Poll: Could the Zerg/Borg/Tyranids/Reapers/Whatever take Fallout Earth?

Something happens that causes one of these unstoppable, unfeeling, all-consuming alien genocide machines to line their sights upon Fallout Earth, circa 2277. Whatever it is, be it the Scenic Overlooks, the porn, the radio stations, that has caused this race of unknowable horrors to want the Vault Boy dead, the monsters are not passing the planet up due to the environment or sparse population.

But, they are playing by their own rules. The one common trait among most of these kind of villains is that they want the fauna dead, not the planet. So, while most of them are more than capable of destroying the planet, they're simply not going to do it. Could the disparate, hardened, survivalists in North America avoid the invaders until they die or leave?

And if you think these listed creatures couldn't cut it, but another could, feel free to mention them.

EDIT: The Fallout Option should say, "No, Fallout's Crapsack World would win"

The Tyranids wouldn't be stopped. The major thing about them is that, like the Borg, you constantly need to adapt your tactics. They've most likely beaten nuclear fusion weapons before, so nukes won't stop them. The explosions will certainly kill millions of gaunts, but the fallout radiation would do nothing.

There is also simply too few people left on the planet to put up an effective defense.

The only way I see them surviving the Tyranids is by the Hive Fleet ignoring them. One of the most common tactics by the Imperium is to lure the Tyranids towards planets with a low biomass, so the Hive Fleet moves slower while absorbing minimal resources, buying time for a counterattack. Without fleets luring the Tyranids to the Fallout Earth, they might just bypass the planet in search of more fertile hunting grounds.

Fallout Earth would get its ass kicked by ANY of the mentioned races. Really, the only ones who could muster any significant defense would be the Brotherhood of Steel, thanks to their equipment. But their numbers are insignificant, so no, we'd be screwed.

Against a Borg, how would Brotherhood weaponry function? I know that phasers operate on emitter frequencies that the Borg adapt to, but would they be able to react to direct energy or particle beam weapons? Plasma based weapons with the meltdown perk could potentially stave off ground invasions, before the Borg consider it easier to beam everyone aboard for assimilation.

One word: Deathlisk. Deathclaw reapers would take time to produce, can bypass that with infestors. Still voted for deathclaw reapers though because it's just more stylish, nothing says "You're fucked" like a giant machine made from deathclaw juices.

The thing is, Tyranids are controlled evolution, if they ate a deathclaw and decided it was more efficient, they would just make a better version of it. So now we would have millions of carnifex/deathclaw crossbreeds added to whatever hive fleet it was had invaded.

Even if they could adapt to their energy weapons, the Brotherhood would still have gattling guns and rocket launchers. I don't see the Borg adapting to that.

But as you said, the Borg would have no need to get caught up in ground warfare, they'd just steal all the wastelanders they want and bugger off again. Actually, the Brotherhood would probably just hide in a bunker until the Borg left and proclaim themselves victorious afterwards.

Lets be frank. The fallout world is one of scattered individuals or isolationist groups mostly working with late 20th century level weaponry.
Any co-ordinated attack by a force with superior numbers would quickly end with the aggressors assured victory.

Any single one of those would absolutely roll the fallout universe.
It's written as a spares, desolate and immensely underpopulated wasteland with ramshackle technology they threw together with whatever they could find.

The only "defense" they could really muster is just being such an unappealing target none of the races even bother going out of their way to snatch up what is pretty much a dead planet.

Certain groups could stand a chance, The Enclave, The Brotherhood of steel, the Boomers in a ground war.

Against the Zerg I'd say that the NCR, The Enclave, the BoS, the Boomers, the Great Khans, and other reality organized groups of the wastes have the advantage.

Have the Borg ever fought conventional weaponry? if so I still give the Enclave, and The BoS the advantage.

Tyranids would wipe the floor with the wastelands.

Reapers have the staggering numbers and several methods of collecting, The Bos, and the Enclave could stave off the the collectors but the BoS, the Enclave, NCR, etc. only have so many pre war weapons to use so advantage Reapers.

Also there might be Vaults that survive regardless so advantage vault dwellers everywhere.

Well they could, the hand full of people left really wouldn't be much of a threat.
But the question is why would they want to invade when there is nothing left, they got nothing to eat, noone to enslave, and nothing worthy of assimilation... so why the fuck bother.

At the risk of catching fire here, but...100% completion?

If Fallout Earth can't even stop natives from attacking their borders, what resistance are they going to put up against a never ending onslaught of creatures hellbent on the destruction of the species?

Any of them could, easily. Most of them wouldn't bother with such a piece of crap planet.
