Hmm sounds kinda like Survival Kids to me... I could be wrong though. Check out the gameplay: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=if210xWB2jEbrittneee said:theres this game on the first play station where you start off on a ship, then theres a storm and you wake up on a beach. then some guy takes you to his house and you wake up in his bed. then you walk around the village and talk to people. if you go outside the village things will attack you. also throughout the game you black out and remember things before the ship wreck. PLEASE HELP ME!
Could it be resident evil? LOL.theghost1216 said:Alright, so this game I played when I was a kid. I believe it was for the playstation. It was on one of those demo discs, it was a third person zombie game. All I can remember is you start in a room and you leave outside pick up a grenade and make your way to another room to put something in a computer and along the way are zombies.
Lost Dwarves maybe?Giedrius Kuliesius said:Hi, I've been wondering about a couple of games I used to play on PC as a kid:
First is kind of a shoot-em-up. It had two playable characters (drawn in a pretty cartoony style I believe) and I clearly remember that the first level took place in a city. You could complete it by going through the metro (which was at the bottom of the map) or get into a taxi and go the other way into what seemed to be a zoo.
You mostly (only?) used guns, bullets were not very fast (maybe it was throwing rocks) and it was only possible to shoot in 4 directions (I think). Ammo may or may not have been limited, but there was some sort of a pickup right across the street, on the left (probably a secret). My sister is convinced there was local multiplayer, which worked similarly to the Lego series. Even in single player, I think the other character always follwed you around
The other game is a bit harder to describe: I'm not sure if it was RPG or strategy, it involved sth like dwarves and magic in a major way and the only somewhat clear detail I remember is that the selections in the main menu were placed on round shields. Pretty sure there were up to ~5 selections on edges of each shield and there were 5 shields at the start of main menu.
I'd imagine both games were running at 640x480, graphics were not that clear. This was around the year 2000 as I was playing Starcraft roughly at the same time
I'd be happy if anyone could help me out, and sorry if this was answered already. Didn't feel like going through 300 more pages
Was it Jill of the Jungle?manu2274 said:i was wondering the name of an old windows 95 or 98 game whereby you were a girl in a side scroller, i dont know much about it but there were wolves, you had to collect gems and there were spikes and pits that could kill you. i believe the colors of the game were quite dark.

I had it in a yellow cartridge for a tv console. It's a space shooting game, where the player has a top view over the field. Your space ship is flying above the surface (not always ground) but some enemies are not.
Sometimes, by shooting enemies, you can get a bonus which changes your weapon type or an upgrade, if you get a bonus of the weapon that you already have. Basically it's a circle with a number in it floating in the air. As far as I remember: 1 is the basic pew pew, as we used to call it; 3 is a boomerang type weapon; 4 is a beam of fire. Can't quite remember the other ones.
There are 8 levels altogether, each one has it's own theme, a small middle-boss and a boss. The first boss was my favoriteIt's a stationary rabbit, sitting on the ground with it's eyes closed. When it opens it's eyes, it generates 4 (?) smaller rabbits that shoot carrots at you. You win by shooting out both eyes.
The second field is all about volcanos and stuff like that. The boss is a giant, humanoid beast with huge fists.
Number 3 is a water world. The boss is an octopus. (I think the middle boss was an evil mermaid, but i'm not sure)
Four is something like a forest. The boss - some kind of a tree-like monster.
The fifth level is basically about money and gold - enemies shoot gold coins at you etc) The middle boss is a cat also shooting gold coins at you. Can't remember the boss.
Six? Hard to describe the theme of this level. Could be meant to be plain ground. Everything is in brown colors and the boss... A Something that comes out of the ground for a short moment, shoots at you and disappears again. And so until you kill it.
Seven is a world of fire. The boss is an evil moon.
Eight is the last level. I guess the theme is technologies etc. There are two middle bosses (taken from levels one and two, only made more BadAss) and two bosses. Some kind of a monster which, after killed, transforms into another monster and than you have to kill it a second time to win the game.
There, something like that. Hope I didn't make too big mistakes in the description and I'd really really would like to know how was the game called, because I have no idea.
Thank you in advance!![]()

It had tanks you could upgrade into various launchers and whatnot. You started in a base with different buildings and you fought against some kind of rebellion (I presume it is a rebellion because I remember their buildings looked like building parts set together, it could be alins though). After you completed a mission you moved on to a different map with a new base and upgrades. I do not remember the dialogue and text since I am swedish and did not understand other languages aside from my own. The case was a box with red and black contrast (I think it was a tank on it. Although it might be something else that looked like a battlefield) and I think the minimum age was 15+. Oh, also when your tank died a dialogue comes up. I think it was a dialogue for every upgrade you did as well.
The game is an RTS btw.
Sorry for being vague but I can't really describe anything more.
Thank you so much, it was Warzone 2100. I highly appreciate it. THANKY YOU!Doomgriever said:KKND2: Krossfire?
