Hi,

I have been looking for a PC game for months that I used to play when I was a child around the 1997 ish?

It was a game where you was an Indian tribe Chief's (who was ill in bed) son, and you begin in his tent.

You then start of on a search for a bow and arrow, and the enemy could shoot you from across the river thats where my memory fails.

I believe there were different planets or regions such as ice and woodlands?

Any help would me muchly appreciated as its driving me mad.

I am looking for a game I used to play around 1995 (I think but it could be later, maybe max 1999). I think it was windows 95 or 98.

In the opening scene you see a girl walking into the forest, eating a poisonous mushroom. She faints and becomes very sick.

You (I dont know as who you play) go in a forest and try to find a cure for the little girl.
The game is in english if I recal correct.

While on your journey you meet people and one time you go into a rabbit hole with rabbits running in a nice organized line saying 'hush hush hush hush hurry hurry hurry hurry'.

I know this is not much to go on but I have been trying to find this game for ages.

I am searching for a PC adventure game from 1994-1999. The game plays similar to Kings Quest. At the start of the game you can chose 3 different characters: Fighter, Thief, Archer (not sure if archer was the 3rd choice).

The only 2 parts I can remember clearly is 1)A scene where you walked around a town/village. 2) A castle/dungeon that has a little girl in it, that turns out to be vampire.

If any of you have ideas, even if you are not sure, please respond.
Have you tried?

Quest For Glory - Shadow Of Darkness (1993)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uQj4A0a1Fw

or any other of Quest For Glory series? you can select from three characters and you won't find any other games more similar to King's Quest..they are from the same developers...

Sorry, but I don't know your game. Being japanese it will be hard to track down that's for sure. I will dig on the web for something, but you have to wait a couple of days because I'm on charge on Christmas dinner and I will be very busy all day!

Hi guys, I've been trying to track down an old 90s PC game my sister and I use to play.
I think it's title was something along the lines of wildlife encyclopaedia? I just remember starting up the game and there would be a black and white picture of lots of different animals. You had to choose an animal and complete a whole bunch or quizzes and questions and learn some facts.. Once you'd completed all the tasks for that animal, the game would return you to the beginning and the animal would now be in colour.
If anyone can remember anything about this game I would really appreciate it 😊😊

Ok, this one will be hard. I'll even try drawing some of the things I remember...

This is flash (or was it java?) game I played on PC bazillion years ago (in the 90s, most probably. Maybe early 2000s). I used to play it with my little brother.

The game featured soldiers fighting aliens (monsters? spiders?) from a top down perspective (somewhat like bomberman).

When I played with my brother, each of us controlled a soldier and there were hordes of enemies spawning everywhere from the corners of the map. We had a bunch of allied NPC soldiers in our team as well. Our soldiers had a very "anime" feel to their portrayal as well.

You did not get to navigate outside the initial screen - it was kind of "defend yourself until you die" maps.

One thing we remember -very clearly- was that were some kind of power ups that allowed for "air strikes" and "reinforcements" and such. There would be resounding voice saying "AIR STRIKE THROUGH!" or "GROUND SUPPORT!" or "REINFORCEMENTS!". I think that those reinforcements came from APCs in the top of the screen (running over enemies in their path...).

You could also pick up weapons like flamethrowers.

Okay, so this game I played when I was about three or four for the original nintendo. I only got to play it once because my dad rented it for a night and then took it back. I've asked him plenty of times if he remembered the name and he gets mad and says no LOL probably because it reminds him of how old he is LOL. So if I remember right the game itself is similar to Zelda for the NES but very different when you first start a new game you start off on a train and people are talking to you I can't remember much detail about that. But when you get out into the field it's very much like Zelda except you don't have to go find a sword you already have one. That's all I can really remember about the game. I was only able to play it for maybe a half an hour before I was told to go to bed.

trying to remember games from my childhood.

Platform(s):ps1
Genre: rpg
Estimated year of release: 1998~?

Graphics/art style: side scroll, kind of mature dark theme, not pixel graphics. Similar graphics to Castlevania.

Notable gameplay mechanics: the game had this really noticeable cool sound when you land (jump then land). you play as a character with a big sword, walk right, kill lizards or some kind of monsters, it was slower than castlevania.

