Sorry for any english mistakes. Thank you :)
any other info ? pc? console? the only thing i can think of is monsters in my pocket but i don't think you fought bugs (been a long time so its hard to remember) and the date doesnt really match up with what your saying. but give us a little more to go on if you can :)
Oh im sorry you are right. It was a pc game. But its nothing like monsters and fantasy, its a "realistic" small man on oversized "realistic" maps like kitchens, bedrooms, sewers, all realistic environments.

I used to play this Ps1 game, a japanese tekken-like arena-fighter game.
It was set in a blue-ish cube, your fighters would fly around (not sure if they could fight on the 'ground').

Apart from a really useful 'Dash' move and it being pretty flashy I don't remember a thing about it though :(

Hope it sparks someone's memory, its been bugging me for ages!

Hi guys, this site looks like what I need to help me find a PC game that I played in the late 90s (I think).

I remember at the start you're in a bedroom and you're trapped and you have to climb out of the window and down scaffolding. It's a walk-around type game and can't remember the overall premise of the game but do recall walking around a factory looking for clues!

That's about all I can remember but with all these games I played when I was younger, I wasn't very good at it and didn't have the patience to keep going. I'd love to be able to have anther try at it!!

Thanks

Ok I'm giving this a shot. It's was one of the newer ps1 games because I was playing it on my ps2, an fps if I remember correctly. You were supposed to take a base or kill everyone on it or such. It was a snowy area and you started by a pipeline though I can't remember if there was multiple maps. It was a multiplayer game too 'cause I remember playing it with my brother. You started out by choosing an arsenal of weapons. I will welcome all suggestions even if they are wrong because I'm getting really desperate

i have four old games and an old gaming disc i don't remember the names of:

The first game was on floppy disk and all i can remember of it was that u played as a aligator/dino character that used 2 legs. the goal was to get to the platform by jumping and swinging on the rope the background from memory was black with white octagon platforms i never managed to play past the first level so description is a bit lacking for it.

The second game was a breakout ball game aka the games with paddles and balls that break bricks, the game had a similar idea to pong with paddles on the side of the screen but in the center of the screen was bricks made of metal and glass that had the sound effects for each when broken. the goal i believe was to remove all the bricks to advance. the game had amazing backgrounds but i remember only that the balls had tails that were ripple effects. each side could have a ball and there was a red and green side if the ball from the red paddle hit the green paddle it would become green to match and the power ups were things such as magnet ball and bomb ball ect. when the ball was missed instead of going off screen it would hit spikes that would kill the paddles and the ball would bounce back. there was an hour glass symbol on its side at top center of screen that showed which side had more points or bricks destroyed.

The third game i believe was called roads of rome however a search of that finds a flash game, the game was similar to simcity in which u build things but it was zoomed in more to see the characters as they go about their time. it was set in the roman type period with building and transportation being roman style u had to build roads and buildings and even aquaducts i believe and the characters would build camps and stuff then those would advance like simcity does. i believe it was hidden or secret game hidden on a disk that has different game on it it is an old game as i used to play it in the early 2000s and i think it is on one of the discs i have somewhere but its hidden and only shows up as a name and image and i dont have on computer anymore was very good game.

the fourth game was just a simple puzzle game the goal was to get to a target that was on a path that was blocked in some way or was in a large crowd of block/boulder type things it played kid songs like yankey doodle and others, dont remember much else about it.

Finally the gaming disk i want to know about was from Egames the whole disk had a bunch of games on it such as one called moon buggy in which u traveled over different planets and had to jump lava spikes pits ect. and shoot robots with missiles and stuff. all i remember of the disc was that it said Egames on it i believe the ball game mentioned before was actually a part of that disc i've found a disc named egames collectors or something but that doesn't seem to be it and even egames themselves don't have moon buggy listed on their site. Any help on any of these is appreciated hightly.

I'm trying to remember the name of a ps1 game, it was a 2D strategy/action game where you have pre-determined characters for each level, I remember that there were a Hyena, a green dragon, a guys that farts so that he can slow fall, that also has a shield, and he`s fat and wears an armor, a guy with a metal arm that is also a "chain", he can throws it to hook to certain hooks.

do you guys remember the name of this game?

