Edit: I've not seen much of it, but assuming it's as accurate as you say, I'd love to see some of the Red Steel games on the PS3.

Though, owning a Wii, I doubt I'd be buying it again.

If Move would mean Red Steel 2 would come to the PS3, Move is a sure-buy for me. Damn that game looks fantastic. It might also bring my dream of a perfect lightsaber game a lot closer. You just can't get that with a controller, you can't.

Though the brightly coloured ball just looks awful.

All of this kind of makes me laugh, with all the insults directed at Nintendo, and once again Sony has to find some way to directly mimic them. As with any new thing, I am skeptical until it has been some time. Then again I don't even have a PS3 and likely never will, don't see a reason I would buy a console for one game.

Personally, I enjoy my wii and I've never honestly had a problem with the controls.

My concern would be that the shovelware makers for Wii could make a quick PS3 port. And if they start making Natal shovelware as well, we would be heading towards the Second Video Games Crash.

as much as i love my wii, sometimes it just feels too clunky when using it. I for one am happy that sony decided to take this step to expand and am looking forward to this.

Red Steel would totally work on it. Hear is the E3 footage so you can see how accurate it really is.

Can it turn poeple into frogs with it's magic glowing ball? can it cast thunderbolts IRL?

I guess not, so i'll stick with my wii for motion controll, and the PS3 for other stuff.

Actually at E3 one of the developers mentioned something about the ball changing colors depending on what spell you want to cast but he may have joking.
