360/PS2-3/GC controllers, simply because they are identical and controllers are just what most of us have grown up with.

Keyboard and Mouse. But if I couldn't pick that, it'd be a PS3 controller

(spent about 10 hours just editing Saints Row 2 for PC to use the PS3 button icons)

I actually loved the Dreamcast controller.

The Gamecube Controller.

Its so comfortable, and the positions of the buttons are all at good spots for the size of my hands.

I agree with this 100%. The Cube controller is the best controller I've ever used.

360 controller feels like an extension of my arm the PS3 one feels like im playing with a brick

I just like the 360 controller for some reason. It sits real cozy in my hands.

Mouse and keyboard, although I will I've tried to use the dance pad (for DDR) on other playstation games back in the day and it set the standard for epic fail.
