There is a game that I've been searching for the last 15 years...
It was a "pac-man"-like game, but I don't remember ghosts (maybe they were, it was a long time ago). I knew there were some other elements of gameplay, as balls fired from pirate cannons in one level, which killed you when touched. I remember other couple of things: in one underwater level, music of the little mermaid ("under the sea") was used, and in another one, some music from star wars. Also, there was certain level in which a black ball you thought your friend would divide in four and be the enemy for that stage.
Another notable thing is sometimes you could get "out" the walls of the map by secret passages.
At the end of the game, you had to set a self-destruction count for something, and get to your spaceship before the time ran out. After that, some kind of animals congratulated you for saving the world, and there were fireworks too.

Sorry for not giving many details, but those are all which I recall. Hmm... and it should be before 1999. The game was on 2d as well, with front perspective (as the normal pac-man). I've been seriously searching it like crazy in hundreds of cds and floppies many times, but I think I just don't have it anymore.
EDIT: Platform was either Windows 95 or 98, don't remember.

Thank you very much for the help, and I'll be trying to help the others as well! ;)

P.D: Sorry for any typos, I'm not english...
You mean Pac-Man World ?
Not at all... It was a pac-man clone; gameplay style was of classic pac-man. And it was 2D.
Anybody figure this one out?

There is this one marble game I remember playing when I was young I was born in 1999 and I this I was 4-6 at the time and I'm now 15 and this game has been in my head and I can't remember the name of it, all I remember is that it's a marble madness like game but better graphics and its not marble blast either it was in one of the levels it had a green background with lines giveing the picture that this level took place in a computer remember this I just a level and there are many more and the level platform was 3d it's view was top ire but the top was tilted forward and you can move with the board tilting up down left and right and the platform was on a motherboard like because I had those CPU highways and it had obstecles like holes and it had two seperate paths the top path had a zigzag of holes risk of falling in to I remember this because I failed at that so many times and I raged so also it had some music to go with it I can't remember the tune tho but It had music this had rattled my brain since 5 years ago. Also this is another game but some of you might know I had a computer that had pre downloaded games within I had the windows xp there was this bowling game of sorts there was this one level that it took place outside and there were fireworks going off in the background and had other different rooms that were either outside temple or inside classic sorry I'm more interested in the marble game oh and also the bal was small and if you find the name contact me at [email protected]

It started like this, you controlled a captain / soldier and had to find their way to the fort. When you arrive at the fort , where you could produce troops and build towers, you were constantly getting attacked by demon -like creatures which you have to keep in check while waiting for reinforcements. After some time arrives a large army of armored horse riders which you sweep over the demons and the victory is yours, for this map.
I 've been looking for this game for months and cant even find a clue....
Please, i would even pay the person who finds this game for me!

Hello everybody! I've been looking for this game everywhere, maybe you guys can help me. Actually I've never played it, but I remember reading about it in a magazine. It's a 3rd person shooter of the 90s, the story is about an epidemy or some, I can remember a few screenshots of the gameplay showing a woman (possibly the protagonist) dressed in purple. one of the settings was an abandoned hospital or a laboratory, hallways and rooms sprayed with blood in some points... any clues? thanks in advance

Okay, I'm looking for a computer game from the 90s or maybe early 2000s. It taught math with this female cat and various levels. One taught patterns with a quilt (I think), one level was set in Egypt and taught multiplication with crops, one had an elephant and balancing scales. I think there were also hang-gliding cows and maybe a level with a tucan and juice that taught fractions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have been looking for this game for years and I still have not gotten any closer to finding it again.
Years ago (at least 6+ years ago) I used to play this game, here is what I remember of it:

