Sometimes braces can look rather cute.

I don't get the whole deal that you instantly are disgusting when wearing braces.

I agree here, depending on the colour of the braces and just how well they compliment the person they can be like glasses, sometimes cute sometimes not.

Im dating a girl that says she might need braces in the futur, really i wopnt care, one because i love her, and two because i just simply dont care.

Yeah, but I think glasses make the girl look extremely sexy about 99.999999999% of the time.

Yeah, glasses seem to make intuecuality shine, which is pretty sexy for me too.

But it depends on the style of glasses for me.

What style do you prefer?

I tend to like the thinner glasses best probably because that's what I wear:

But I also wear (and like) the Gordon Freeman esque glasses too.

Yeah something lik that. Thin and the squareish type, circular glasses just arent my type.

And if the glasses are red or purple thats just an added bonus for me.

Wow, thats weird, if you split the colour wheel in half then we like colours on complete opasite sides.

That is weird. Red, orange, and yellow are my least favorite colors, while blue green and purple are my favorites

I had them for a year and I didn't feel any less attractive, and I was 18 and 19 when I had them then a year after with a retainer. I don't care if someone has braces or not. To me it's not a big deal and I haven't heard of anyone that I know thinking differently. So no, I don't think he'll be dateless.

Depends on your skin texture, shape of your head/face, hair etc. JUST because you have braces doesnt mean its all over, I had braces and although I never got a girl (which was mostly because of my anxiety) Rarely was I ever put down for having braces. Trust me, It's worth having them. I'd much rather go through no girls, sliced gums (another thing he'll hate) and ending up with perfectly straight teeth then have girls and have terrible breath/teeth in the future. (which is exactly what happened for me)

I'm one to vote a big fat effin NO. But that's because I'm into men at least 8 years older than myself. Someone my age with braces or a little older just doesn't seem right. :/

When I was younger I dated someone with a retainer and it didn't bother me too much. Maybe if I were 15 again I'd be okay with it.

I would. Why not? Braces are fine. It can certainly rob you of 'hot' points in my book, but it often earns you 'cute' points instead.

Well, I hate to say this, but when you get braces at age 17, it is noticeable and un-attractive, it may not be a big a deal at age 13-15, but 17 is.... awkward.

Ok i got braces at 18 because my teeth where so messed up but my parents coudlnt afford them. I think of it as a commitment to better yourself and take care of your body, plus with my 36-24-36 body size..i was never single for longer than about a month
