If I may, I have an entry that I remember seeing my friend's mum playing when I was eight or so. (So like, 1996ish?)

I think it's either for the PS1 or the SNES (Those were the consoles out at the time)

It looked like an RPG to me, of some kind. The character who had very bright yellow hair, walked into a room. And his mum was doing a series of puzzles.
It was I think a bunch of "spot the differences" puzzles one after another in a series of double rooms.
And she asked us "What's the difference between this room and the other one?" and we couldn't figure it out. She then used the cursor which looked like a white hand to point out that in the previous room, the characters hair was moving (as if the other room had been windy) and this room was not.
So the answer was : His hair was stationary in this room.

I've always wondered what game it was, but I didn't know how to ask about it. Might anyone have any ideas? Please and thank you c:

(I looked up Alundra already thinking that might be it and that doesn't seem to be. The main character for that game's hair is a darker yellow and in a ponytail. The character I remember's hair was short and couldn't fit into a ponytail.)
Alundra being one of my favorite games ever, i can tell you that's not it ;)

It's Illusion Of Gaia (SNES) ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AH1D7i4XF7k&t=3m45s )
Holy cats, that's it! :D Thank you very kindly! You're the best!

I've been looking to find this one game in particular that I used to play on the computer when I was younger. It was either on PC or Mac, I'm not sure.
I can't remember much about the game itself, but I think it was a sort of educational game for kids.
I do remember a sort of side-area within the main game, where you could "enter a mousehole" and there were mice everywhere, the game was barely interactable as I remember it. There was a bar with a mouse "bartender" who would award you bottle caps if you met certain requirements.
I think that mousehole was only for when you had accomplishments, and when you did, there was this grandiose celebration with red curtains.
Also I remember one of the games being that you had to put money into a dispensing machine, and you had different coins with different values. The robotic voice of the machine would tell you to "use exact change".
The last thing I remember is that in between games, you would be transported in a school bus of some sort? And I more or less remember you being able to control where the bus went beforehand, and you would have an animation sequence for when you were on the bus, and when the bus turned, etc.

I'm usually able to find the games I'm looking for, but this... This is really getting at me ^ ^;

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a PC game that had 3 factions based on a tiled map. You battled to take control of control points with a group of units you commanded with other people who had their own units and the units were very starcraft-esque. For example, on faction had tanks, artillery etc and another faction MAY have been zerg-like but I'm not entirely sure...

It was quite futuristic and sci-fi but had poor graphics but great gameplay.

If anyone could help, that would be great THANK YOU!

Hey everyone,
There's an Asian computer game for windows xp or even 95. It is similar to monopoly but instead of actual piece, cartoon characters are used. Instead of the traditional monopoly game with the birds eye view of the board, this computer game uses buildings from a side angle. What I remember from the game that stood out was the option to use a motorcycle by the actual character.

Hey guys!

I'm lookig for two games.

The first one was DOS game, can't remember much about it except that it was about some weird guy (mybe with a Dr. in the title?) who had a mansion and a dog and you would wandered the house and the floors looking for some sort of minigames and specially one about painting. I remember a rocket and lots or purple in the mansion. Not much I know :S

The second one was an educational game about an alien who traveled around searching for diferent objects. I remember a mermaid in the first planet. It was called "The 7th planet" or something like that but I can't find it either.

I know it's dificult but if someone knows I'd be eternally thankful!

So there is a game I use to play way back when at school that I believe was on the Sega Genesis. The game was a space shooter, but you didn't actually fly around space. You were in some kind of robotic room trying to shoot at these bosses that kind of looked like cycloptic robot balls or something. Verytex has a very similar enemy, but I'm not certain that is the game. It is possible this game may of been on Sega Saturn or SNES, but I'm almost positive that it was on Genesis. I always think the game is some how connected to Centipede, but I'm not certain. I just know everything looked robotic and you flew around the boss shooting away layers to get to the center.

Where you on a space station and then you had to enter turret mode to destroy the blobs of enemy ships incoming?

Hey community :D
I'm actually looking for more games. Shockwave on PC years ago like 7-10 years ago.
The company's name starts with an S I forgot the rest. It's like miniclip games.. I'll just describe one and see if anyone remembers those.

