Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.

~ I played it in the early nineties, so I figure it's either a late 80's or early 90's game
~ First-person view, point-and-click, PC game. I'm pretty sure there was a black area on the bottom or side with text for your actions and conversations and stuff, maybe even a border around the whole screen. I can't remember the graphics very clearly, but the time period should give you a general idea. On a scale of graphics I feel like it was above Neverwinter Knights, but not near Myst (if that makes sense). I don't remember it looking cartoon-y at all.
~ I remember one part where you're at some sort of business building and you have to get flirty with the receptionist, so you pick a flower from a bush outside and give it to her.
~ I remember another part where you go into someone's office -- maybe it was an office of the building with the receptionist? -- and you have to put on some virtual reality goggles...?
~ I think it was the goggles that get you there, but you end up on a beach and there's a (blonde?) bartender there and you can either ask him questions, buy a drink for yourself, or buy drinks for him. And, if you buy him drinks, eventually he conks out and you can progress in the game...

SO VAGUE! I'm sorry, but that's all I remember. I hope my memory isn't making things up to fill in the gaps!

I'm sorry if this is going to be extremely vague but I haven't played this game since 2004-2005
PC game (windows xp when I started playing it)
Female lead somewhat like Tomb Raider but not at all
Pretty sure the commencing scene started with a meteor in the sky and the female lead and another character who I think was a close friend or sister were discussing about how the world is in trouble or something along those lines
Throughout the course of the game she acquires different weapons
I also remember one boss level which is in a cave/swamp with a massive green monster?
The colour purple resonates with me for some reason regarding this game
If anyone could help, please let me know!!

I have one game I'm looking for, it was a side scrolling beat em up but the game's text was in French (I think)

The two main characters were young guys, one was a black guy. The game would be similar to Streets of Rage and Final Fight I guess.

The white guy's special move was him jumping in the air spinning his arms.

The only other thing I can remember was the game over screen was your guy with a knife to his neck by one of the street thugs.

I also think the plot involved ((can't really tell due to the foreign language) was the white guy's girlfriend got kidnapped.

I played the game in the 90s, but not sure how old it is.

Hey, i'm having a hard time remembering a game i played back in the 90's. and i'm not sure if it was an official Star Wars title, but it was heavily based on it at least. The game is an FPS, similar to doom, and its definately not Star Wars Dark Forces.

You start off with a laser pistol, inside, and in a corridor, continuing forward you eventually find an autolaser, most of the room are not square, there are angles and stairs and stuff. on level 2 you are outside, on what appears to be the surface of the deathstar, with the square and rectangular parts sticking up ect.

from my searches i'm starting to think i was playing an unofficial indie game or something.

I have a bit of an obscure one that I was hoping someone could help me with.

It was probably released early to mid 90's for the PC, it was a 3rd person adventure type game, it started with the character arriving in a town on a horse and the town had been put under some kind of spell or curse.

As you walked into the town you would see dead bodies on the street, there was a church with a bell tower that you could climb and inside was a priest but he would be quickly killed by a werewolf that would chase you around the town.

There was a bar too and some kind of flying dragon creature in there that could be killed.

There was a monastery, they wouldn't let you in at first because the didn't trust you but when you did eventually get inside you could go into the cellars, there was a long passageway and as you rounded a corner you would be knocked out by a guy with a big hammer, you would wake up tied upside down to a stake at a crossroads.
I think the final boss was some kind of dragon and there was a choice either to help him or to fight him, there may have been skeletons too.

The main enemies in the game were people that had been turned into animals, the werewolf was the main bad guy but there was also a bear and I think a moose too.

I remember you could only carry 2 objects, one in each hand and you could hit enemies with them by pressing either Q or E, there was also a part where you stole a witches broom but using it was just hopping along the ground with it between your legs.

There was also a big stone circle in the game and at some point all the animal bad guys came to it for some sort of ritual which I think transported you to the final boss.

I seem to remember the game had a name like fantastica or something similar. I did manage to get a rom version of it about 4 years ago but I've forgotten where from and kind find it again.

hello,
i used to play a game i don't remember the name or what it looks like but i remember its a playstation 2 multiplayer ( two players ) game and the characters choosing humans ( woman or man and a cave man ) or black warthog walks like humans with clothes on, like the ones they wear in battles but old and a ripped clothes playing in war collecting golden coins, clothes and weapons like arrows and swords these kind of weapons you can change while playing, buy stuff, defeating enemies and for the background is like playing in caves or something like that.

EDIT: the game is little bit similar to warcraft but its not

EDIT : i have found it and i would like to share it with you guys it called ( Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance 2 ) i know the description is different but this is what i remembered from it.

I remember a pc game,cd not browser and it was 3D, FPS and very colourful and the mission was like: you were a agent going to stop an evil mastermind, gentleman kinda guy that was hiding inside a submarine. I think it was like 1999 to early 2000 it was released and i remember my favourite character was a guy in a wheelchair that had a Hawaii T-shirt and you were like a agent or something trying to stop the evil guy and in the beginning you was locked inside the submarine and you find a boxing glove shooting arm thing and that was the only "weapon" you had. The whole game was built up as 100 obstacle levels and the levels had things like turrets, jump pads, teleports, inflatable ballons, alot of colour shooting cannons, enemies that i think were purple and looked kinda like the marvel character Juggernaut and slime, ballons, elevators, robots in different colours and alot of other crazy stuff. The first level was like in a little "prison" that you had to escape from and when you did that you had to jump some boxes to get the boxing glove shooting weapon thing and then shoot hole in a wall to keep on going, and after every level you had to go through a little tunnel with a door and then you start the next level in the same tunnel but at the other side of the door. I hope someone else remember this crazy game because its one of my favourite games as a kid and i can´t find the game anywhere on the webs. PLZ HEEELP GUYSS!

Hi, the game im traing to remember is...

- one of spaceships but the ships where bottles of alcohol and u fight against Flotaing brains and winged Toasters, u buy things when u go through the lvls improving ur weapons...
- In the game u coul choose between 4-5 different tipes of bottle that do diferent things
- One of the bosses in the game was a giant brain that shots little red dots and laugh in the space
- The graphics where 2d and u where a bottle that moves in the space, dodging and shooting things

You go onward into a grassy area where Carrot enemies bop out of the ground with angry teeth, go too close and you get eaten and stay too long and they hop toward you. I dont remember a huge amount more, only that there was another house there that you could get in...something there to do with firey furnesses....
I know it's not very much information, but any sort of lead would be so appreciated. Thanks."
