Heh, how rarely 'is' rarely? I'd guess I eat there 12-20 times a year, some months twice, once or others not at all. Its partially disgusting, but also satisfying, but you HAVE to splurge when you do it, otherwise don't bother. Eating it regularly and trying to cut back (at MacDonalds, wtf right?), it pointless. Do it properly or don't do it at all.

Yes, because it's absolutely fantastic and I love it.

All I got from Super Size Me is that if you eat loads of calories and don't exercise, you'll get fat. Truly ground-breaking stuff, right there.
/thread
as much as I love that movie, I do agree, you eat nothing but Mickey D's and get no exercise and you get fat, no shit Sherlock.

OT: McDonald's is great. yeah, it's bad for you, but who cares? it tastes good so long as you get exercise and keep a balanced diet it won't screw you up. it won't make you fat if you don't let it, but the same could be said for any food.
If you eat the same of anything for that long your body won't get everything it needs.
That was expected.
The entire point of the movie didn't make any sense, because it was obvious what was going to happen.
I think there's a movie out there where someone does something like that but with smoking.
Yea "super high me" was about smoking weed. The guy said it had no negative side effects but THC can cause long term memory damage and so on. It affects everyone differently so we cant accurately gauge how something will affect someone. Smoking cigarettes is just as random. Some people can smoke for as little as 4 years and develop some kinda cancer whereas some can smoke for 60 and be absolutely fine.
The key is moderation in all things.
Unless its fast cars.

Yes I do. They pretty much have one of, if not the best fast food french fries.

Well, I actually enjoy there food. So yes, I still eat McDonalds.

Also, I'm not a complete idiot who can actually control my eating habits. That's a pretty big bonus when it comes too fast food.

Seriously, "Unhealthy" people ruined my favorite breakfast cereal of all

I don't care if my shit was midnight black. That cereal was amazing.

Fuck them if they try to take away my Micky D's
Oh geez, I remember that cereal. I didn't realize they got rid of it. We still have Recess Puffs though:

Om nom nom.

No, I don't eat McDonalds anymore. I'm getting in shape and that means I'm also changing my diet so no fast food.

I eat at McDonalds rarely but their chicken nuggets leave a strange aftertaste to me. Still pretty good when you need something cheap.

Their milkshakes are awesome though.

No, but I eat like Chick-fil-a. And does Chinese food count as fast food?

I know that's probably not that much better than McDonald's health-wise, but it certainly tastes a lot better.

No, I don't eat there. Growing up in Europe, and having hippie parents (who were vegetarian for the first years of my life) McDonalds just never seemed very appealing to me. And as a punishment for begging for fastfood my parents would take away my allowance -.-' I ate there once when I moved to the states, but it made me sick, so I am not planning on going back any time soon...

McDonalds had to close its only location here (in all of Iceland) and it was replaced by something called Metro.

Their usual stuff is pretty samey as its predecessor, but their Big Royal burgers are to die for.

I eat Burger King maybe once or twice a week and McDonald's maybe once or twice every few months. I don't actually eat out a lot.

Absolutely not.

Those bastards gave me food poisoning a few years back, so they are not deserving of my money.

Yes, occasionally. If I don't have time to make lunch, or I am busy or lazy, I'll go there. basically just for convenience. Though to be honest, even then I'll be just as satisfied going to any other fast food place like Taco Bell, Tim Hortons (eh!), Burger King, etc. So yes, I do go to McDonalds, but not terribly often. It's cheaper and healthier to cook your own food.

Not if I can help it. If I'm on the road with a bunch of other people and they all want to go, I'll order something small and relatively healthy instead of being prissy about it. When I'm by myself or being asked for a preference, however, it's one of the very last places I'll go to. I'd rather stop at a gas station and grab a granola bar or some trail mix than try to process McDonald's into sustenance. Every time I eat their food, I can feel my internal organs wondering what manner of crisis situation I was in that necessitated the consumption of concentrated malaise.

i was dying for an icecream once so bought a McFlurry, that was like 2 years ago, other than that, i don't think i've ever willingly eaten there, i mean, i'd sooner eat the poeple working there! but then again, knowing McDonalds, that's likely to be what they put in their burgers anyway

I actually like Mcdonalds, it's not divine cuisine but it doesnt taste awful. That being said, I do have something of a diet in that i don't eat shit so I wouldn't go there more than once a month, usually there is a 2 month period in between fast food breaks.
