hello guys new here.
hope you are all doing well. I was glad to find this page as I have been searching for a game for the longest of time. I will get right into it.

Its an old coin op cabinet arcade game, it was a side scrolling plat former. The can be played by single or 2 players. each player was a boy wearing red or blue overalls. the guys went from left to right jumping through obstacle they can shoot bubbles from a bubble gun by default to trap enemies then pop them by jumping on them. and they can smash block with the same attack button they would draw a small hammer to smash it.

at the end of the level there would be a soccer football that they can kick into a "goal" and if successful a girl would emerge from the Goal and give the goal-er a kiss that would be displayed in a bigger box window.. each of the protagonists had 3 strands of hair on their head.

Can anybody help me?

I used to play a 2D platformer game or mini game (freeware/ shareware), where you was little-colored in blue, or red STICKMAN (not any xiao-xiao shit or SOLDAT or little fighter) fighting with computer or other plaer (deathmatch mode and maybe even capture the flag). It there were destrucive (like in liero or worms) map where you was running (I think that those stickmans were dropping behind them pixels colored like them), jumping and fighting player with for eg. sythe (if it drops on map and you get it. I don't remember if in game were included other weapons like guns. If it helps i used to play this like about eight years ago or something like that.

I spent about 20 hours to find it on the internet, but nothing found, even clue.
Please, help. It was really fun game!
Sorry for eventual language errors, but I'm not from USA or GB.

I am trying to remember an old PC game, 90s I think.

It was something like civilization but not turn based. You trained archers and other units. You farmed for resources, I think it was like pumpkin type food you grew then the farmer collected it. There was a map you explored which started out black at first.

It was set in historic times as I dont think there was any guns.

I think the archer was dressed in black and units said little comments when you controlled them to move etc.
Age of Empires? Age of Empires 2 maybe? I know they're pretty popular and you would've already known them but they are my guess because your description matches completely with Age of Empires but there could be many other games like what you described...

Uhm... Hi! So guys this is my first post here so be nice and bear with me... I'll get right to the details...
Now I remember two games and one of them is REALLY old so my recollection would be even worse... Ok so the first recollection is of a game a preview I saw on TV of a -- atleast what i recall -- PC game from either 2005 or 2006... my guess is that it was 2005... well in the preview first i think you see a big house in a remote area (i remember it being on top of a mountaing or hill maybe) like a castle... sp inside we see a photo frame with 2 people in it. Then an old bearded guy (not a long beard just a regular silver beard) writing on some kind of paper with those feather pens. Now you'd think that the game is set somewhere in the past but then there is a scene in which (maybe?) you're in a helicopter and its first person. the camera than turns to a little girl (elevenish maybe? she was not a teen but wasn't very young) seated next to you smiling and maybe wearing a bagpack?... ok so first you're flying and the last scene is again as if a gameplay preview in which the first person camera looks around in an open area with daylight and i think the girl is somewhere there too... this is where im drawing a blank... i'm fascinated by this game as back then i though its graphics were great but i was 8 years old and didn't how to google and obviously my memory was weak... I really need to know this game and i bet someone some day might tel me the name... hopefully this forum will help...
Onto the second one... I feel like this game is very niche market kinda game cuz i dont even remember how i got it but it was on a cd... ok this one is simple... the game is about animals... you are a horse... the camera is similar to WarCraft 3 meaning its kinda top down view... ok so you have this horse who i believe was controlled by your mouse + keyboard and you have to complete several quests and missions... its kinda open world meaning you could go anywhere (and pick up gems maybe?) then there is a mission in which you have to save this girl horse by getting her some water or gems or some weird thing i dont know... i played this game lord knows how long ago i dont even remember how old i was... i hope you guys understood that cuz i wrote this in a hurry(im just excited/anxious)
In addition... I may be WAY off on details about what I wrote above so if you know about a SIMILAR game don't hesitate to tell me as its possible i might have subconsciously added things in my memory that weren't really there....

2nd - Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron - Forever Free

0_0 ... oh my god that was so fast... im just... wow... Yes that's exactly it i googled it and instantly recognized that pic in which your horse is healing the other horse...(4th image if you google it)... THANK YOU MAN! for real i thought this one would be a mystery forever... thanks again!

Now I have hope for the first one... it was a 3d game and it was on tv so maybe its more popular? i'll be checking back here everyday :D... Thanks again diablo rules... you rule!
Thanks for your kind response.

Now, for the first game I think it could be:

Myst IV Revelation

because some of your clues match more or less for the trailers of the game. The trailer that you saw could be a mixture of these trailers.

check it out this trailer first:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eu_lyGIFaa8

and this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTjsDbWXv1Y

the helicopter could be the artifact that you use to travel among the "ages" of the game, and the smiling girl could be the girl that appears in the first minute of this review

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKIK9v2nW38

hopefully we have luck and this is your game! Anyways, I will keep an eye if another idea pops up.

