hi, (sorry for my english, its bad)
i need help searching a game. it was an rpg game for pc, (NOT an old dos game, from the nineties, early 2000's) with 4 characters. starts with a knight(with red hair,blue\gray body), then you find an archer, (long hair, green/yellow body), then a warrior (with beard, and an axe or a hammer, brown body you find him in a bar) and then a wizard (old man, purple body, you find him in his house in a tiny kind of island inside a forest). it starts in a forest, i remember the knight could plant mines/bombs. and the second map was a desert.
the very last part of the game was beating 4 or 5 warriors and then you enter a white door.
thanks in advance.
Sounds like "Hexplore" (1998) to me.

There was a game I played several years ago on an Ipod. It was a 2-D medieval turn based war game. You start by picking your character, the choices are basically red, light or dark blue, yellow, or red. Depending on who you chose you start with different creatures and spells. The way the game works is you attack others or defend your own castles that are on a board. As the game goes on you level up, gain new creatures and spells, and can upgrades old creatures and spells. If you win that game you can play as another character and you keep the creatures and spells you previously had and have chance to get other ones. If you need me to go into more detail i mast certainly can and am willing to, just let me know.
Thanks in advance for the help.
The plot is identical to the old Genesis' Master Of Monsters game...sadly, there is no ipod version of it. But, there is a game for ipod pretty much similar

Battle For Wesnoth (2005)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYZv4u0Mcpo

try it, and say if it was this or wasn't.
Unfortunately that is not it. The game has very similar mechanics to the app cartoon wars.

I've been trying to find these two games I used to play for a quite some time now. They were both made by the same company, and both text based adventures. I played them in the mid-90s, not sure if they were from then or before that. We had gotten them both in a package deal. One of them was set in the Wild West, and near the beginning of this one, you encountered a poisonous snake. The other game was set in a generic medieval setting, but I don't think it had any magic, though I might be wrong. I do remember finding a suit of armor at one point, a drawbridge with a moat, and a stagnant lake. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Thank god this thread exists :p

I think it was in 2004, when I was a little kid. My parents still had a win98... and there was a game there... a platformer.

The background of the main menu was space, with stars flying by. Can't remember the options exactly. I can't remember much of the game anyway, but I do remember that it consisted of different levels in different environments 4 or 5 total... one was in open space, one was in a forest (?) and I remember there were some really difficult enemies, 2 giant trees walking around in a small pit, shooting out green bullets. Got past them somehow... then there was one level in egypt, I think... and I think the last one consisted small dinosaurs. There were a lot of tunnels in the game, and I remember my eyes got tired really often because of all of the repeating patterns on the wall flying by as my character ran.

Upon successful completion of each level, a big "CONGRATULATIONS!" in yellow text appeared on the screen.

Does anyone have any idea what I described? I had so much fun playing it, and heck, experiencing it again would bring back a hell of a lot memories. Just can't remember the god damn title :p
Bump.

Anyone? :/

Hi guys, I must found that game ! :) Sorry for my bad English
I´m very long time looking for one game so I decided that I write here maybe someone will know. It´s a game like Command and Conquer, it was an older game. I think till about 2006. It was a bit of a 3D view but it was like from the corner, there were also tanks, robots, turrets (machine gun, flamethrower, and others) and bombers. I know that there were features such as the bomber that flew through the map and destroy the enemy's units. Or something like a helicopter, it consisted of three rings that have sent down fire rings.
It isn´t Perimeter, Earth: 2150,Supreme Commander or Dune?
Too close but not one of them. It´s also like Total annihilation but graphic is better like 3D

Hi,

I have been looking for a PC game for months that I used to play when I was a child around the 1997 ish?

It was a game where you was an Indian tribe Chief's (who was ill in bed) son, and you begin in his tent.

You then start of on a search for a bow and arrow, and the enemy could shoot you from across the river thats where my memory fails.

I believe there were different planets or regions such as ice and woodlands?

Any help would me muchly appreciated as its driving me mad.

There was a game I used to play on my aunt's laptop about seven or eight years ago. It was a disk that she had for a while. I don't know the year it was made or anything. It was a train game that took place in the old west. At the beginning you choose the character you want to play as. I think there were three characters to chose from, a girl, and two guys, one of which I believe had red hair. There were different things to do in the game. At one point you had to rebuild some railroads (making sure not to spend too much money). In another part you have to find a lock box is an old shed or something because it has something useful in it, like a rope or something. Another part is figuring out a message that is in Morse Code. And one other thing I remember is giving a horse some apples to try and get it to help pull a train away from a bridge that one of the outlaws blew up. There were different outlaws, too, like Jesse James and Billy the Kid. That's all I remember. I've been trying to find it for years because my brother and I used to love it.

Hello.

I was looking for a 3D side scroll game, it reminds me a lot of this new game Trine. I remember the video game had two characters - a wizard and a young man dressed in a sort of a jester/fool costume. It might've been a console port to PC, but I remember playing it on PC, the controls however were awful. I think it was released around 2000-2003 or something.
The wizard/jester combo is pretty distinctive. You must have played a game from the "Pandemonium" series.