You are a woman on a ship that has been attacked by indians or w/e island inhabitants. The captain of the ship is dead the doctor has been poisoned by one of the arrows and a drunk guy is somewhere in the back of the ship. You start by getting a rope and a wooden board to use as a shield from arrows as you pass from the front of the ship to the other side of it. You will need to get something from the captain (can't remember what) you'll make an antidote with the bottle the drunk man has and something else you get from somewhere on the ship. The goal is to get you and the doctor out of the ship using a boat but the machine that lowers the boat in the water is broken so you also have to fix that...

And they had more games alike. All this kind of puzzle/escape games. Ones that test your brain so to speak.. And can't actually find any of them for years.

I remember the logo of the firm being a yellow S in a triangle colored dark but I could be wrong.

If anyone knows about them reply please.

Hi guys!

So here is a tough one...

I played it on PC and mostly all I can remember was that it was 2D side-view shooting game, I played it more than 5 years, I am currently 21 but I played it when I was in elementary school...

AND that there was a big eyeball (or maybe two eyes) that was an life indicator of the player... it turned bloodier if you got hurt...

Sorry but I really don't remember much about this game, beside that it was fun :) I tried Google but no help...

Thanks for your help!
Anyone?

Here's one that has been on my mind for some time

-Late 1990's
-PC, 3D
-you controlled a futuristic vehicle (maybe hovercraft) that could shoot missiles
-Initially, your vehicle would lose health if you spent too much time on the water
-Point of the game (as I recall) was to collect 3 diamonds from different points in the map (they were always random) and kill bees and destroy their beehives (which could drop one of the diamonds).
-Once you had the three diamonds, your vehicle would be able to float over the water and reach a destination tower

Hey!

PC game: Third person , game was 3D, but old, about 10 years old by its graphics (I played it 7-8 years ago). You had to control a hero, which was fighting like a samurai, with a sword, I think. You had to go through levels, kill enemies (they were with swords too as far as I remember). Later strange gorillas with yellow and red eyes (I perfectly remember I weren't able to kill those without using a special combo). There were boss monsters too. It was possible to do fighting combinations in that game. What I remember else, there probably were 8 levels. When you complete them, you have to go from level 8 and back all the levels you completed before till you get to the first one (you just had to go back where you came from). Enemies, which you killed before, revived and they were like zombies and skeletons, which you had to kill too. There was a statue in first level, which requied a special weapon to destroy. Then you get to dungeons, where the final boss is (I think it was a dragon with 3 heads, each got different color and abilities (fire, poison and ice as far as I remember). There you complete the game. I remember that I had a fighting challenge after completion of every level. When you complete challenge, you get a scarf increasing your maximum HP. And the last thing I remember is that you could collect tokens with dragon markings on them but I don't remember what they were used for..

P.S. I'm not 100% sure if those tokens or bosses were exactly dragons. They could be snakes or something else

Please help me to remember that game!

What i do remember is the game having a rather dark setting, and you play as a little girl, and the game starts with you being at an old harbor. My brother and I are trying to remember the name of a computer game we played as kids in the 90s or early 2000s. It was a choose your own adventure type story/game. The story was about a small dog that ran away from home. Some of the adventures he goes on included: being scared of a lawn mower, getting sprayed by a skunk, and running into some bigger dogs. This game was part of a pack of simple games on one disk, but we don't remember any of the other games either. If you have any information that would help us find this game we would appreciate the help!

I'm trying to find a very old pc game. There are two monkeys, one on each side of the screen. You put in the coordinates & then throw a banana, either going for a direct hit on the enemy, but mainly breaking bricks to get to him. When I said coordinates earlier I meant Longitude and lattitude. I played it from 89-90, straight up ms dos, that's the time frame. If any one knows the name of this game so I can find it and get it, I would be very grateful.
That's gotta be gorillas for QBASIC

http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lps4ywYGqS1qlxdqt.jpg

Although you didn't enter latitude and longitude, you had to enter angle and velocity, and there could be wind that you had to account for (and of course gravity).

If you like that game you should try Scorched Earth which was also for DOS...same basic principle except you were a tank and could buy shields, parachutes for when the ground crumbles beneath you, and an assortment of different weapons (no bananas though). I was just recalling that because a guy a page or two back was describing a game that reminded me of Warheads SE which is also a Scorched Earth-type of game, but more recent with much better graphics, with the major difference being that the "tanks" were on different planets in space that were different sizes and had different gravity strengths.

Loved the concept...they were a really fun type of game....if that was even what you were looking for lol
