I know a Ken Doll, he's older than the line of toys though. And any girl's name followed by "Doll" sounds like a porn name.

I went to school with a "Peter Pan", but that had more to with cultural misunderstanding, his parents are Korean immigrants.

If they're the reason that kid is made fun of, it doesn't matter if they're the parents, they're still fucking douchebags.
The kid will live a life, and if a kid is named "Vagina" (seriously!), that will probably have a negative effect on their life.
