Okay so I remember playing an rpg game where you started off as a younger kid and the town you start off in is next to a coastline with a beach, and has a huge wall around it to protect the town from the monsters outside. I remember after you go out of the town you go to some ruins and some of the monsters are skeletons. Can anybody figure this out because I remember the atmosphere of the game being amazing but cannot remember what it is. If it helps, I think it was for Dreamcast or ps1. But if not I know it is an older game like that.

That is likely Legend of Legaia. I only recently found out the game had a PS2 sequel.

That's probably Dark Cloud. The jungle was the second dungeon, and the character in green was either Goro or Toan.

Hey don't know if this has been guessed yet but I vaguely remember this game I used to play on GameTap in the mid to late 2000's
-It was for sure a 2D platformer
-I think the main character was a boy
-I think the plot was about saving his sister
-Had 8bit-ish graphics but they looked good(at least that's how I remember)
-I can sort of remember having to restart the whole game when you died or something similar
-I vaguely remember the final boss being two flying vampire things
-I can't remember how you killed enemies but it might be by shooting
-I feel like the graphics were similar to Kirby in the way the bosses and environment was done
-Had very good music(again that's how I remember it)
Sorry for my bad memory
Please help me find this it has been killing me for months
Except for the plot and the final boss, this sounds suspiciously like I Wanna Be The Guy...
Yeah it definitely wasn't as hard as I Wanna Be The Guy if I remember it right

My sisters and I have been unable to remember the name of a 3D children's PC/computer game from the late 90s to early 00s. What little we can remember is that it had to do with stories from all over the world. When you clicked on inanimate objects, they would say something or move. For example, a dish of spaghetti said "Delicioso!", a statue in a courtyard ate grapes/fruit off a tree/vine, and an anemone said "Never make an anemone your enemy!"

Any help is so greatly appreciated!

Never mind! I really buckled down and found them! Magic Tales, specifically Imo and the King, Princess and the Crab and others!

There was this game on I think windows 95. It was a platform game with a little dinosaur. there were different levels and you could jump and shoot fireballs at the bad guys. at the end, you got the dinosaur egg. It would say "welcome to Eggit planet" when you started. There was also a build your own level option. I used to love this game when I was little. Does anybody know it?

Hi guys, I'm looking for a game that I played when I was young. It was a side-scrolling CD game on PC platform in the year of 2000s may be(or 2000-2005), actually I don't know about the release date of it. I've tried my best to remember most of the game details but I cant remember the name of it.

The starting animation is talking about a man was locked in a tower in the sky, a mage(maybe?) casted magic to free him.
Although the game is side-scrolling game, it looks like 2.5D. The background is 2D picture but your character and the enemies are 3D image. It is a kind of adventure game, and you have a health bar and mana bar on the top left hand corner.
In the game you can choose 3 types of character, a young man with sword, a young girl with staff and a man using two-handed axe.
I remember some of the default button which are "Z" and "X", "Z" is using a light attack and "X" is a heavy attack.

There are several types of magic you can use, fire , ice, lightning and recovery.
Each type of magic divided into 5 levels, I only remember fire and ice.
Fire L1: Single fire ball drop on a single enemy (Auto targeting to nearby enemy)
Fire L2: Fire burning on the left side of right side (depends on character facing direction)
Fire L3: Lava blast at all enemies position
Fire L4: Large explosion (Area of effect)
Fire L5: Fire from the fire phoenix (Area of effect)
Ice L1: Ice Spikes appear at a single enemy's postion (Auto targeting to nearby enemy)
Ice L2: Ice Spikes appear at all enemies' position
Ice L3: Ice wall created on the left side of right side (depends on character facing direction)
Ice L4: Ice Storm (Area of effect)
Ice L5: Ice Age (Area of effect)

And here are the stage and the boss that I try my best to remember.
Stage 1 - Forest, boss: rock golem
Stage 2 - Floor 1
Stage 3 - Below 1, boss: ice drake
Stage 4 - Below 2, boss: 2 ghost
Stage 5 - Below 3, boss: skeleton mage(necromancer)
^And this boss I think is a main enemy of the game because my character need to talk to him before battle.
Stage 6 - Floor 2, boss: a flying, upper body, large skeleton with both scythe-shaded hand(hand bone)
Stage 7 - Floor 3, boss: fire drake
Stage 8 - Below 4

One more thing there are 5 different BGM in the game. Each of them is used for Stage1-5 respectively. And Stage 6 use the first BGM and so on.

I just only remember the stage name and the last stage that I reached is 8.
Please help me with this, it is a memory for me and I try my best to remember the details of it.

It was a ps2 game, I think it was a 3d platformer? there was like a road with cracks in it that were filled with lava for some reason with some platforms sticking up for some platforming. there was also a graveyard in that area i believe and there were just hands or zombies that would pop up from the graves. i also kinda remember a swamp-like level that had stuff that would come out of the water or something idk much about that part anymore.

Hi I hope some can help me

In the 90s we got a PC and I had a game and I think you was a yellow space ship and you was in a PC killing computer viruses.

I think the levels are laid out like a computer motherboard and you had to find the virus in like a puzzle map and shoot them, you could see all the motherboard chips and wires on the level.

Thanks :)
Is it Operation: Inner Space?
No its not thanks tho any other ideas?

So, there was that one old 2d game where you played as a knight and had to save a princess or something like that. There were a few maps and the second one, as i remember, was a desert. There were stages on these maps and each one was a game of bubble shooting until the time runs out. There were some monsters that could hurt you during this as well, but you could shoot them with RMB. The knight was changing his armor as you progressed so you were gaining more hearts for those stages.

I so glad to find this thread, and hope somebody can help out. i remember a game similar to the retro game called Destroyer, i remember you are are an destroyer on top of some moving waves, where the sky is black and water dark blue, kind of 8bit graphic with moving vector waves, and where choppers shooting at you from the sky and subs try to kill you from under the water, I was too young to remember what console it was for. At start i thought it was intellivision but that console would not be able to do the moving waves the destroyer was moving on. i remember it was caatridge based. and have really used many hours to figure out what game it could have been, i have tried to look at most 8 bit youtube top100 but never found the game and nether consoles from that time that could do vector based moving waves.i might remember some of the details wrong. Hope any have a clue what game it could be?

Hi everyone!

So, there is this game I've been trying to find for LITERALLY YEARS!! I think it was a game for Windows 95 or 98.

The plot of the game was more or less that the city had been overrun by either aliens or mutants (I'm not sure which.) You play as this guy in blue jeans, a green Tshirt, and a mullet. The game starts out and i think you're in the street beside a white building, and there's crashed cars everywhere. Then you eventually get to this red brick building you have to go into and climb up.

The final boss fight was against a mad scientist that turns himself into this huge monster thing that looks like a giant rabid naked mole rat.

Hope somebody can help!!

Hello. this thread is amazing! Maybe you can help fiance. She's trying to remember an educational game that she play during the early 2000-2002ish. Here are some things she remembers

-Fantasy / Halloween themed
-A game that you plant seeds that involved the sun and water and placement of the seeds
-A game that involved potions
-A stage/level that had pirates and geography
-A math stage/level that had spiders and spider webs
-Typing practice with ghost stories or something
-You got to choose a different path, to go to a different stage

Hopefully these things make sense, because I have no idea what game this is. Thank you for the help!