No need to think any more bro... You were spot on! It was exactly this :D You have managed to solve 2 huge mysteries that haunted my mind for almost 10 years in mere hours... I'm seriously extremely grateful so kind words are the least I could give right? I give you the title of "Hero of the Day" lol... Again though thank you very much!
Don't know why I had a hard time remembering the name even though I'm a Myst 1 fan ^_^... And now I know the reason that the "graphics" seemed so realistic was because they used real actors not 3D models...
Mystery finally solved *throws file in the trash*... Thanks again man you rule

My brother was given a point and click adventure game for the PC for a Christmas present (very) roughly 15 years ago. It featured a pizza boy who delivered a pizza to a mad scientist (I believe the scientist had a stereotypical German/Bavarian accent) who had just invented a device (I think it was a shrink ray...). The scientist is then kidnapped and you have to go and find him. I don't remember much about the gameplay, but I do remember that there was a dentist's surgery as one of the areas. Anybody have any suggestions?

I remember watching my dad play an old video game on the computer when I was younger. It was a first person point and click sort of puzzle game with horror to it, I believe. I recall that you are with a baby in the beginning or something and you must go and warm the babies milk up in a microwave and when you return the baby is in the hands of this demon-like being that has a *pickaxe* (I think it was a pickaxe at least). It sort of hard to remember from that long ago, I asked my dad and he said Phantasmagoria, but I don't think that's it.

It's not Phantasmagoria but it's part of the same family: Sierra On-Line. This game is very hard! As an advice think carefully what will you do when the baby is captured by the demon....

So I got to repost this since it got burried last time

We are talking about a shmup game, possibly in late 90s. I had played it on my PC, but im unaware if it had released on other platforms.

There is the earth at the center of the screen and your ship can only move around it.

Your purpose is to defend earth by shooting incoming projectiles. If the projectiles scored a hit on the planet, it would loose a chunk.

There were also AI ships that I think tried to shoot your ship directly instead of earth.

The Graphics were full 3D from an isometric perspective and in the menu there was a battle going on between AI ships in the background. I think this game recieved a sequel that went full 3D space combat.

I found a similar game called "galactic protector", but its 2D and much older.

Ok so I am new to this but I have a game in my head and it is bugging me! In primary school, year 5/6(english school) I remember playing a game on the computer (probably internet) in which you are a group of children in (possibly) world war 2 time, you are collecting clues from all sorts of places like shops and in the street, I also know that it was a sort of strategy/simulation game... I have looked everywhere for it and cannot remember its name! I also vaguely remember the 'wot no' character in it too....Any help would be much appreciated as it it annoying me more that I don't know the name! I'll probably never play it I just need to know it haha!! Many thanks :) X

EDIT: I found it! No where near as good as I remember! SpyWatch and its a BBC game..That explains it all!

Hello. I'm looking for PC game 96-2000r.
You can control from 1 to 6-8 yellow blob or egg that gathers resources and builds workshops, it can also plant and eat tomatoes and some fruits, the game is a pc 3D eagle eye view. I remember that there were bulldozers (on higher level) that can kill your yellow creature if You make mistake:D
When they eat tomatoes they said: " Mniam mniam i eat finish" :). Funny game. Goal is to survive and move creatures to X point.

did you find the game? i'm looking for it too.

Planet Blupi

OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH

hello guys new here.
hope you are all doing well. I was glad to find this page as I have been searching for a game for the longest of time. I will get right into it.

each of the protagonists had 3 pointy strands of hair on their head.

please I would really appreciate the help

Hello :D I remember asking of a PC game here some time ago and I have no idea if I ever thanked any of you properly for helping me. In case I didn't...well obviously thanks a lot for finding my game.

Now once again I can't find a thing I used to play as a kid. I think it was around 2005? In any case after 2000.

It was a PC game that was both multiplayer and single player. The characters you played with were wolves (or hounds or whatever) and you had to kill some creatures -as far as I can remember- before dawn.

The gameplay was 2D and the screen was basically split into 2 areas, upper one being pretty small and that's also where the creatures came from. And you could see the moon hanging over there. The lower one occupied most of the screen and was underground. That's where you basically jumped, killed stuff etc.

I'm not sure but the game could've included chapters??
Bump again :C
desperate right now

This is a harder one for I am not going to be able to give many details (due to the fact I don't remember much) but this game was a PS1 era game. I would say it released anywhere from 1998-2001. Now for what I remember, it was an open world game with some linear aspects. It was 3rd person and had some adventure/RPG elements to it. I believe the main protagonist was a male. But the biggest thing that I remember was the music, it was a peaceful almost flute like melody that I can still hear at times. As for the scenery you were in a forest. It isn't a Final Fantasy or a Zelda game I remember just about all of those titles. I can not find what the game was after extensive searching so any opinion or ideas would help me greatly figure out what this game is that has been haunting me for years now.
