Metal Gear Solid HD Collection - Has a remastered MGS3 in it, one of my all time favourites.

Dark Souls - Challenging, fun, dark - quite immersive as well.

Skyrim - because it's Skyrim. Need I say more?

Skyrim has the most content and you'll play it the longest willingly,
If you didn't ever play MgHd collection it a great combination of games, peace walker in particular
Depending is your pc or console get BF3 if you have a decent pc, if not id say Dark souls.
Dead space 2 is likely now the cheapest of the bunch so i'd say get it to, geat 3rd person action, but the multiplayer is sad.

Dark Souls : good pvp pve and is long.
Saints Row : the new gta4 imo
Metal gear : I just like stealth. It's fun but I'd recommend splinter cell instead.

would've said dead space but EA's killing it and Skyrim's having issues.