Hello! Well I'm looking for 2 games. Both are on PC, and I'm pretty sure both are point and click (maybe the second one isn't). The first one was a demo, we started in a kitchen, I think we had to make some cookies and other things, there was another area, the garden, there was a washing machine there and a clothes line. We had to take a rope to make some sort of lift, and the demo ended when we would arrive in a city, with a picture of a guy hanging on the rope/lift.

The second one I barely remember. I think had something to do with pirates and we were in a cell, and a man came and started to speak with us, making questions, i think he even was voiced, after the questions there was something to do with the cell's window, i think there was an animation, and a woman, not pretty sure.

Sorry if my English is a bit wrong, but I hope you can help me with the games. Thank you

Ok people, here is your challenge. It was a PC game (at least its what i played on) late 90s early 2000s. You play as a marine style space soldier on a desert style planet. You have a machine gun and grenaids and you fight these spirder-like creatures. You can get weapon upgrades like plasma rifle and flame thrower. You can also get buffs like reinforcements, air craft bombings. Most stages were kill everything but there were also survival levels. It was a birds-eye w,a,s,d movement game. Any and all help will be appreciated
makes me think of expendable, though spiders were not the main enemy they would occasionally pop out of an infected victims head and attack.

Hello, few years ago i played some game with small robots shooting another robots/slimes/dashing creatures, all that action was happening usually in dungeons, first boss was a giant rat which was thrtowing bombs and stuff..the armour was from angel thyngy to lava stuff, the camera was somehow pointing from up to down at an 45' angle, sth like that..the weapons were a sword and a gun, or both of same type, and you could charge them with keeping pressing left/right button, in dungeons you were finding some boxes, of different colours and inside of them was hp/stuff like rocks and things, amterials usually, and in that dungeons you could find some shards, which were blue/purple/red/yellow/green and you could sell them in a weird area with tubes, the auction house was in a small village, in center of it, the games had some energy thing, which was used to revive in case you died, it had some minigames too, you were with a team in pvp and you were able to chose from 3 classes, 1 was tanky other was really fast and other was able to hide, the main thing was to capture some points..another boss was a lava giant dogg which was "hauling" when you were close to it, its like the small lava-dog from Adventure Time(Finn&Jake)(ill set an link to that dogg at final) I also remember you could at begging coustomize you robot with some fancy thing, like some 3 way feathers, or a browny-dark belt..Thanks in advice and sorry for my bad english..
The dogg: https://www.google.ro/search?q=Finn+and+jake+lava+dog&rlz=1C1GIWB_enRO582RO582&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=G5yxU4fZOIql0QW-w4DgCQ&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAQ#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=VugWN4--NIH64M%253A%3B-qJ5baXuLrkJmM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fimg4.wikia.nocookie.net%252F__cb20111122190649%252Fadventuretimewithfinnandjake%252Fimages%252Fb%252Fb8%252FS3e17_Firewolf.png%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fadventuretime.wikia.com%252Fwiki%252FFire_Wolf_Pup%3B427%3B347

please help! its a game where you were some sort of monster thing, and you would have to go around this maze and find something to complete the level, there would be other monsters and i think you could kill them, also at the end of the level you would be given a code incase you want to start from there and you could break the blocks and the blocks were a sort of purple.... ive really been stumped on this for 3 months now :O

Hey guys. Im looking for the game that is basically described by the user below.

He was offered the following suggestions: "Repton" and "Boulderdash".

"Boulderdash" looks very close to it, but it is just not it. Here is a screenshot of "Boulderdash".

http://www.ultra-fusion.de/taptoplay/2009/05/boulder_dash.png

The only platform i was ever playing on was a Windows PC, so the game was for that.

Let me describe the game from what i can remember:

- 2D-game
- you had to dig below rocks to make them drop
- you had to collect diamonds and gold (round gold blocks)
- you had to collect keys to unlock some kind of doors
- if a rock fell onto you, you were dead
- if you were stuck you had to restart the level
- (not too sure, but i think there were some kind of enemys that you could drop rocks onto

Anybody knows which game i am talking about?

