I had a NES way back when and I can not remember this game. I want to say it had multiple games on the same cartridge but I could be wrong. I just remember very little of two of the games. One you were a guy walking around and going up and down ladders on a mountain looking thing. The other I barely remember I only recall it looking maybe like a fighting game and attacking stuff with a chain maybe. Sorry I cant be any help more than this but if there are any suggestions I can look at images to see if any of them are it.

Hello everyone I need some help figuring out the name of this game.

I played it back in the mid-90's probably around 98, however I think the game was acouple years old by this point. It was very similar to Risk, only the "territories" were broken down extremely small. Like north America probably had like 200+ territories in it. I believe I played it on Windows 95. I can't really give much more information other than that, it was very similar to Risk, taking over territories, I've been trying to figure it out for years with no luck. There weren't individual units or anything that I can remember, just an Army size that you had in a specific territory. Hopefully this is enough info for someone to ID it.
Sounds like it could be Hearts of Iron
Have look here maybe?

I hate that i dont have much details for this, but i decided to give it a try anyways!

Im looking for an old game i used to play, but it was just a demo. I only remember them being mini games against 4 players and i remember one of the mini games being that each player would roll around in a ball-type of thing and complete a challenge. Its been driving me crazy for months now not being able to remember the name of it. If anyone would like to throw some names out there i would appreciate it!

Ok, so seeing the game title "Clash at Demonhead" sparked my memory slightly about this game. All I remember is that a level within the game was called "Clash at xyz point" or "Battle at xyz mountain". I used to play mainly RPG style games...could be NES, SNES, or Genesis. I know it's not much to go on, but perhaps someone has a better memory than I do

I am trying to figure out the name of this game. It was either an apple II game or an early mac game. You would land on a planet and could either be a farmer or a miner. You would travel across the terrain and find a place to start mining. The deeper you went the better the chances of gold but also of cave-ins. Once you had the gold, silver, and copper you wanted you would travel back to a town and sell your ore. You could buy weapons and stuff with the money you made. Sometimes on traveling back to town you would, actually often, be attacked by bandits who you would see coming. You would shoot at them and they would shoot back. If you killed them you could take whatever they dropped. If they killed you then you started the game over. You could then get in your space ship and move to another planet. One of my favorites of all time was Sundog. This was not it though. Can't remember the name of this one.

Im trying to remember a certain game I had for the pc. I must have had it around 1996-2001.
It was a first person point and click adventure/ fantasy game.
It started off in a town where magic is persicuted. And everyones too scared to come out of their homes. It begins by trying to steal a magic lamp from a shop. To do this you have to set the shop on fire. Also you have to catch a talking fish with a piece of plastic used from a 6 pack of beer.
Other things include a demonic scratch card that can kill you and finding objects with spirits in them.

I played this game about 2 years ago and thought it was incredible, but since then I forgot the title and I can't find it anywhere.

You play as a scared boy in a dream. Rain is falling at the beginning. You are on the side of a transparent cube, so that if you walk over the edge of the playing area, the cube rotates and you continue. At the beginning of each level, you hear the boy's sister's voice narrating something. The aim of the game is to journey deeper into the dream to rescue your sister, and as you go deeper the sister narrates more and more of a story until you have a full picture of their life. Sound familiar to anyone?

Okay okay... I found this via googling and such... Also, please bare with me as it is past 3AM right now... (This is driving me slightly insane XD)... Anyways. There was an old game (assuming late-ish 1990s) that I played on the PC, I believe. It was a 3D game as well! It was some sort of racing or car-arena game... I just remembered playing the crap out of it and here are the lists of things I remember from it:

Castle-theme (The maps I played one were all castle-like arenas type of thing). Stone-like, castle flags, etc. All that such.

Many different modes (Including Racing, Deathmatch, CTF, Team stuff, etc).

Option to set how many AIs. (I remember driving about the map finding no targets due to setting only 1 enemy AI).

Power Ups. Including a Wrench for healing/repairs, shields, nitro (I think), weapon power ups (NOT weapons in general), etc.

Did NOT use realistic vehicles (Used its unique vehicles). Also, I do not remember any story mode nor any characters. It was more of a straight forward into game type of fun. That or I did not bother said stuff.

Green animated arrows on specific spots on the ground which boosts speed when hits. (Useless most of the time. Useful in races).

And so on... Anybody knows what I'm talking about? I've been looking for it and really wanna get it again! Tis was a fun game.

