My entry into impractical gun contest. (One sniper part (trigger is in the middle), assault rifle barrel in the normal place (although there are actually 3 barrels for some reason w/ a flash hider and a HUGE compensator)

What is this madness?

I... I think I can work out what is what, but my brain is imploding from the sheer excessivity of it!
The only critique I can think of that is relevant is that the pistol grip is massive, possibly too massive?

New sniper variant of the Starr series.
The rail goes so far back because the stock is extendable, for prone shooting, and to still allow the scope to be pulled further back if one has long arms.

Starr smg(its the future, theres allowed to be .50 SMGs) with a 20 guage masterkey.

Havent posted in a while so here.

First, that is a sweet stock. A little bit bulky, but very slick. And are you using a dot sight as a mount in that first picture? It looks cool, either way.

That last picture just doesn't look very SMG. Maybe you can compact the weapon a bit?

I didnt want the diagnal rod to interfere with the grip, so I moved it back a pixel every 2 minutes or so...

I figure if you reduced the size of the diagonal-facing stock a bit an increased the angle, you could get the main stock in closer. Also, having a snub barrel is a big part of reducing the size of the gun.

So after over a year away from this forum I have decided to come back to it!

Pleasantly surprised with the new additions to PMG, so without further ado here is a bolt action magazine fed rifle. Based off of the M14, with some changes.

I love the colour scheme, it makes it look like something out of Mass Effect or some futuristic game like that. The blending's good too, it puts to shame what I'm about to post...

Right what it says on the tin.

I like this one too, it looks a bit like something I'd expect from Fallout games as it's kinda in a similar vein to the Chinese AR from Fo3 - It looks like the original (AK47) but heavily updated and made to fit in with the times.

I think it's some kind of heavy barrelled MP5, but I'm not sure what went through my mind as I did it.

It started out bretty amazing, but when I look at it now I can see that that stock was not a good idea whilst the front Iron SIght is actually behind the barrel due to a mistake whilst grouping. I think it's best for me to think of it as an exercise in blending, and probably the best blending I've done.

The AK works, but its just too long. The ideal of bullpup weapons is to reduce the length of the gun, so that extended stock looks out of place.

The LMG/assault rifle is spot-on. I don't have any name suggestions, but do make another one. I especially like the blending on the M249 handguard and that foregrip. Props, bro.

Yeah I was worried about the AK, but it is actually quite a bit shorter than a regular AK.

Any way here's a few more of the other series, an LMG, a SMG and a DMR, gonna keep playing around with these but heres the provisional designs.