Other details: the first stage was a forest, the second i think was a town.

okay. this have been driving me nuts, been searching of this game for a while.

old dos pc game. i want to say "lands of yore" s.. something with yore maybe,

Turn based strategy

it was a 2d very simple map square, divided into four quadrants, each quitrent a kingdom of smallish size say a 8 by 8 grid maybe?

armies/units on the map were represented by flags one of the main things you did with armies, besides fight the other players armies. was take over/control towns in the other players kingdoms.

you could also like pay a spell caster to cast fog spells

hen you sent a message to another player, sometimes one of the other players could intercept that message.

they keywords i've been using on google are just so common its impossible to get good results, and this thread has pop'd up often and appears to be active.

very desperate to find something, anything a name, a obscure wiki page that mention's it.

Just can't find anything on the web about this game.

My Dad used to play this when i was like 4 or 5, maybe 6 but he would play it all the time and i would do what i can, if i recall correctly it is a puzzle/adventure game were you were a blue humanoid/ elf character and you started off in a cave with a giant spider then eventually there was a puzzle with rotating platform in the sky which you had to navigate from platform to platform, then there was an ice cave with sabretooths and the cave transitioned into a temple with flying bird creatures firing fireballs at you...thats about all i can remember and i know its not Elder Scrolls cause i have all of them...this was around the early 2000s say 2001-2003 it may have been a late 90s game..PLease Help

Hi Everyone

I am searching for
- a game on FLOPPY DISK (for dos or windows)
- Released somewhere around 1994-1997
- You play a blue or maybe violet wiazard
- There are brown boxes in there which you can push, but not pull.
- You can jump.
- It is a kind of plattformer 2D you see it from the side.
- The screen section size is about the size of Super Mario.
- You can Shrink
- Maybe it was in german

I am searching this for a good friend of mine, she cannot find this game, and I was not able to find it as well, this is why I opened this account.
Sorry for this being my first (and maybe only) post, but I would really appreciate help!

Best Regards

Tigris

Hello
I am searching for
-a war game
-Probably released in 1999-2003
-the cover has about 4-5 people and an airplane crashing toward them
-you can play as many different characters you select throught the level
-it is like gauntlet with the platforming, but it isnt gauntlet
-it has the same kind of play as cold zero, but you can select different people through out the mission to play.

Sorry for not being so descriptive, but that's the best I can describe it. If their are multiple ones, Id like to see all of them.
Thanks in advance

I used to play a game i got off a pc gamer demo disc (well i think it was) it was on a disc that also had a crysis and hellgate: london demo on it.
Anyway, i have been been hunting this game for a while now but cannot remember more than this:
1. it was an rts/rpg blend with weird creatures
2. the atmosphere was quite dark and gloomy

That's about all i can remember, the disc came out sometime between 2005-2009...

Hi there! Let's see if you can help me.

I remember playing this pc game, it must have been *at least* 10-15 years ago, possibly even more. It may have been part of a suite or collection of pc games.

it featured small creatures (round, fluffy, with big eyes. They hatched out of eggs and made funny sounds while walking around or if you picked them up and moved them around) that you had to use to finish each level (think about classic platform game with lots of clever levels and obstacles to solve. May have also had different worlds but I don't remember).

You could breed the creatures and they would kiss loudly and lay an egg. The egg would hatch with a creature that was somehow genetically linked to the two parents.

Each differently colored creature had a different ability (say, some could climb vertical walls, others could jump very high etc) so you could use their diferent abilities to complete more advanced levels.

Graphics were 2D and in full color.

Any idea?

Thank you!

Hi guys ive been trying to remember this game for ages, and its killing me!
i can't remember that much about it but ill tell you what i do remember.
basically its a turn-based rpg similar to FF, and the 2 characters that i can remember are like a boy lives in a castle and has like a dog, that i think is a werewolf, and then also this princess who lives in a like a desert castle and sneaks out. its got an art style similar to secret of mana, but i dont think its that; and although chronotrigger seems familiar i dont thinks its that either; sorry i know thats not much to go on! but if anyone could help that would be great!

Losing my mind trying to remember the name of this old computer game I played when I was about 9 or 10. If anyone can help, you'll save me my sanity.

Here's what I know:
A game from the 1990's, point-and-click adventure with puzzles and a minimalist cartoony artstyle (think sharp edges, characters look like they were cut from construction paper, etc.). You play a young kid (15 or so?) who gets in trouble with a criminal organization and spends the game trying to infiltrate said organization (to find a kidnapped relative or something). At points in the game, you have to answer questions from a guard to get in a building/HQ, you find a giant excavation machine with a drill, and you have to fix it by rearranging the gears on it and sorting chemical compounds to power the battery. You also have to choose which color of laser will be best for tracking footprints in the tunnels ahead.

Thanks in advance

I guess you have played a "Creatures" game

http://www.mobygames.com/game-group/creatures-series

Maybe the box art or some screenshot may help you identify the correct game (if it's among them).