I'm trying to squeeze the Internet into telling me what the name of a game I played years ago is... but got nowhere. I'm hoping you folks can help me out. It was a game, I think for the original Xbox, which featured a team of criminals (serial killers?) who each had a specific power/ability. They moved through a prison or an asylum trying to escape. The gameplay was top-down -- you looked down on top of the rooms/halls of the asylum as you played. I know one of the team members was a clown and I think his unique ability was the use of a really big gun. I don't remember much more than that. It was very, very bloody but in a rather cartoonish way. Anyone remember this game?

Man , there was a game on the ps2 era i played in 2005/2006. all i remember is that its some kind of orange coloured world , as in the walls and floors are all orange and looks very soft like pillows i guess , its a 3rd person game , you could go on walls on most of the time,
And i mostly remember there was some guy like middle aged man with a cigar in a blue suit with a machine gun.

if enyone could tell me the name of this game, that would be amazing.

because ive checked through the whole list of all ps2 games ever. and i couldn't find it 0.0

O/s: PC
Year: 2000-ish
type: sports / future/ robots

Looking for a PC game i used to play a demo of back in the early 2000's. Game must have been made between 1998-2001.
From what the demo had, you picked a team (i think it was either red or blue) composed of about 4 or 5 robot like things that would face off against a similar team in this arena/bowl thing. The graphics were crude... 3D but not detailed at all. I think the ball (football?) was basically a 3D pylon that each team battled for. There were upgrades to be picked up in the arena and obstacles to avoid as well. If you got tackled (or shot?) or ran into one of the obstacles, your player would explode and i think you'd respawn at your endzone. The arena itself was shaped like the inside of a football(NFL) and you could kind of run( or hover, i think everyone hovered) up the sides of it and come down with more momentum to smash an opposing player. There may have been more game types/modes in the full version but as i said i only had the demo. I google image searched every possibility of ' arena, futuristic, robots, football, tackle, etc' to no avail. Help would be really appreciated.
Thanks All

I wanted to say i found the game, but thanks for trying chipsterd. The game is actually called HYPERBLADE. I was pretty far off in the recalling from memory, as the game is actually hockey themed, not football. It was also made in 1996, much earlier than when i first played it. Pretty cool game with fun controls, here's a link to some info on it, and dl. http://www.old-games.com/download/4692/hyperblade. So excited, about to install it!

this may have been answered before and I'm sorry if its a duplicate but I can only look though so many pages

anyways I am trying to remember a game it was a pre-PlayStation motorcycle game, you raced and ran from the cops. hitting any pedestrians or so forth would get the cops after you. If they caught you a variety of things would happen eg, the cop would sick his dog on you, he would arrest you and toss you in the back of the car, or and my personal favorite he would handcuff you to the back of your bike and ride off with you toed behind.

i'm looking for a game, you start off as a mechanical spider and you can shoot. basically you keep going through the levels shooting, but if you kill a bigger "mechanical" you can walk into it and you become it. like one upgrade is a tank that shoots bombs. as you continue though you find bigger and harder mechanicals to upgrade to. pretty sure it was for the ps1

Well, this might be a shot in the dark, but I thought I'd try this out. I've looked all over the internet for this darned game, and I just can't find it (largely because I just can't quite remember enough details).

This was a 2D game I played for a brief time on my Aunt's computer while I had access to it, ca. 1994-95. (I suspect it was a DOS game, but it might have been a PC or Mac game too. I also suspect it was a shareware game, but I'm not sure of that either).

My memory of the game is VERY sketchy. It involved a young wizard or elf as the hero, a wizard (I can't remember if he was a good wizard who helped the hero, or a villain who hindered him, but I think he might have been the former), and possibly another character, who was possibly female. The setting was a dark castle. I remember there were gems or orbs to capture in the game in order to score points and reach your goal, and I think there were monsters to fight too. [As to the goal, I'm not quite sure what that was. It was either pleasing/getting past the wizard, or rescuing a damsel, or something else]. The hero of the game had some magic powers and the ability to leap high up (possibly after catching certain gems? I can't recall). It was a 2D game, as I mentioned, so there was a lot of jumping up and down platforms, and of course, if you didn't make a jump, you fell to your death, and would rise again provided you had lives left.

I remember it being a very dark, tense game (for a kid's game). Maybe it just felt dark because, while there were rich colors in the game, the backgrounds were mostly pitch-black - I dunno. I remember it being a very good game - it was highly addictive, and quite challenging...at least at the time.

I'm sorry, that's about all I have to go on. I wish I could remember more - sometimes I'll remember a bit more in a flash, but then it's gone. I just didn't play the game long enough to remember much. But it bugs the hell out of me that I can't recall this game or find it again!
