I do eat mcdonalds quite often aswell as KFC, but I don't eat from burger king though. Chicken is delicious and I could eat it all day.

I live quite close to one, so every once in a while when I'm feeling lazy I pop in for a burger or two. I just love the Quarter Pounder!

I do eat McDonalds but it's a sometimes food. Some days when I don't feel like cooking anything or I'm hungry and I'm on the go I'll indulge in some big mac goodness. But like I said you can't be eating that stuff all the time it's not good for you. Moderation is key.

yea I eat there sometimes but not a lot. Probably once every one or two months.
super-size me was the worlds most pointless documentary. Think of it. All it proved was that if you eat McD's 3 times a day for however long he ate it that you will become fat.
No shit.

It's been four or five years since I ate at one, and then I wasn't eating there regularly before that. The only fast food place I go to is Chick Fil A.

Yep. Often. And I love it. And I feel no shame for it. We should all be allowed to eat what we want and not be judged for it. Sadly, that's rarely the case.

Yes, because it's absolutely fantastic and I love it.

All I got from Super Size Me is that if you eat loads of calories and don't exercise, you'll get fat. Truly ground-breaking stuff, right there.
haha just about

i dont eat there too much anymore, just because i'm kind of sick of eating it so much, but really if people are "shocked" by super size me...what the hell did you think you were eating that whole time? rainbows and love? that film had zero effect on what i eat.

If I were living in the US I'd possibly favour other fast food establishments, but as it is in the countries I frequent, Macca's is the cheapest and has the most variety.

I don't eat too much fast food, just purely because it takes about 20 minutes to drive to town from where I live and it's actually less effort to cook. But every so often, I'll get a craving that I just can't ignore and I'll go get some McDonalds. It's like Starbucks, it's trendy to hate it but as far as fast food goes, these days it's really not the worst place you could go. Maybe the one nearest to me is just well-managed, but I've never had stale or bad food there. Plus the frozen strawberry lemonade is freaking GOOD.

A few years ago a lot of McDonalds food issues were exposed through the documentary Supersize Me. After that McDonalds took a huge hit in business, but since then they've slowly recovered. So. do you still eat it?
After that "documentary" was made, another blogger decided to eat only McDonalds for some weeks and actually lost weight. His conclusion was that Supersize me was filled with false claims. Here's a nutritionist blogging about it: http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/uncategorized/appearing-in-the-anti-supersize-me-movie/

As for me, I had McDonalds last night--on my diet. Two double quarter pounders with cheese (no buns, no condiments) and an unsweetened tea. It was great, really hit the spot. If you avoid the buns, the fries, and the high fructose corn syrup-laden drinks, most of their food is actually pretty healthy. Not that I'd eat there every day, but I don't eat at any restaurant every day.

Do I eat McDonalds? Nah, the furniture is a bit hard to swallow.

As far as the burgers go, though, I do eat it. But I do prefer to go to another fastfood restaurant named Quick.

Heh, how rarely 'is' rarely? I'd guess I eat there 12-20 times a year, some months twice, once or others not at all. Its partially disgusting, but also satisfying, but you HAVE to splurge when you do it, otherwise don't bother. Eating it regularly and trying to cut back (at MacDonalds, wtf right?), it pointless. Do it properly or don't do it at all.

as much as I love that movie, I do agree, you eat nothing but Mickey D's and get no exercise and you get fat, no shit Sherlock.

OT: McDonald's is great. yeah, it's bad for you, but who cares? it tastes good so long as you get exercise and keep a balanced diet it won't screw you up. it won't make you fat if you don't let it, but the same could be said for any food.
If you eat the same of anything for that long your body won't get everything it needs.
That was expected.
The entire point of the movie didn't make any sense, because it was obvious what was going to happen.
I think there's a movie out there where someone does something like that but with smoking.
Yea "super high me" was about smoking weed. The guy said it had no negative side effects but THC can cause long term memory damage and so on. It affects everyone differently so we cant accurately gauge how something will affect someone. Smoking cigarettes is just as random. Some people can smoke for as little as 4 years and develop some kinda cancer whereas some can smoke for 60 and be absolutely fine.
The key is moderation in all things.
Unless its fast cars.
