hmmm well it really depends on the situation is the battle spontaneous,were is it taking place, is batman allowed to bring anti armor weapons? Any way like i said the outcome would depend on the situation.

i think it would be a long fight and come down to bruce vs tony. and bruce has ninja training so i am going with bruce. also because he is "the god damn batman"

I've voted for Iron Man. Batman is just at too much of a disadvantage. Even if he managed to take out the suits power, Tony Stark isn't a push over.

Regardless, out of their suits, both of them are super-intellectuals anyway. Bruce Wayne is smart about gadgetry and martial arts, and is the world's greatest detective, whereas Tony Stark is a quick-witted (read: people person) and mathematically (and all of it's sub-sectors) gifted.
Bruce is a whiny crybaby, and Tony is an arrogant tool.

Iron man can fly, Batman can glide. Iron man has a suit of um... some hard shit, Batman has a suit of less hard shit. Iron man can shoot exploding beams out of his palms and Bat Man can throw batarangs.
