Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.

I just today remember playing this medieval fantasy game. I cant remember the name so i ended up here. I am going to try and describe it as best as i can.

-I played it on PC

-The game is third person perspective.

-You play as a pretty buff dude that can have alot of different weapons Swords, axes etc.

-There was an inventory system

-The most common enemy and the only one i remember was skeletons with glowing red eyes. I also believe that some skeletons
were a bit larger like a mini-boss iguess.

-I remember there is a level where you kill skeletons in a village then the level after that was in a castle/dungeon. (Never got further)

-I do think i remember some magic. Light spells maybe fire. Not sure.

-I remember on the cover of the CD it was a white background with a big blood spot on it with the games name in the blood spot.

I wish i had more info and i really hope that someone somewhere will recognize this and give me the name

is it diablo?

It is not Diablo. The game is third person. nor does diablo 1 have a cover wich is plain white with only a blood spot on it and the name. Thanks for trying though.

hi guys sorry if someone asked already this.. (i read some of the posts but you know is like 470 pages) but my friend driving me nuts about a game that he played on our childhood (he had an Pentium 3).. he say that at the start of the game an helicopter drop you in a graveyard that where you need to blow up a grave to go in a secret passageway. i want to mention that he say he played that on an old version of windows and when he switched to windows xp the game didn't worked..(he claim that the error says something about RAMs or something) i forgot to mention that is an FPS and he claim that had a graphic like return to the castle wolfenstein (he tought is an wolfenstein game but we watched all the wf games and is not..) i'm gonna try to get more infos about the game but if you guys can help me.. i apreciate.. (atm i'm watching the history of FPS to see if is anything like this) sorry for long post and for my english

more infos: i was talking to my friend and he said he remember a sort of monsters and the game theme was something like world war or something (alot like wolfenstein but he say is not wolfenstein)

Does it contain a lot of violence? Do you control your appendages with -just- your mouse? (e.g. physical motion by mouse movement?) It might be 'Die by the sword'

Could you do special power up attacks?
I know exactly what you're talking about, but for some reason I can't get further than the late Conan games or... goddamn, I forgot the word for the game, something like 'Slaughter' or something... I remember it being really hard with stupid key-combos to perform some attacks that would knock the skeleton's skulls off or something along those lines.

I think the name was similar to 'Savage', but that's a modern MMO Game.


If it was 'mediocre', it could have been Crusaders of might and magic.

Better off finding a copy for the PSX, the PC version is incredibly hard to get running stabely.

ive been browsing this thread for ages, finding old games and playing them as well, but theres still 2 games ive yet to find, hopefully someone here will know.

the first game i know was for the pc, its was an rts style game, i remember when the campaign started you got a choice of who to be, i cant remember the choices but i do remember in game some of the troops were toad riders, white dragons and the person you chose at the beginning determined what kind of units you can use in game, there not much more detail i can remember, i ca still picture the game but i cannot find it anywhere, and suggestions??

secondly, this next game was for the ps1 i believe, you start the game and it shows a cut-scene with what appears to be a dragon like creature attacking a large wall surrounding a village, when you first begin the game,i cant remember what you do at first but i remember the village your in being attacked by imp like creatures, and you had to defeat them all, afterwards you leave your village and i remember being able to capture monsters and use them on your team? something like that, i think the game case was white and had a picture of a black tree on it? bare with me this was about 13 years ago, any help would be greatly apprecited

Either it was a very obscure paperboy clone, or you're thinking of a flash game like pizza city or something.
The only pizza delivery game I know of is Lego adventure island 😅

No, It was on the pc. I played it around 1995.
It wasn't a flash game, thats for sure. It was an old dos game.
The only thing i remember was the word "simpizza", but i don't think it's the games name.

I tried getting it to work on a w7 64-bit system, only way I know how is to install the Ultimate edition's (free of charge) XP mode, but that's questionable as well as it was designed for w98 I believe. The graphics tend to screw up and sometimes the game just hangs and dies.

I never made it past the first trip to 'the tower' and the first (real) dungeon I think.


If you like this, you should see if you can get your hands on DRAKAN: Order of the flame, it's a good substitute that is still being updated (or at least has been until last year)

There's literally no other title in the universe with the part 'pizza' in it aside from pizza Tycoon, and that doesn't involve an over-world.

Hopefully someone else can remember this.
