Hey all. Made an account because I stumbled across this thread after talking with my bro the other day about a game we played back in the very late 90s, possibly early 2000s. We've been racking our brains for ages to try and remember what it was called. I don't remember what the story was about but to sum up what we remember;

- 4(?) playable characters; one of which may have been female.
- Each character had a different colour pickup (mana) blue, green, amber and possibly pink.
- The characters were each of a difference class, for instance I believe one was a warlock/mage style character which was weaker in health but could hold more mana.
- The game was a mix of puzzle and action/combat.
- I believe the game was a on a PS1? I could be making that up.

I realise that's vague but there may be a clue in there, if anyone remembers, please let me know!

Cheers fellas.

Hi,

I'm looking for an old pc game, probably from the mid 90's.

In the game you control a helicopter that can move freely in a 3D environment. The perspective is 3rd person.
You shoot at targets (that shoot back at you) in the ground and collect weapons and stuff. You get upgrades for weapons etc.
It's not a simulator, the control is easy.
I think in some levels you play as a ground vehicle like a jeep or an APC.
I also think the game was developed/published by Sierra Entertainment (but I went through a list of their games and didn't find it).
I've already Googled for a few hours and didn't find it.

Can you please help me find the name of the game?

Thanks
try these games

The was this really cool small game I played as a child, that I just cant remember the name of.

You were this weird hand turkey thing with a face, and it was a 2D sidescroller. You go through the levels and collect gems. The levels also had spots where you could go down or up layers, with changing effects on the wild life and environment to get to different areas. It also has a really dark turn at around the 5th or 6th level, where you start at layer one and its all happy, then you hit a block and your sent to like layer 7 and the music gets all creepy and the monsters become like demons. For the life of me I cant remember the name of this game. Please help me out

Thanks

I am looking for a game that i played in the early 2000´s on pc.

It's a first person shooter game, where you move around in a building. There is many floors in the building, which each represent a different level and you use an elevator to get to the different floors. There is also policemen in blue uniforms and dogs patrolling around, and you have to shoot them or they will kill you. The other day my friend showed me the game called Wolfenstein 3D, which reminded me a lot of my game, except that im pretty sure that every surface (wall, floor and ceiling) in my game were light blue on all the different levels.

I have been looking for this game for so long, so if anyone knows it, i would really appreciate finding out what the game is called. Thanks

There was this game on Ps1, i played it around 15 years ago, was hell of fun. I remember lots of details.

First it was a Third person shooter, with co-op, the PCs where a Big guy in Grey Armor with a bandana (Player1) and a Girl with Pink hair in White Armor (Player2). In the intro animation they were injected with something (steroids?).

It had a feel like Starship Trooper, it was japanese so i had no idea what was the name of the game or what it was all about, the enemies where aliens bug, the first level was like a city a then after a few scenarios it was a jungle there you killed the boss and then it make kaboom and you had to outrun the explosion. Other details, the Hp was next to a heart rate, and you needed your HR to be high to jump several obstacles. I dont remenber but i think it was very straightfoward it didnt have a star menu or something that i can remenber.

I've got two that have been on my mind for years now. Both PC games, possibly freeware/demos.

One was side scrolling game (may have been a platformer). Environment was quite dark, and I remember the character you played as had the ability to turn into a wolf. I remember getting to a part where there was a rope hanging down with text written in the background saying "Everyone knows wolves can't climb ropes" or something similar to that. As a kid I was in wolf form at that part and got stuck, not knowing how to proceed because I didn't know how to change back to human form.

The second game was similar to Arkanoid, only there were no paddles and instead you controlled the ball as it moved up, hit something, moved down, hit something, etc. You could influence the ball by making it move left and right, and you had to break all the blocks in the level to win (like Arkanoid) the challenge came from the enemies that were in the stage. Touching one killed you. I don't remember much else, except that there was a prerendered 3D blimp enemy which would fly back and forth at the top of some stages.

Sorry I can't offer more information. These are likely the memories I have from 15 years ago or more.

I've been looking for this game on and off for years, I hope someone here might be able to help.
My memory of the game is patchy at best, I think it might be from the 90s from what I can remember of the graphics.
The start of the game involves you falling into a cavern? cave? fissure? anyway, you look up and can see the light but no way to get back up there.
My next clearest memory involves a wall mural type puzzle that has something to do with controlling water? using gyphys that look exactly the same as the Egyptian heiroglyph for water. ...from what I remember the entire mural has an egyptian feel to it.
The only other thing I can remember is a frustrating quarry/mining puzzle that has something to do with boring a tunnel? or maybe a mining cart? and an image of a crystal/several crystals related to that, which I think might be once the puzzle is solved.

Sorry I can't be more specific. It is driving me insane.

Hi everyone!

I've been twisting my brain round a bend for weeks trying to remember an old game, but I can't even remember if I played it on Amiga or PC. My guess is Amiga tbh.

From what I can remember, you wake up in a room or cell in a futuristic "office"-building with patrolling robots and lots of surveillance cameras. I remember I was never able to finish the game. I think I was supposed to escape the building and could pick up gear, and even modify/upgrade my body in some way - with cybernetics? Bah.. I hope it rings a bell somewhere.

