My dad apparently worked with someone named Richard Moore, but people called him dick, and the place he works uses something like a punchcard machine which has some vocal features. Long story short apparently the machine told Richard Moore to "Please reinsert Moore, Dick."
I also have a friend named Tyrus who is white, which is odd since Tyrus is generally a African American name.
