I'd love to see Obsidian owned instead of independent. They don't seem to get enough leeway when independent... then again, ownership is a two-sided coin. While they gain leeway, they lose some more rights as well.
True, but so far it looks as if Zenimax will be loose with the developers it buys. I guess the industry has learnt something from past mistakes. (I'm looking at you, EA!)
And that would be so totally badass! Id Software developing shooters and their badass engines, Bethesda and Obsidian then creating TES and Fallout games respectively, using this engine. It's a gamers wet dream!

Elder Scrolls by far, hopefully in the new one they greatly improve the casting for voice actors, what was it in Elder Scrolls IV? 3 people? 4 people? Yeah that's my biggest concern, well that and if you release a DLC make sure it doesn't lock the door forever to the shop that the DLC was involving. You know where DLC you are Frostcrag Spire... or whatever it was called.

Oblivion is my favorite game ever. Fallout 3 is my 3rd favorite game ever. Guess which title I want next.

I really think it's going to be Elder Scrolls. They probably have a year's worth of New Vegas DLC in the pipeline already, anyone else notice the Northwest Passage location on your map that goes... nowhere? So they won't want to overlap that too much. I suppose they might allow another "spin-off" as Bethesda calls New Vegas, rather than a proper "sequel" as they would call it.

But TES5 is probably near completion by this point. It's been what, 5 years since 4 came out? I wouldn't be surprised if we start hearing announcements sometime in 2011.

Donke Kong!

OT: I really want a new TES game, only this time add more and more exotic looking armours. Like special armours that look special. I had an armour that absorbed 30 percent of the damage, and it still was made of ordinary glass. Also, more variation in spell looks would be nice. I want my firebomb to look like a bloody firebomb.

I love the Fallout series better, but I want another Elder Scrolls game because Oblivion was good, and a fresh makeover and a more up to date game would be better.

I liked oblivion but there is a few things I'd change to be like fallout 3 gameplay wise...
When you steal something for example, it shouldn't have the red hand on it and you should be able to sell it to anyone, and the crime system should be fixed so the guard don't pop out of nowhere after you fart in public or what have you.

I picked TES...

Obviously Elder Scrolls is next in line, but I still look forward to Fallout innovation over Elder Scrolls's. Basically, I want much more freedom and choice out of my RPG. Oblivion had zero choice. You either do all the missions or you don't...it doesn't matter if they're good or evil, you can just do them all. Fallout 3 was either join the Brotherhood or join them and betray them randomly in the end--massacring towns doesn't really count as a role playing choice. New Vegas is much better in giving you choices over which factions to support, but even then, the missions are mostly the same with slightly different slants and results. Moreover, you can't really join a faction and role play as that faction's newest best member since the factions are all kept to their small area of influence, sans the NCR and Legion. However, being able to give the big middle finger to everyone who wants you to give New Vegas to them at the end was amazing. I just wish it were more viable to either do your own thing or to really take a group and change its future entirely. Being the Superman of the area is dull unless you're a narcissist, and being a psycho can be funny every now and then, but is in no way roleplay. So there has been progress, but I wish it came faster. As to where I'd like to see that progress more, I'd still pick Fallout, but I'd gladly waste just as many hours on a good new Elder Scrolls game.
But really, there's nothing innovative about VATS...it's just a lazy admittance that the gameplay is about the dialogue, not really the combat.

I really think New Vegas was superior to Fallout 3 in every way, so I think Bethesda should just stick with The Elder Scrolls.

Elder Scrolls 5, I want to play a good old Medevil adventure, with magic and swords, and the lockpicking that I so enjoy

Fallout is fun, too much isn't

Oblivion came out in 2006, and there's been two Fallout games since. Time for more Elder Scrolls, is what I say!