It is played in first person view, and I'm not sure if it was 3D-rendered....

LOL, found it! Corporation (1990) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jflI-riB4To

Please help me, I'm going crazy for real.
Have been thinking about this game me and my brother used to play when we were little (probably between 2004-2007). At first you had to get into an house, an then you needed to navigate through the rooms doing different task choosing to be a fly, a mouse and a dog i think. I'm not sure but I think the point was to find a "invisible" boy, I didn't quite understand since the game was in english. I remember as a mouse you had to sneak through a room with a evil cat, and as a fly you had to try to not get dragged into the food grinder. i also think there was a genie in a lamp in the kitchen. The game was very cartoonish, not with crazy graphics and stuff.

Going to try again to see if anyone still knows those.

1st game
Platform: PC
Keywords: 2D, Pacman, Robot Snake, Insects, Bugs, Underground, Pac-dots
Release Date: 1998-2005?
Multiplayer: Don't know
Info: This was a snake game. It was different type of snake game. It was probably in Big Fish Games but I couldn't find it. It was a Pacman style game where you are the robot snake and you are from the pyramid which is on the ground. Then theres a view of the underground in 2D and theres white pac-dots. The robot snake gets in the underground and then you can control it with the arrow keys. When collecting the pac-dots then there would be insects and bugs coming from the right and left side of the underground. The robot snake stretches when going deeper underground and you would need to avoid the bugs and insects from biting you. Collect all the pac dots and you would win the level. There is also power-ups like Freeze and Invisibility that I remember. Some of the levels wound take place in an underground desert or snow.

2nd game
Platform: PC
Keywords: Topview, 2D, Japanese RPG game, JRPG, Story, Battle
Releaste Date: 1998-2005?
Multiplayer: No
Info: It started off by the main character that went to a wagon. Near that wagon was a guy with a purple bandana on his head. Then next there was a scene showing off a vehicle going to the forest with adventure music. When the scene finished, I was able to control my main character. The forest looked dark and there was a campfire with loads of characters around it. Away from the campfire there was a floating crystal which I couldn't get to. Then I went to the other part of the forest and no one was there.

I was wondering around and then a battle commenced with enemy hornets. I killed them off and I commenced more battles with the enemies. This battle system is a little bit similar to Pokemon but not quite. When I finished killing off the enemies, I went back to the campfire. I was speaking to a specific character that said something but I don't remember what it was. That character went to the crystal and did something. I was then able to go to the crystal, which allowed to save my game.

I went to the place where I killed enemies again and then a battle commenced with a boss who looked like a bear as long as I remember. It took a long time to kill them and so I finished them off. I went back to the campfire and then I recognized that I had to go to the camp leader. When I spoke to him then the whole screen went black and white and then a menu came up of 4 characters that you could play as next. The same one, 2nd girl, 3rd girl and a guy with a purple bandana.

3rd game
Platform: PC
Keywords: Jet planes, Rockets, Special Abilites, Shooting, 2D, Laser
Released Date: 1998-2005?
Multiplayer: Yes. Can have 2 players.
Info: In this game you can control an orange jet plane which allows you to shoot with spacebar. The music was adventurous and I don't remember what the enemies looked like at all. The plane was on the left side of the screen while the enemies would come from the right side of the screen. You can control the jet plane to go up or down. There would be special abilities like rapid fire and rockets that you can pick up throughout the game. When playing multiplayer, the second jet plane would look red. I remember that the first boss looked like a train and if you were to go at the front of it then it would have a cannon attached to it which you will need to destroy. The cannon will shoot the bombs at you and you have to avoid them. There was also a level where you are in the sky and the enemies were spike balls with balloons attached to them. The boss then was a mothership with loads of laser guns.

4th game
Platform: PC
Keywords: Ship, Scuba divers, Treasure, Underwater, 2D, Fish
Released Date: 1998-2005?
Multiplayer: Don't know.
Info: I have very dull memory on this game so I don't remember much. It was 2D view. You would see the underwater and the outside. The ship was on the water and then a character in a scuba suit jumped from the ship into the water. I was then able to control the scuba diver. The objective was to collect some kind of treasure. When the treasure was collected then you would see the scuba diver carrying a fish net. You would need to carry the treasure back to the ship to win the level. There were enemies like fish of some sort and you had to avoid them. At the beggining of every level you would hear the noise of the ship bells.

Need help finding my game title!
It was a PC game top-down, I remember it being a demo from another game. You're human and you go through a few stages collecting certain things on the ground such as pipes and machine parts. There are mutants walking around you have to avoid. The game is rich in greens and oranges and has a pixelated look to it with possibly hand drawn backgrounds. I remember you found the pipes lying around the map and you would have to connect them to get the flow of water going to clear paths. It had a pollution-like back story I believe, that's where the orange mutants came from. I remember maps being set in a jungle and machinery-like room. You would click to move and when you clicked on an item to pick up your character walks over to it, bends down and picks it up. Added to your backpack.

Hopefully this helps! Time period for the game I think is right around 2000 since I was playing it on Windows 2k.
