Sorry this doesnt ring any bells dude i think it was a little bit more modern and less skyrimy with the potions and stealing bread.
Are you absolutely certain it wasn't a Thief game? Because the Thief series hits so many points. I'm not really sure what you mean by "less skyrimy", but as to more modern:

Thief: Deadly Shadows (Thief 3)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=osaV_GmSgD0
It should be Thief 3 as you said..I said Thief 1 or 2, but Thief 3 matches perfectly. With "skyrimy" I guess he's referring to the Elder Scrolls - Skyrim game.. which confused me too..

Hello everyone. I hope someone can help me with the game I'm looking for. I remember playing it as a kid on our first computer. It was on a floppy disk and had 2 teams of mice, moving around a map the could be moved block by block, gathering cheese for points. I sadly don't remember much more about it and can't find it anywhere online.
Maybe

Hello all!

I'm searching for the name of an old pc game where you work at a newspaper as a journalist or something. It's in 2d and you have to do different tasks to proceed in the game. The further you proceed the higher up in the building you get. The graphic style is like a supernintendo game.

Can you help me figure out whoch game it is? Thanks a bunch!

Anyone Remember a space simulator game where you explore the map that is in quadrants defined by boundaries that snap as you cross them. You buy weapons and fuel cells, storage cells and energy cells. Colored yellow purple and green cells. Weapons were bombs and plauge bombs, missile and laser all having to buy to replenish at planets. Mining and exploring. Bad guys come at ya shooting and beat down your shields. I thought it was called SPACE WARP or something but I can not find it anywhere. I think one of the aliens was a GNARF or something like that. Anyone remember a game like that??

Hey.

Looking for a Windows 3D side scrolling game. There were two characters that I remember - one looked like a wizard, the other one reminded me of a jester (fool). You had to run through some obstacles on certain levels. It reminds me a bit of Trine (it isn't trine), although I think you had a closer camera angle on the character in this game. Anyone know this one?

Guys i have been trying to find this thing with no luck. I remember when I was a kid playing a game. A side scroller platformer one in which you played as a girl and the setting of the game was all these fantasy fairy tail worlds like Hansel and Geretel and Wonder land. I have been trying to find it for a really long time now. Anyone that knows which game I am talking about? It was on PC and you would have enemies like queen of heart's soldiers that were cards or in Hansel and geretel world chocolates and ice creams and stuff like that.

Yo,

So I played a game when I was little. I'm only 19 so it can't be that old of a game. I think it was on the PS2. I remember you were a kid and something happened so you were running down a (beach?) with a wooden sword fighting these black things to save a girl which I think (died?) and after that you were searching for her. It was a really sad seen and it is the first game that ever made me tear up. I think it might be kingdoms hearts but I could find the seen in any game play. I will fucking love you if you give me the name to the right game.

Hello hello, new(ish) member here with a request to help identify an old arcade game from the early 1990s. Wouldn't have been any later than 1995.

It was a side scroller, 3D isometric viewpoint where you controlled a dude in a fedora armed with a gun (upgradeable, I think), making your way through environments and shooting enemies. You could get a dynamite power up that allowed you to lob handfuls of it around very rapidly. Stages seemed to be forests, jungles, mountains and the like.

For a long time I thought it might be Growl, but I've sat through a playthrough and it's definitely not - the main sprite in my game was smaller and always armed with a gun. Similar in look to Grant in the Genesis/MegaDrive version of Jurassic Park.

The defining memory I have of it is one enemy in particular - a killer tree with a face on the front and a long tendril that swept around trying to snag you. If it clipped you, that was it - you'd be dragged into its mouth and insta-killed. That bugger is the reason I rage quit playing as a frustrated young teenager, but I'm hoping somebody else can help me figure out what game this was so I can finally put this to rest!

If anybody here can help, I would much appreciate it :)

Hello for all you guys.

There are these 2 games I played at school in the 90's:

1- 2D sidescrooling/ plataform. You played with a robot, you looked a lot like Robocop, but I'm almost sure you weren't Robocop. Sometimes you could get some powerups that changed the type of your shots, like some green shot or a red wave.

2- 2D sidescrooling/ plataform. You played with some kind of astronaut/scientist don't remember well. The setting was sci-fi/ future. There was a moment where you was at a lab and could shoot at some glass with a green stuff that poped out of it and chase you, killing you most of times because it was difficult to kill it.

Thanks in advance.

Hello ^^

The first one should be: Electro man (Also known as: Electro Body) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJTSbWkKB7Y&t=0m58s you can see a tri-way shoot.
Exactly! Thank you! On the side videos from your link I found the second one!

It's Duke Nukem 2 .

Maybe it was "Mad TV", where you had to run a TV station? It was more of a economy simulation though.

There was a spiritual successor, called "Mad News", "journalism" yes, but no building, but a ship.
