I once had a pyogenic granuloma (a blood vessel growing on the surface of the skin) that required a direct shot of anesthetic before removal. It hurts damn bad getting a shot into a spot that sensitive. And the damn thing bled every day before its removal. I swear I would just nick the thing putting on a shirt, and I would have to sit with a tissue to it for half an hour until the bleeding stopped.