* It was a 2D multiplayer fantasy RPG game.
* It was old, as in it was supposed to run in operating systems such as Windows 98/2000 to XP. I think I played it on Windows Vista though.
* It even looked relatively old (the sprites, sound effects, etc). This included the server list/options as well.
* The game interface/HUD itself was literally all your options/map(?)/spellbook/inventory on a sideways bar on the right of your screen. The entire left side of your screen was dedicated to point+click movement on the game world.
* The game operated as per server, people would host servers and others would join them. By this case, it wasn't really an MMO.
* I believe you could select your avatar in the options menu of the game at startup, one of the avatars was a sprite of a blue animated dragon perhaps 16x16 in size (pixels).
* When you moved around the map in the game, you could come across a random battle - a bit like Pokemon. This battle would move you out of the map and put you into a new screen where the monster was on the top right and you were in the bottom left. You could use spells to combat the creature from your spellbook.
* There was an XP system - nothing special. You would gain skill points which I believe were used for your spellbook and gain levels etc.
* There was a simple chat system (I think?). It was Runescape style in regards that the text would appear above your avatar.
* I remember the start of the supposed theme, type this 'h hh j k l k k h k g k g j dd' into the online piano @ http://www.bgfl.org/bgfl/custom/resources_ftp/client_ftp/ks2/music/piano/ .
* The items that would drop were stuff like pendants, staffs(?) and many more.
* There was an official site at where you could download the game - it also looked old.
* Your character may or may not have transferred between servers, I'm not sure about this - I'm pretty sure it did though.
* It was free.

The game itself wasn't really popular because of how archaic it was, although there were populated servers to go on. After all, it's probably dead now - but I need to know what I played because I liked it back then. Please help.

I've read some of the previous requests but I can't help you, I am not that much into old games :(. I have this game in mind now, I can't specify year, but it's old (I've played it with my brother like 10 years ago). You only have the crosshair (cursor) and u have to shoot terrorists (I think), you are somehow a cop. I remember this voice shouting "RELOAD!, RELOAD!" when u were at last bullets in mag.

its like a maze with brick walls. top-down view.
there are enemies (not sure if theyre ghosts or aliens or humans) walking around the maze, and you have to find this diamond or something and get pass the enemies..
you can also trap the enemies by moving the wall/brick.
the maze is kinda colorful, like bright green, purple etc. And to trap the enemies you have to move the wall to close up the opening, provided that the surrounding walls are of the same color.
the time period when i played it was about 1999-2003ish
That's all I can remember.

I'm trying hard to find a late 90's, multilevel, 3D PC game about a frog that collects coins. The game was distributed in one of those cheap, 100-game compilations which also included a kickass Tarzan game. The frog jumped everywhere (in a frog-like fashion, I guess) and I think it had a yellow line in its back.

One of the levels was in an enclosed room, and a ghost resembling a face appeared. Another level was in a garden, and the goal was to avoid lawn mowers. Another one was within or near a volcano, as lava was flowing everywhere.

EDIT: Nevermind. I got it. It's name is Frogger 2: Swampy's Revenge.

90's DOS (probably shareware) game in which you played a commodity trading game at a table with aliens at a space station. It was a variation on Hearts with a few other game principles thrown in. You had gold, silver and diamonds I believe, and you could only see a few of each of your opponents' "hold cards". You offered trades and could "force" a trade once per round. You got points per commodity based on their respective values, and a lot more points for ending up with the most of any particular type of resource... so in theory, you could score higher getting mostly silver than the two players fighting over who gets diamonds.
The game graphics were a card table with a bunch of sets of hands (or paws, or tentacles), and a triangle with your commodity pieces.

Anyone have any recollection of the name of this game?

There is a game that I have been thinking of and it is on one of these three systems: nintendo 64, the original playstation, or the dreamcast. From what I remember the game was very dark and took place outdoors. It was either in first person or third person but definitely not top down and I am leaning more towards first person. I remember what I think was dogs would attack you and you had to jump on objects to avoid them. The first cutscene I remember involved this talking skull like thing with the spine still attached. It was not shadow of the damned or planescape: torment.

I'm looking for a game I played a long time ago with a friend on PS2.
-It was either one or two players
-You were doing quests
-Got to choose between good and evil neae the beginning of the game
-It was set in the Renaissance times
-Not Kingdom Hearts
-i remember we got to a part and we basically went to the underground and had to fight off these devil looking guys
-i think at the beginning a guy asked for a part to a machine
