I used to play this PC game (during the 90s) and all I remember is walking around this house at night picking stuff up like in a puzzle game. I also remember a friend asking you to watch their baby for them and the baby was crying and when I walked in to the baby's room there was an alien kidnapping the baby and going through a portal. Can anyone help?! This has been bugging me! Thanks in advance!
That sounds like Lighthouse: The Dark Being.
I FREAKING LOVE YOU RIGHT NOW. THIS HAS BEEN BUGGING ME FOR MONTHS!!!!! Ahhh thank you thank you thank you!

I am trying to remember another game now that I am thinking about my childhood games. It was on PC, the game came with the computer we bought in the 90's to early 2000's. The game was a shooter game, where the point was to protect against aliens. On each level you where able to either fly a helicopter or fighter jet. You could also drive tanks and operate anti-aircraft guns. I thought the game was called Rage or Rave but haven't found anything on it. If someone could help me out that would be great. Thanks

I'll try my luck,
The game I'm looking for was one I played with family about 10-15 years ago.
It was a PC game, side scroller/platformer + puzzle game.
I think you had to find a key or something then get to the door while dodging/killing enemies.
I think there was a create your own level mode.
I believe it had 3 characters, 2 guys and 1 girl. One of the guys used farting as his attack animation.
Any ideas? :S

Hey does anyone remember a ps1 game was a fps sci-fi horror mecha game? It took place on a space station or some space colony. Your sent on a rescue mission and find out that a virus has infected the crew and starts to infect your friends and the plot of it just gets crazy. I played this game when I was 7 so it really hard to remember but it a grim but cool game. I wish I remembered more but that all I got.
BRAHMA Force?
Kileak: The DNA Imperative?
Epidemic?
No not those the game had a anime style characters and you can look left and right but not up and down. I wish I could remember more. This game might be really shitty and rarely played but I hope someone out there has played.

Heya guys, new member here.
And here is my game that I can't figure out what it was called:
I remember it is a Turn-Based Strategy game for the PC, and the graphics are pretty much the same as Final Fantasy Tactics for the PS1. (2D chibi like characters on a 3D battlefield)

I remember that it said something about "Over 100 weapons!" or "Over 100 classes!" on the back of the case.
This was in 2008 when an old friend brought it with her, but it didn't want to work properly (stupid Windows XP).
And I think the game was on 2 Discs.

Would be awesome if someone could find it! I think the title maybe had "Sword" in it, I don't remember. :(

EDIT: I think the game title has "Chronicle" in it...

Hey guys, I'm trying to remember the name of an old arcade game I used to play as a kid. I've managed to find the names of most of the other games that were in the arcade, so that's helped me narrow the time range, but my best googling efforts have failed me! Here's what I remember:

The game was out ~1990. I remember either Raiden or Raiden II being the game next to it, and Dead Angle being on the other side.

It was a side-scrolling run 'n gun. The only details I remember was you could select from different stages in the beginning -- I think they were different planets or moons, each with its own theme.

It seemed to have an overall futuristic feel, but the only level I remember was a prehistoric jungle-like level. At one point, you reach a lake or river and there's a huge brontosaurus-looking dinosaur, I think just the head and neck, and it lowers its head and you cross on its neck/back.

That's all I can remember... Help! It's one of the only games from my childhood I can't recall the name of!

Seriously Doom, how the hell do you remember all these games!? You're like a walking gaming archive! xD
Thank you!
Well :p Antichamber came out 2013 so it wasn't a hard one.

1. I play alot of games..
2. Also try to keep up with games I don't play.
3. If all else fails -> Google or Tineye ;)

Have fun playing!
Lol Antichamber aside, it's still very impressive!

I play a fair bit myself but my memory, especially of the older games, goes beyond ridicule D:.
Heh, thanks for the Tineye tip too :p.

The same to you!

Whilst I'm here, any ideas about this one?

I remember playing a game on pc back in 2002 I think it was, where you start off in a tank around 4 or 5 other tanks controlled by the computer. Your tank is smaller and weaker than the other tanks you spawn around. I remember you can get out of your tank and take one of the computer controlled tanks. The tanks had machine guns and napalm throwers on them and they were on your team. When you are not in a tank you can run around on foot with a machine gun and get into a small pickup or sedan. There was also a part of the map on this first level where you can get into a mech and tromp around in it. There are baddies around that you need to eliminate by shooting them or running them over and I am pretty sure they were all human. That's all I can remember of this game and any help would be greatly appreciated!

I can't remember exactly how many years it has been since I played this game, it was either in the first few years of the 2000's or it was a 90's game.

anyway that game was some kind of competitive turn based strategy, a-lot like Worms, except you only control 1 space ship thing and you weren't able to fly but more hop from planet to planet and launch awesome weapons at your enemies utilizing the planets gravity to manipulate the trajectory of your attack, the planets were completely destructible using the good old pixel terrain destruction system. That's all I can clearly remember about the game there was some kind of hot seat system and you could face 8 or more opponents and you could change ships but I don't remember if it mattered other than cosmetically.
Bump. Haven't found anything yet on this one Ive looked through dos games lists and abandonware no luck yet.
The game played alot like worms, just in space.
edit: a new game called "Star Hogs" is pretty similar, but this one was way older and much better.
Bump again: Still can't find this game; Here is hoping one of you might know.

Hi, i am looking for a game, maybe someone can help...

This game i believe worked on Win 3.1/95

It was almost identical to Risk, the only 3 differences i can remember are:

1: Did not give out cards when you took a territory

2: There where more territories per continent

3: Battle where done the same way but they where auto, you did not need to roll dice.

I'm looking for 2 games, both for the ps1 and both are rpgs with a view similar to FF Tactics. One starts with you being born and the real gameplay starts with you entering this huge tower that's right beside the city. You also have a dragon companion, at least I think so. The other game has you pick troops and then fight on this gray arena made of squares. You take turns attacking each other. The characters look really simple and small so I guess it came out in the early 90's. After you win you upgrade your characters and fight again.

can anyone help me???? im looking for the name of a game that i think i played on an old pc gamer demo in the mid to late 90's its basically like a 2d tunneling type game where there are 2 teams of mole like creatures and you start as the green one and you have to plant eggs or somehow create an army of moles for when you burrow into the enemys tunnels so you can defeat them, i also vaguely remember a thing in the middle of the map where something good happens if you control/capture it. many thanks for any help! i think there is something to do with collecting carrots in it aswell.

Hy! I`ve been playing this game about 7`8 years ago. You we`re a guy in a room, had a pistol and shot yellow round guys. I don`t know what was the point, but it had levels, you had other weapons, like a shotgun.

Hey all. I'm looking for a game i played in the 90's. I remember that you in the game woke up in this rain forest enviroment, and couldn't remember anything. This rain forest was inside these giant domes. The game was a point and click game, and you had to find something to eat and drink, and sometimes you had these flashbacks. Later in the game i remember finding a control room, and finding out that oneself had build and created these dome's with the rainforest inside, and you found out that someone had put you there. Hope this rings a bell for someone, thanks!

P.s I remember the cover to be a blue snail fossil shell, or something like that

I have been googling for at least an hour trying to find this game with no luck. Pretty sure it was for Genesis. It was an early game that was not popular.

You were a robot and the levels were each a giant room with platforms. There was a time limit because the room would start filling with lava or acid. You had to run around and flip switches or collect items or something like that. The point was you had to get to certain areas as quickly as possible before the lava killed you. There were enemies in your way. I vaguely recall one of the enemies being a stationary skeleton that would pop up and nail you with a machine gun.
