I know a little martial arts - never got past white belt...

Nobody's ever tried to mug me, and I haven't had a fight in aaaages, so I dunno *shrug*

I'm still 6 ft, and everybody I come across is convinced that I'm a body builder - while also having the fury of a berserker when upset.

Well, I know some moves that will either kill people instantly or knock them out. So, if in self defence, I'll probably be charged for murder. Apart from that, I've got nothing. Though I am naturally intimidating, being 6"4.

Not really, but I'm experienced in street fighting (with bare knuckles, pipes, steel knuckles, knives, stuff like that), and have been sent to the hospital, and also, have sent others there.

I know Judo, although a lot of my knowledge has faded through time, and I never was really good at it.

I know that a swift kick to the nuts will solve around 70% over these kind of problems, and the other 30 can be solved with the knife I keep on me at all times.

I also can make an epic grilled cheese with crab meat

Sure. Make a fist with hand, raise said hand that should now be in fist form, swing said hand into person who you wish to apply your newly formed fist to. For optimal results aim for any weak spots you might see on person.

Did Taekwondo for a few years...never really ended up using it. A swift punch to the throat usually quells the issue before anything even happens.

Yup took Kenpo for a few years. I've been doing some MMA lately. :D
It's really run and keeps me in pretty good physical condition. It's also funny when people look at me and I say "I do some MMA".

I love Judo, and think it's an effective martial art (and not only in competition), but I have my doubts as to its worth as a form of self defense. I don't doubt that the moves are effective, lord no, Judo throws happen like lightning and off the mat they are not something you get up intact after. However, we don't do training for their use on an attacker, and even being able to Uchi-Mata in under a second doesn't mean you can remember you even do Judo should some shaggy bloke come at you.

Now, Pangration....

I know basic Tae Kwon Do and fencing, and my greatest strength in combat is being able to analyze the situation so I can counter whatever my opponent is doing.

I have played through all the levels in Shaq Fu.
Cookie to the one who gets the reference. I'm not trained at all, but I am pretty strong, with no experience to boot that means no. I can run pretty quickly though.
