and you could go home and bake cakes for them to eat with what you found outside and when they got sick you would ring a bell and a horse would come and bring a machine where they would step inside for awhile and come back out all better

the gremlins would lay eggs randomly i think and when you clicked on them they would get sent by a bird to your homes incubator and when your current gremlin grew old and died he would walk himself to the graveyard i think i don?t remember too much but there would be a stone with their name on it aaah i really miss this game it was on a disk i hope someone can help i know this thread is rrly old :(

This game has been driving me nuts for a while. Mid 90s space game. You build a base and I believe other robot units blue or red? The enemy ai lands to attack your base and you pretty much defend it with base weapons and your troops. You can also invade as well. It's not 'Z' btw :)

I remember playing a side-scroller platformer on the PC where you played as a woman with a red top who threw knives. That is literally all I remember about this game (that and that I really liked it). It was probably released in the first half of the nineties, and might have been shareware, since my family seldom bought games back then. Help me Internet!

Maybe one of the Incredible Machine games?
If it is, it's on GOG: http://gog.com/game/the_incredible_machine_mega_pack
