I?m going for the option; it?s a current dream thingy and it will pass.
It will pass quicker if you don?t stress over it too much.

Freud's death instinct. You should be fine unless you try and qo make those dreams a reality. But keep a shotqun in your room just in case.

In conclusion, you're not insane, just delusional, troubled, and in denial.

So, you're normal.

you can qo outside now and talk to all the other delusional people who are secretly hopinq they are sane as well

No, I had plenty of survival horror dreams (not nightmares, because these dreams are actually awesome) and I dont even play them.

Ok, so, ive been having a lot, and i mean "A LOT" of zombie dreams and it is really starting to worry me. ive came to the conclusion that either im having premenitions, i just have a lot of great movie ideas, or im completely fucking insane. My question to every one is, have any of you had a problem similar to mine, and if so, how did you solve it.
If you think that makes you insane you should step into my shoes. My dreams alone'll **** your world up! =D

I dream regularly about samurais riding bears on jetskis very often.
Taking down Hitler.
But that's irrelevant, no you're not insane.

Insanity...

That is something you do not seem to possess.

Have you ever wished horrific death upon your enemies, to eviscerate them where they stand while relishing in their terrified shrieks?

That... is insanity.
Sweet.

So every time I play in Warsong Gulch on World Of Warcraft I become Insane?

Cool.
well of course you are, that entire realm is insanity

Insane? No. Happened to all of us I would venture. But when/if you start seeing the world around you 24/7 in your zombiefied state of mind, then you may need to address that.

No, you're not insane. I just had a dream about killing zombies two weeks ago, and another about 2 months ago, plus countless more I can't remember.

You probably just are dreaming about your recent media interests; that happened to me when I had been playing Penumbra too much. Hooray for good dream recall!

On a related note, I can often feel things in my dreams. Am I insane?

There are dreams far weirder than that. If you have "just" zombie dreams it just means you think a lot of zombies or your brain has a lot of "data" to move around having to do with zombies. I don't see what's wrong with that. I had a phase where I dreamed of unborn babies eating their way through their mothers' bellies. I don't recall any piece of fiction I consumed around that time that came near that kind of horror, but it served as good inspiration for some horror scenes I wrote.

It only starts getting weird when you dream about something and it happens in real life. Happens to me sometimes, but I just chuckle at how we see the world is purely subjective and don't think there's something bigger behind that. Tho it does get increasingly weird in a creepy way the more specific the things that match are, but I digress.

I had a zombie dream last night, we were holed up in this dark building, the zombies were trying to get in through these two sliding doors like an old fashioned elevator, we couldn't lock them only hold them shut. I remember struggling to get changed into some sort of body armour/riot gear as I was only wearing shorts and a t shirt, I only managed to get the pants and boots on (but laces untied) as they burst through. I remember being pissed that I dropped my bag with supples and rather specifically two water bottles.

My father was among the other survivors and we fled up these stairs and I though there was a way out but it only looped around back to the stairs. So I ran back to where the rest of the survivors, men and women with all sort of melee weapons stood in an alcove containing a giant window. I personally had a crowbar. I remember it being heavy and at the same time it was really had to kill a zombie, I swung at ones head but only shattered a jaw, I hit anothers head but it was too close and I only end up pushing it back.

Suddenly sunlight bloomed through the window and I remember saying to my father "It's okay, I always wanted to die in the daylight". Suddenly there was a rumbling louder than anything I'd ever heard (actually my mobile phone alarm) and we threw ourselves to the ground as a helicopter fired through the window killing all the zombies as I awoke.

I've dreamt that I'm Harry Potter (I'm female... and in the dream I'm a female Harry Potter)shooting patronus' at dementors in the Great Hall while Hermoine and Ron ate croissants. Zombies are nothin'.

Something I found: If you are able to call yourself insane, you probably aren't.
Unless, you know, you're psychopath. They tend to just not care.

In my experience people who ask the question "Am I ?" usually are. So yes you are insane, but don't let that bother you. So long as your paranoia doesn't manifest into a O.C.D or schitzophroenia you should just like the rest of us. Bat shit crazy!
