Shivering Isles>>>>>>>>>>Broken Steel

Broken Steel saved your character through an idiot plot twist that didn't need fixing, added boring quests, and a level cap raise that was unnecessary.

definitely fallout 3's packs. i'm a completionist when it comes to that game, so those packs added about 20 extra hours a piece-- and i never stopped having fun with it!
also, point lookout was "meh".

gta was a close second for me as TLatD told a pretty gritty story and i liked the characters. it made me like the whole biker genre. lol, now i watch Sons of Anarchy, and Gangland alot.
also, Senator Stubbs was a great character, and gave the best missions.

TBoGT was good, because it finally pieced the story together, and also added new weapons and vehicles (GOLD Buzzard FTFW). the characters were unlikable though, but that's how they're supposed to be-- snotty, drug-addled club rats.

shivering isles was cool, but they just changed too much of the landscape and items. i very much appreciated the new setting but it was too much of a departure from the norm to *EDIT: be functional* for me.

also, if you max out your guy's stats enough, you can fight the gate guardian one on one for the lulz and win without the special item. lol killed him in 11minutes because he's so damn OP
