Hey there! So a few games I'm trying to remember?
The first two I think might have come on the computer we had (though I don't remember what it was..)
The first one is a space game, very very basic graphics. Just red and green lines that made up everything, and you were in some sort of space vehicle, and you had to shoot stuff (I think by pressing the space bar?)
The second game was one with a bunch of dots, and a moving bar. You had to get the bar from one side to the other. As levels got harder, there were stationary bars that rotated around dots that you had to avoid.

The next game I'm thinking of came later, I believe. It was about a wizard. I don't' remember the goal of the game, but there were mini-games within it. Such as a matching game, as well as one where the wizard would try different potions (?) and his nose or face would change.

Any help would be great! Thanks!

I remember playing a game that was sort of an 3rd person adventure game, i remember having to fly a futuristic looking plane and taking out some targets while flying over the ocean, if you missed a target you would get blown up and had to start over from the last save point, which was incredibly frustrating as i remember the game being pretty hard. Another part you had to jump trough a giant slow moving fan, you had to time the jump just right or die and splatter blood on the wall (and again go back to last save point, which wasn't particularly close to the fan). I remember the main guy having some sort of sunglasses on, maybe black tinted goggles or some futuristic thing like that.

I can't remember the name of this game for the life of me, and it's killing me. Anyone?

I've been trying to find the name of this game for years. It's a space combat game for the PC back in the 90s. It was Wing Commander-ish, but you played as an officer of some kind with other fighter pilots underneath you. Those pilots could be sent on missions of their own (sort of like Assassin's Creed Brotherhood) and, depending on their skill, might be successful or not. Their skill increased with experience until they became Aces. They could also be chosen as wingmates for your own missions. There was a war of some kind going on, because successful missions would increase territory.

I don't remember a whole lot else about the game except one key fact: At the end of the game you would crash land on a planet that turned out to be primitive earth, and the locals would be worshipping you and chanting your name, which sounded like "Pharaoh".

Does anyone have any clue? I've been searching the Wing Commander games but none have been it so far.

Hello.

I'm looking for a quite old video game for PC, I think it might of ran on DOS. It was a rail shooting game (players use mouse to aim and shoot at approaching enemies); also the levels itself were static, meaning, you don't move around the space, you just see a static level and enemies come from sides of the screen or from different areas of the static level.
Lethal Enforcers, perhaps?
It definitely is of the same style, however the game I am looking for has more comics looking animated characters and it also has bosses. Like I said it really reminds me of the movie "Big Trouble in Little China".

Is it digitised graphics, or 3D? If 3D, it could be Virtua Cop.

I have been trying to find the name of this game for a few years now on and off and still no luck. I have a very vague recollection of the game so if anyone can name it I'd be amazed.

From what I can remember it's an exploration game, there is very little fighting (I think).

The parts I remember are:

You start off by exploring underground,

then after awhile you enter a square room with two doors (which are like the cave entrances in pokemon, not so much a door but a way to transition between areas), the doors are positioned in the top right corner and the bottom left corner. There was also a small wall which looked like a smaller version of the room and was placed in the top left of the larger room.

I also remember a part where you explore and at a certain area if you follow a path the floor starts to collapse. (Not sure if you die or you go to a different area if you fall)

There is also a part which once you leave the underground the top world is green and flowery and there is a building that you enter that may resemble a church with the layout it has.

Also throughout the game you have to collect items to progress to different areas.

As I said before, what I remember is very vague so sorry about that.

It was definitely not a 3D, the graphics were not digitised as well, it had a street fighter art style or something. And once again - it had a fiction theme, with Chinese ninjas, kamikazes and stuff, not terrorists in a big city. The heroes were of a special unit, but not cops/swat as I recall.

Hi, from Czech Republic.
About 20 century I played a strategy game, but I can't remember the name. Can you help me, please?
One clue is, that you have to build by a dozer, but it isn't a Command and Conquer. There wasn't infantry.
You were fighting with many tanks, airplanes and maybe ships. There were defense towers too. I remember that I builded a large cannon on rails. By the dozer, you can build factories for tanks, towers, airports and so on.
Does anyone know what it might be?
try finding a game called warzone 2000. It could be that.

I am trying to remember a game, but just can't seem to remember the name. I don't even remember many details to the game, it is an xbox game.

You played as a mage and your shawl would change colors as you obtained, or switched to, different elements. If anyone could figure this out I would be amazed because that's all the info I have. I can visualize the character and the changes but nothing else really.

So, I just remember a little, it's a PS1 games, you play as a pirate ship..kind of arcady-like, you go around in missions blowing other ships through the sea. I think it had nice graphics for the time...maybe 2-player mode ?

That's about all I remember.

sounds like Overboard / Shipwreckers!

