Then don't reply to the thread? I don't go to Final Fantasy threads and talk about how terrible those games are.Supraliminal said:Uh, I don't get it.
Half Life 2 wasn't even that good.
A linear shooter with awkward pacing, tedious story and evident lack of style, especially in the level design.
It frequently reminded you it's a game, never giving you a chance to immerse in the world (after the starting sequence, that is)
Maybe my feelings stem from the fact, that I didn't play it when it came out all those years ago.
Time would have hazed my memories for sure.
Honestly, I'm expecting them to make like a little video of one of the TF2 guys parodying this, or a "response" from the Half-Life cast. It's Valve, you never know.Baby Tea said:Bawwww.
That was awesome!
Who wants to bet that some Valve employee gets their kid to do a reply?
Anyone? Anyone?
That's just because Americans are all Genophobic. Take out that brief 30-second clip (that's laughably called a "sex scene"), and I'm sure we'd give Mass Effect an E.Amnestic said:Another sidenote amusing rating disparity: Mass Effect 1 got an M in the U.S. It's a 12 in Britain.
Hey, think of it in general terms. You're going to see a movie? It's going to be an amazing multimedia experience! Little league? The most interactive baseball experience ever! Going to sleep? You're going to experience revolutionary REM states! It'd make ALL of life seem that much more awesome.Sebenko said:Can you imagine being Molyneux's kid?
"What's for dinner, dad?"
"The best dinner ever! Interaction and emotion and woooo... here's your day old pizza."
