Which do you prefer? 28 days later or 28 weeks later? I loved 28 days later, but just recently I watched 28 weeks later. That movie was so riddled with plot holes and bullshit I had to quit watching it.

Days wiped the floor with Weeks
I preferred the low budget british one to the big budget american one which was generic to the max. Hell, the five minute promo film for weeks was better than the actual release and a damn sight less guessable.

Weeks was terrible. Only movie where I was hoping the main characters (the children) die. They single handedly kill everyone with their stupidity.

i completely agree with this, british days was a really good film, the american one, passable, not the worst film i have ever seen , weeks however was a terrible piece of film, i feel sorry for any actor who has this on their CV

i loved the indie feel to days. weeks just seemed like it was trying too hard. i thought days captured the essence of what a zombie movie should be. weeks, not so much.

Days is a better film but weeks was enjoyable. However weeks does have one of my nightmare situations in it:

The scene where the mother is tied down and the husband punches, bites her throat and gouges her eyes out and she can do nothing about it.

28 days later is the superior one by far. It also happens to be my favorite zombie-movie.

--Xvito, keeping it excellent.

I hate it when films do that. They cause you to become frustrated with the stupidity of a character and in the end they don't even give you the satisfaction of seeing their brains getting eaten.

I think days was way better.

Thank you! I thought it was just me. But it may also have to do with me hating children in movies in general, unless their quiet and listen to what their told.

Days is easily the better film. Weeks completely abandoned everything that was good about days and just turned it into another average action film.

Days, for all the resons mentioned above AND the fact that the events leading to the zombie outbreak in Weeks is just retarded:
Why in the HELL would they leave a confirmed "Rage"-virus host all alone in a cell inside some low-security facility all by herself, without any sort of guards or whatever, so that even janitors can go and see her without hindrance? And then leave several thousands of civilians in a locked but not secured basement when zombies start running around? You're just asking for trouble by doing that...