My one's a bit vague. You would control a small group of soldiers on an Isometric map. The graphics and armour the soldiers wore are similar to Crusader: no remorse. However your soldiers would level up and they would have different coloured armours to show rank blue/green for lieutenant/major (may have gotten those mixed up). I think the game played in real-time but it could have been turn based. This would probably have been between 1995-99.

I'm trying to find this old game for quite some time now, so I'm wondering in you could help me:

- I remember playing it in the mid to late 90's
- It was a sci-fi game. The first level was a platformer and I think the main character wore a futuristic suit and he had a laser gun. The first level setting was a jungle or a forest and I distinctly remember jumping across a river on some logs
- One of the later levels had you in a spaceship or a flying craft of some kind (2D side scrolling). Im not really sure, but I think the spaceship was white with blue details (this could be completely wrong though)
- Even later, the game transitioned to a vertical topdown shooter (you were on foot and not in a spaceship/flying craft)
- The 3 mentioned gametypes would interchange as you progressed through the story
- I played the game on a PC (think it could have been Pentium II)
- Don't know if this will help, but I remember the model of the main character being a bit taller/bigger then in most other platformers (like Prehistorik 2, Jazz Jackrabbit etc.)
- You could pick up a weapon that fired something like hoops in an irregular fashion.

I tried browsing through pages and pages of old games and I still can't find it. Any help would be appreciated :D

Ok I have a game that I can't remember here and it's killing me, I didn't remember a lot about this game, it isn't an old game but it's not really a new game ether. It is a Japanese arcade, adventure, Role-Playing Game. It was made probably made around 2008-2009, I don't remember any story about this game but I remember that the weapon that the main character was using. You start the game with a wooden crapy sword, but later on in the game you can up grade it into a better weapon. I also remember in the story that later on the main character fell in love with a girl( a princess or something ) but later on that girl was killed by their enemies. I also remember one of the protagonist in the game was a huge dude and we can him to smash things or people. I know the description is really crapy, but please if anyone know this game help me out. Thanks. Also this game is probably on a Nintendo system or a playstation, If anyone could help me out that would be wonderful.

I'm looking for a game that I played on the original Xbox and it was on a demo disk with other games. It was a fighting game and all I can remember is that you could jump really high onto buildings and glide through the air and use magic. I also remember it always raining or being a thunder storm on the game if that helps lol. Been looking for the name of it for years and it isn't a platformer more like an action/fighter where you could pick stages/which character to play and it was fully 3D. Thanks to anyone that can help :)

Hey. I am looking for a game i played about 12 years ago. It is racing game for kids on pc, with cartoon look. I remember that on the beginning there is a map - player drives after a gray planet to choose one of 4-6 platforms with several racing maps on each other. There was fire (plenty of volcanoes), water, earth and flower platforms (and maybe others). I could choose character which was weird and twisted, I remember wooden guy ;) Maps were locked besides the first of each group.
Race: I had some spells to throw into other characters (mobs) and probably i could collect some, or maybe it was buffs that works instantly. On a flower race there was debuff that turns characters into a butterfly ^^ There was some save points, so when lava drew me in, i started from that point.
Spells: Locked. You had to buy them for points from races. Many accelerating spells and weapons. I remember a spell that turns me into a spider - i was able to move on walls.
Details: Spider map, jumping area, penguins or snowmen disturbing drive through, dragons on highest lvl, accelerating zones.

I am also looking for a Game.

Platform: PS1
Genre: Sci-fi (I think i remember slight RPG)

It's a quite old game, around the time of Resident Evil 1 etc. It had 3 protagonists, one blond haired guy who you played the first few minutes, and later 2 other characters, a woman with brown hair and a old man. At some point earlier you had to sneak past robots, which were humanoid in looks and i think had a red laser as a indication of their view. Also i believe that the 3 protagonists met at some kind of bar or something along the line.

Later the 3 protagonists had to work together and you could switch between the characters via a Walkie-Talkie, but i just can't remember the name.

I have been trying to remember this game for ever, can anyone help me?

-It was a PlayStation 2 game if I recall correctly.

-It was a pretty linear adventure game from what I remember (level to level).

-The story involved a large bird like creature.

-Can't remember the playable character, not sure if it was a human, animal or made up species.

-I also remember having to destroy these large grey eggs (that look a lot like regular seagull eggs in this day and age just bigger). I'm guessing these were lay'd by that giant bird we are pursuing.

-Sadly I can't remember what the purpose for the giant eggs were although I remember them bouncing as if they had a live creature trying to push itself out from inside the egg.

-Final boss battle is the fight with this giant bird like creature I think.

My doubts: For some reason I can't confirm for sure if the eggs were collected or destroyed but I'm 60% sure it was destroyed.

Games to be discarded: Jak and Daxter, Billy Hatcher and Spyro. It was not any of these games.

Thanks for any help :)