Would be so awesome to find it.

Thank you.

There is this game that I'm going crazy trying to find, I don't remember alot about it, but I don't think its very old. I remember It was like a digging or mining game something like that and the character I played with was like a guy wearing a helmet and I could kill monsters with rocks after I dig under the rocks so it falls on them and every level would have a password, I remember one of the level's passwords is Hurry and one is emerald, its definitely not an action game. I would appreciate it if someone would help me with that. If you found out could you please send me an email at [email protected] or [email protected]

I was thinking eariler about all the games i used to play and one came to mind that i used to love, but i cannot for the life of me remember what it was so I wondered if anyone else gets this same memory issue and who knows Might end up finding some classics we forgot long ago.

My one is a PC game It was a car game of sorts driving around and arena leaving a coloured trail behind you and you killed other players by getting them to drive into the trail you leave behind. I think the cars and arena were mostly black (or at least the version i had was) and the trail and 'walls' coming from the cars were really bright colours depending on team etc. Like red, orange, green, blue.

Well there you go, What games have you forgotten, Hopefully we can rediscover old games we thought long lost!

Omg.. i remebmer one game that i used to play on pc... I believe i was in the 1999 or 2000... but either way you start as a farm dude as i remember. And the village is attacked by orcs i think. And there is a cutscene right after the attack where you sneak around, and jump from the roof to the orc shoulders and break his neck with your legs.. that is all i can remember.. but the graphics are in 3D. And i think it is an RPG game. i really really liked that game. But i think that i only played the demo version.. PLS!! i need to know the name of the game :D

So I've been wanting to find this game for the longest time. I played this game when I was about 8 or 9 on a Windows XP computer and it was a top-down game where you were an elf or wizard-like character with a wand that you could upgrade and change while killing trolls/gnomes. Every time you killed a gnome there was a distinctive sound like a "bloop" or something like that. There were also huts involved. I know that this isn't a very detailed post but this is honestly all I remember about the game. I'm dying to know what the name is!

Hi im trying to think of the name of an old pc game i played with my dad when i was very little it was release between 1996 and 1999 and featured a barbaric or medievil warrior style character in a 3d landscape set in 3rd person view, the only things i remember from gameplay is that there where huge pits filled with wooden spikes you had to jump across or risk being impaled, the enemies you fought had boar heads or masks with horns.. thats most of what i can remember.
Would love to play it again. It was on a windows pc if thats any help .
Also there was a castle involved in the story you had to get to, and i think you encountered a cyclops along the way.. the hero carried a sword in the game and had dark hair too. Please help me find this game and sorry about the little info i remember on it but i was only around 5 years old when i played this game.

UPDATE : It also may have only been a demo that came preloaded with windows pc at the time.

This game is so hard to come across havent even came across a screenshot and iv been searching for weeks at this stage. HELP!!!
Anybody have any guesses even!
!!!

Hey ..
I wanted to find a game , and I asked about it here , and got the answer in a couple of hours (The game was BlackThorne SNES) and so this thread has my respect :)
The game I wanted to ask about now , was probably a NeoGeo game , yes I used NeoRageX , And this game was about ninjas , There were 4 characters to choose , A standard ninja (with a sword and did the substitution jutsu) , A female I think , and one big bald guy who used a massive wooden pillar as a weapon :p
The game was a Beat Em Up , sorta like Streets Of Rage.
I've been trying to get a hold of it with no luck so far.
The game had a sequel , It was third person and I think it was on the PS3.
Thanks for reading :)

that sounds like a lot of fps games, anything more specific? was it somewhat realistic as far as weapons and shooting? like a rainbow six game, or more along the lines of fantasy like quake/unreal? when you say select an arsenal of weapons. what was the system like? cod/sof style ? one primary a secondary equipment etc.? even if you can remember what a weapon counted as like were shotguns available as a secondary or did they count as a primary weapon, any little details you can remember might help.
