...Aaand PETA jumps the shark (and then protested the conditions it was held in) even harder than when they campaigned for fish to be called 'sea kittens'. So what, their stance is that any depiction of meat is evil? I'm for animal rights as much as the next person, but this is absurd. PETA, by all means go after legitimate instances of animal cruelty (factory farms, et al) but you're not helping any actual animals by going after really good indie platformers.

Y'know, I still don't understand why PETA is after a majority of modern video games. Most of the things that the PETA parody games emphasize are not even a huge commotion in the actual games themselves. I mean, I understand if PETA wants to go after a game like Cabella's Hunting 20XX, but Cooking Mama? Super Meat Boy? These choices just don't make sense at all.

I dislike PETA as much as the next guy, but this honestly sounds good-humoured and kind of decent overall. There's none of that obnoxiousness that usually comes with anything PETA-related. I don't know why so many people go and attack them for this.

So... I just though I should inform you all of something you should know.

Tofu is made with Calcium Sulfate... which is also known as Gypsum, or Plaster of Paris (remember that white powder you made models with as a little kid in school?) Once you add water, it quickly dries and becomes solid.

Yea. Knowing that REALLY put me off eating the stuff. Hope it does for you too (though by the sound of it, no-one was about to jump at the chance of eating it anyway)
