Poll: Coolest headwear

Yes, this is search bar approved (although I find the search bar to be a bit flawed).

Anyway, on to subject. Which form of hat, do you deem the coolest of them all? If you're not familiar with the alternatives, here are some pictures:

Pick one, or if you have a better suggestion, post your own. I am personally stuck between the fedora, the trilby, and the fez. The fedora because it's stylish of Indiana Jones, the trilby because, well, it's awesome and I have one. And the fez because it's silly and it was The Doctor's headwear for half an episode.

Trilby. Or possibly a tricorn. Although only when fancy dress permits it (Pirate fancy dress - always fun!) . I'm not really a 'hat person' though.

Why?

Because when I wear my full suit (red and black) along with my red accented trilby, I am occasionally mistaken for a mob enforcer/government agent. I have been patted down on a weapons check wearing this getup. As in a police officer felt sufficiently threatened to pull over his cruiser, get out and pat me down.

I live in a college town 20 minutes south of Toledo. The worst (violent) crime we've had in the last 20 years has been a murder-suicide that was talked about for three weeks in 1994. And a police officer felt sufficiently threatened to check an 18-year-old male with an 8-inch ponytail and a suit for a gun.

That's how hardass a trilby makes you.

I'm caught between top hats and fedoras. A fez can also be cool under the right circumstances.
