Ok.. Created Acc to ask this question

I remember playing this on either windows 95 or milenium (or in between)

you played as a brownish VTOL aircraft and you had to guard your base from enemy attacks, your base had two turrets and you could spawn Demo trucks using the F1 key and Tanks using the F2 Key, and also blue monster trucks. the enemy would always send a few tanks to your base followed by one demo truck, and you had to destroy their base aswell, you used the WSAD keys to move and it Wasnt a Top down game, but a 3D first or third person game.

thx in advance

Looking for 2 games from the 90's

1st being a 3D fps / RPG / strategy in space where you had to do missions looking through the eyes of a commander, you could be in a spaceship or outside (jump out) whenever your ship got destroyed you ejected and had to run around either shooting someone else out his ship and steal it or run back to base and grab another. You also had wingmen to command and you had to build your base too. Therefore the mix between fps, rpg and strategy. Sometimes the mission was to defend your base, so you had to build guard towers etc... One mission I remember very clear: hijack an enemy ship without damaging it and alerting enemy forces. You had to eject from your ship and had to snipe the enemy en then steal his ship.
Found this one already, apparently it was battlezone. Here's a screenshot:

I'm looking for the name of an old PSX game. It's been so long that I don't remember much about it, but I do recall that you begin the game on a plane or airship of some sort piloting a mech, then you end up crashing or jumping off or something and fighting someone else with a mech in a forested area on the surface in a battle you can't actually lose. It was an RPG I'm pretty sure, and for some reason I think it may have had multiple characters and/or scenarios you could play. My memory is so foggy that I can't really remember anything else about it.
Xenogears, maybe? Great game nonetheless.

Thanks for the help. It wasn't Xenogears, sadly. That was a good game though. It's really hard to remember any details about the game other than you start on a ship of some kind with a lot of empty cabins and the first battle is blatantly scripted so you can't lose.

Hi! I am looking for a game that was sometime in the future. You were playing as a mecha spider thing(blue or red) and you walked around climbing buildings and could jump pretty high. You were fighting other mecha spiders and i remember fighting the first boss which was a big spider located in a warehouse.

I desperately need to know what game this is..

Hi All
Can anyone kindly suggest the title of this game I used to play in the mid/late eighties?
Platform could have been Amiga 500 or Pc, not sure.

3D first person puzzle / shoot?em up type video game

A bland alien complex with many levels protected by alien type sentry robots
You wore a multifunctional environmental suit which needed regular power ups to progress by either destroy the sentry robots who dropped red power up globes or you retrieved these from locked rooms which can be accessed by matching the alien symbols written on the doors with the game?s supplied black rotary puzzle wheel.
I believe you had to reach the very top level to destroy angel like alien robots to complete the game.

I seem to recall the game started with you locked in a prison cell with an over sized table and chair. All through the game you had to discover secret door/switches to gain access to different parts of the complex while tackling even more capable sentry robots.

So, this has been driving me crazy for YEARS ......

It was a PC game from maybe early 90's. Just like Johnny Mnemonic story line. The hero smuggles data in his head, but can't get this particular data out. You have to help him get it out before it explodes. I believe it has some FPS in it. I specifically remember this one scene/puzzle where you had to solve something related to a Bodhi tree and there was this Buddha there talking to you.

I am NOT thinking of Neuromancer. this game came out after. PLEASE HELP!!!!
Are you sure it wasn't just Johnny Mnemonic? Because that was made into a PC game.

http://spoonyexperiment.com/2007/11/30/fmv-hell-johnny-mnemonic/

Only other game I can think of where you had exploding head data syndrome was Shadowrun.
Ok I spent hours I found the game I was trying to remember...I Only Hope it is the same one you looking for Burn:Cycle http://www.giantbomb.com/burn-cycle/61-3181/

Hi,

I'm looking for the name or anything on the internet about an Asteroids clone game I played back when I was younger. I don't remember much about it but I think the name of it was 3D Asteroids or something a long those lines. No doubt it wasn't made by a well known studio but it wasn't freeware, had a CD and box to it.

It was in the 90s, classic aerial view, graphics were renders of 3D objects, and there was a briefing screen with I believe a character/commander was talking to you. First couple levels were asteroids only, then the introduction to enemies, and I believe every 10 levels there was a boss fight. It was just a large, slow moving, circular mothership. Powerups would come out of destroyed asteroids, color co-ordinated and I think they spun around like a Mario coin. The screen would wrap around as expected (move off the screen in one direction and come out the opposite side). I think you started with 3 lives, you had a shield, and if you press SPACE you would teleport to another random location of the screen. There were 2-3 bars (Blue Red and Green I think) on the side of the screen that would depict your health, shield levels, and what have you. Whenever there was a briefing screen there would be a sort of beeping communications sound like a futuristic telegraph. It had pretty good music and I remember being able to just take the music clips from the directory, haha, they didn't have them in a weird protected file.

So that's all that I can think of. I apologize if it's a mess to read.

Seeing as you didn't mention what system it was on, it's kinda hard to narrow down, but I'm gonna go with:

Ghost in the Shell for the PSX

That'd be Ghost in the Shell. I used to own the demo of it when I was younger.

Edit: Haha, ninja'd.

2nd being a 3D robot game. Don't remember much, but you had the possibility to enter the robot (i think), you had to do missions and the scenery was in cities. A bit like iron man in the old days, superior robot in motion and weaponry. It was a very agile robot and fast gameplay when in mission. The rest was running around in base doing stuff. I think it was 3rd person view. Graphics were good for their time from what i remember. It was around the time 3Dfx voodoo cards had superior graphics. So pre-nvidia era.
Is the Second one Shogo Mobile Armored Division?

Okay so I started thinking of this game today. And I remember playing this about six seven years ago. It was made for the Playstation 1.
Basically in this game you start off on a ship. It was very 2D. And you start off in the first level. And the place had levels to climb on to. And there were trees and grass and such. Down at the bottom in the corner there is a door. You start off with these weird Furbie looking creatures that were brown and you can make them have babies. You feed them these apple looking fruits from the trees so they don't die. There are little stats floating around and you have to train the creatures to pick the stars up and take them to the door and deposit them and once its full it gives you a key and you unlock the door to the next level. You have to keep having babies and training them to pick up stars to fill up the next door so you can have another key. And train them to pick the fruit so they can feed themselves. Once they get old they die. And you get to name them all and see their family tree. It was really weird. But if anyone has a clue what this game is It'd help out a lot!