Hey guys,

i'm searching for a pc-game, i played with (actually against^^) a friend of mine some years ago (guess it was between 2006 and 2008).

I only know this 1v1-mode of the game, so no clue what you are doing otherwise in this game. But you can play 1v1 and have to summon creatures that fight for you.
Everyone controls a sorcerer who only can summon creatures (maybe there were some "special moves" for the different characters (at least i believe you could choose from different characters), but the main part of the game was to summon and control monsters). You play on a small battleground similar to a soccer field. Each player stands at one end of the field and summons creatures onto his side of the battleground. From there on the creatures can move around and fight other creatures to break through the enemy line and defeat the opposing magician. Over time you can summon stronger monsters, i also think there were ressources like mana in the game, but im not quite sure.

Can someone remember the game, and more important its name?
I would ask my friend, but since i moved away from my old hometown some years ago i dont have any contact to him :(

I am looking for a game I used to play around 1995 (I think but it could be later, maybe max 1999). I think it was windows 95 or 98.

In the opening scene you see a girl walking into the forest, eating a poisonous mushroom. She faints and becomes very sick.

You (I dont know as who you play) go in a forest and try to find a cure for the little girl.
The game is in english if I recal correct.

While on your journey you meet people and one time you go into a rabbit hole with rabbits running in a nice organized line saying 'hush hush hush hush hurry hurry hurry hurry'.

I know this is not much to go on but I have been trying to find this game for ages.

I am searching for a PC adventure game from 1994-1999. The game plays similar to Kings Quest. At the start of the game you can chose 3 different characters: Fighter, Thief, Archer (not sure if archer was the 3rd choice).

The only 2 parts I can remember clearly is 1)A scene where you walked around a town/village. 2) A castle/dungeon that has a little girl in it, that turns out to be vampire.

If any of you have ideas, even if you are not sure, please respond.

hi all, I used to play a pc game around year 2000+ which is an airplane top down shooting game. In the game, you control an aircraft flying on an alien planet shooting down enemies with lasers, bombs, missiles etc. In total each planet has 5 stages if not mistaken, before proceeding to the next planet. After each stage you are able to upgrade your weapons using points you accumulated in the stages by killing enemies. Some of the weapon names that i recall are 1) Missiles: Pathfinder, Magnum, Needle. 2) Bombs: Air filter. 3) Satellites(Shields): Ghost, Volcano, Starlight, Guardian. 4) Gunner. Any idea what is the name of this game? Please help, Im desperate to find out what was this game that I've played in my childhood. Thanks :)

Hello, I need to know the names of 2 games.

The first I played some time before 2000, it was a console game, but dunno which one, it was my cousin's console. It was the platform game in which you controlled a guy with BASKET BALL, you could throw that ball to do stuff, move items etc. You could also gather some buffs - I remember that one was making the basket ball ignite with fire.

The second I played around 2000, not remember if just after or just before it. It was PC game. You were controlling a team of diggers - you could dig tunnels in ground, while there was also a second team of diggers. If diggers of 2 teams met, they fought each other. I remember there were several various teams of diggers - some strong but slow, other weak but fast. Also, I remember there was a hidden chamber in ground somewhere in which the skeleton was trapped - if you digged to that chamber he was starting to fly through tunnels and killing every miner he encountered.

Thx for help.

Hey people,

I used to play a lot of SNES games when I was like 11-12. Now, I'm trying to remember a game I used to play a lot.

The game was a platformer. There were 3 heroes. One of them had a white lion head with a blue suit. Other had a brown bull head with red suit. Last one had a green fly head with green suit. You could play co-op 2 players. I remember there were heroes' picture on the cartridge and the title was 'Steely Warriors' (I guess). But I googled it and no result.

- The story is a myth for me since I'm really bad at remembering details from 15 years ago But I can definitely say that genre was fantasy.

- The game features not in a realistic country but in a fantasy world, lets say, a dark underground world. I don't remember seeing sky or someting. The levels were all in a close area like a cave or tunnel.

- The 3 characters had human body. But they had (I'm assuming) masks (really expensive and realistic ones ) They never take off their masks or change shape or anything. The game is a fantasy game but there's a bit realistic virtue of it. Like they are heroes of a movie. No shapeshifting, no magical powers and supernatural behaviours as far as I can remember.

At this point I can say that they were half humans.

- I don't remember them speaking in the game. No sound or no text.

I want to say that the game was made in Japan since Japanese developers always had that kinda imagination (they still do)

The heroes had special moves. Like, the bullhead had this charge move. The lionhead had special punch and flyhead had high jump speciality, if I'm remembering correctly (pretty sure about bull charge, though)

I want to remind this again; the game had a dark atmosphere. It used to make me feel like I'm a trapped hero trying to break out, killing creatures and trying to survive - rather than saving the humanity, someone or the world...

Please, if you know the name of the game, or a URL link to it, share it with me. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance and cheers.
