I keep having dreams where I'm just an extra in my own dream. As in there will be someone else the narrative is following, and I'll just be seen in crowd doing very little. That said I have had one in a zombie dystopia where someone used my severed head as a warning to stay away from there stash of food... That was pretty unnerving.
I would say, not crazy in the sense of your dreams, hell i had reacurring dreams of the exact same situation at work(which was damn near impossible to happen and never has at any time in my memory) for 3 months, not nessecarily nightly but at least 4 times a week... waking up in a semidelusional state sweating profusely and not sleeping again the rest of the night sucks when you work 7 days a week.

I can't really pass jugdement, because I think everyone is insane. The crazier you are, the more likely you'll end up in pollitics.
Basing it entirely upon what you've been dreaming isn't enough to give a proper diagnosis. What we need to know is what else you've been doing during your day. If you've been filling it with Left 4 Dead, then your brain is just doing dumps of what it's seen that day (which is what all dreams are anyway).

I have dreams about running from friends while doing parkour in my surroundings (which is really fun). In one dream, I think it was a mall, in the other I think it was a school. Both were awesome. It might mean that I'm using my physical skills (martial arts, gymnastics and such) to put distance between my friends and I because I'm afraid of getting close, or perhaps a broader interpretation is that I'm just running away from people who care about me or something, but that's not the point of this discussion, eh?jakeEHTlovless said:

Whenever I play an Aliens (Like Riddley Scott, James Cameron Aliens type) game, then I tend to have dreams about them (and they scare the crap out of me, so it usually turns into cold sweats and a need to have lights on). You've seen too many zombie movies and played too many zombie games. I suggest you avoid them for a while. Also, your dream might signal that you're afraid of society and people in general.
You are sane. How can I tell? You are worried by the fact that you have been dreaming of zombies alot (not because you think the zombies are coming, but because you recognize that its odd to have similar dreams so often). But yeah, you've probably just had zombies on the brain for a large amount of time recently and so its bleed into your dreams. Nothing to be worried about.
Anything's possible, but I suspect you've just been seeing a lot of zombie related things in the last indeterminate amount of time.

Often, I find people relate zombies to extreme conformity, is there any chance that such a thing has been on your mind alot recently?
