House. I think it's better written, funnier, has better characters and a story that's actually interesting.
Scrubs is a comedy show that lacks all depth. That's perfectly fine, but what bugs me is that they try to add drama every now and then and generally fail miserably (only 2 exceptions come to mind). And really, if I'm going to watch a comedy, I feel no difference between watching Scrubs or Fairly Oddparents with my kid (Yeah, I'm a grown man, but Cosmos is freakin' hilarious). Fairly Oddparents might even be better since the poorly written, two dimensional characters in that show don't waste my time trying to make me care.
Also, Hugh Laurie (Greg House) is a fantastic actor. Most people that watch the show don't even realize that he a) is not American, and b) has a very distinct accent. Zach Braff, however, is only a mediocre actor/director/writer, in my opinion. (Yet still somehow comes off as one of the most arrogant pricks I never met.)
