Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.

Hello there,

I´ve been thinking about name of this game about 10 years and I still don´t find it out.

- it´s an Arcade game on PC,

- probably from early or mid-90s

- you could play 4 characters, each had other skills (If I remember right, one was for example archer, one I think good jumper and one had a shield).

- you played the game with changing this characters in game to go through levels with using the best from each of the characters.

- the map was classic arcade style, from first fast look was similar to Donkey Kong style of maps.

- I think it was ladders there, but some kind of lifts, elevators or something like that, as well.

Pleaaaase, help me to find it. It was really great fun when I was a kid .

Hi, so theres this old rpg from the 90's, its like a top down view. I played it as a demo in the late 90s. you start off in a room that has drawers or a cupboard that contains a bottle of cider, and when your character gets the cider and tastes it a recall his saying it was yuck or sour or something. then when you go outside you find your in a small town and the gate has been blocked by rocks (i think there was maybe an earthquake or something) so you walk around the town doing quests for people - theres an old man trying to work in his garden but its covered in rocks (from the earthquake i think) and you pick the rocks up and move them for him and he starts working in his garden and saying "working in the garden, hoe, hoe, hoe" or something similar. - thers a bell tower with a ghost in it, and for some reason i dont think you can understand her without an item you must acquire from somewhere beforehand, once you give her what she wants when you can understand her i think she goes away, leaving the towns people to use the tower again. - you have to find some golden flowers at some point and i recall soon after you fight the first boss, who is like a black robot ish looking thing with a central eyeball thing and it shoots magic or something at you. then the demo ends.
I have been looking for this game for almost 10 years to no avail.
please help!

So i remember this pc game from a long time ago so bare with me because i didn't get very far in the game.
It starts out where you're in this alley way and you click to move forward and look around. Then you go to move forward but this alien frog looking thing pops up trying to rob you with a gun. you click to disarm him and punch him then pick up his stuff. Then you go around a corner and their is like a bar with more of those alien things and you can type whatever you want and you could get a drink. Then later on you end up at a ship with some rich alien things and humans in this very nice dining room. then later i think you end up being attacked by futuristic pirates and you are put into the spaceships brig.
thats as far as my memory goes. I used to play it all the time on a very old Mac, the one that actually had a clunky back and was purplish.

anyone here who remember a game wherein you can only choose two type of character ingame where in one of the character uses boomerang as its main weapon, it's a 2d side scrolling game with bosses, the theme is somewhat fantasy or something

Bit skeptical about this, since there's a lot of questions and not many answers, but here I go anyway.

This is an old PC point and click adventure game, probably around 20 years or so, give or take a couple years. The only damn thing I can remember from it was the player (a male) being trapped in a room with a puzzle where you had to make several squares show tiny parts of a picture to make a mask ( I think.) If you didn't do it fast enough, (or incorrectly, I guess) your character would eventually take off his coat, lay down, and burst into flames and die. Any help would be appreciated.

A second one that's been bugging me for years is another pc game from around the same time. All I remember is being in a room that had a part of the wall you could click on for a closeup. After doing so, you zoom in on the part of the wall with a hole on it. If you clicked on it, a rat or something would stick it's head out and hiss/skreech at you. Scared the piss outta me as a kid. I remember a screwdriver being an item you could have in that game too.

Trying hard to find this game, but no results.

So the game what like:
- Rayman like guy that had a pickaxe and a hammer
- Platform game
- There was some fruits to kill, and you have to dig a hole and trap the fruits to kill them
- The only fruits i remember has pineapple, banana and coconut, but probably there was more

It's on a Sega Genesis Console Platform
It's an adventure game, and quite a hard one for me back then
The main lead is a girl (dressed in red maybe)
It's a Japanese title game
The first boss is fought on top of a giant flower (the boss is something like a butterfly)
The 2nd boss is fought in a fiery volcano of some sorts
The 3rd boss is fought underwater (some sea creature with vague impression that it resembles a lobster)
Everytime a stage is cleared, there'll be a picture of her posing her hard earned victory

Please help me name the game if anyone knows this game, many thanks

Hey guys, nice to meet you all.
I had only a demo of this game, so I may not be very precise here.
- This game was a real-time strategy one, sci-fi themed (like Starcraft);
- Your units were (by default) colored blue;
- Your enemies' units were colored green;
- Neutral resources/units (using the word "resources" because one of the demo's maps, one in the snow, had this huge generator) were colored white;
- I can remember 2 maps, one in the snow, other in the desert;
- You had one-time "special" attacks, like an air strike, amongst other things;
* It was a PC game (probably an exclusive).

Can anyone help me with this one?
It was an RPG that was a cliché that started you off in a burning village. My memory is horrible after that but I remember then being on a docks with a couple people who were on your team then you could talk to some big dude and he'd join your team. After that you had to travel through sewers and fight.
It was on the ps2 and it was from the early 2000's.
Also I remember one detail of it having a funny short extra video at the main menu where some characters were I think playing cards.

kay so this is going to bother me for the rest of my life until I figure it out!!

So there was this rpg-maker type game I used to play. I remember it started with an "A"

So it was about this girl who had purple hair that lived in a peaceful village. She discovers this woman who was unconcious in the forest maybe? Not too sure. Not long after, she gets kidnapped and sold as a slave to a cruel lady in a whole nother village far away from home.

A few months later, she runs away and successfully escapes. She them comes across this school that teaches people how to fight in some military thing. So she goes on a journey to help that one lady she found.

Thats about as much as I can remember.
I REALLY want to find this game agai, but its been YEARS and Ive forgotten the name.

it's a fantasy World with knights and monsters, base Building and army spawning. one of the Things a clearly remember is that in order to spawn dragon units you had to build a dragon lair, and this Building had a red dragon either on top of it or inside it.
if anybody remembers the game im thinking off i'll be much gratfull.

Been looking for an old game and typing all descriptions I can remember. Good thing I found this thread which could help me a lot.

Okay here it goes.
It's a PC Game around 2000-2005, basically STRATEGY. The view looks like a Red Alert game. You can click on your characters and you can move them. BUT YOU DON'T BUILD TOWERS AND STUFF LIKE THAT.

The gameplay is a mission type where you have I think 4 characters. You need to cross from point A to point B without getting caught or killed. You have guns, bombs and stuff. You play with the guards like hide and kill one at a time.

The setting is in the nature, sometimes desert like, sometimes grass, and one thing I remember, there is a stage where you cross a river.
