I come from the internet.
It has fierce wild life, but there are many points of interest dotted everywhere about and there's something for everyone.

"Other" is a pretty big category. Looks like it covers Central America, New Zealand and the whole of Africa, as well as some miscellaneous smaller islands.

I come from the United states, more specifically Iowa. Nothing much here but corn, but John Wayne was born here so that's cool I guess.

Other...because apparently Mexico is still isn't being considered as part of North America by this poll, and forgot all of Central America and the Caribbean, and Africa, apparently. I really don't get why a lot of people in the English speaking part of the American continent can't remember their closest neighbors.

I am surprised by this poll, I mean it's probably not at all accurate due to time zone restraints but so far the results are surprising.

Australia! Brisbane, in fact. No, I've never met Yahtzee, and don't intend to ever met him (I have walked past the Mana Bar, but I don't drink, so I have no reason to go into a bar). Brisbane's a great place to live, and a damn boring one to visit. It's a very nice city, but all the tourist attractions are in the rest of Queensland, not Brisbane itself. We've got a ferris wheel, and that's about it.

I've lived in Australia for 20 years now - it's the only country I have concrete memories of. I like it here - it's a damn nice country. It's not perfect, but then again, no country is perfect. Best of all, we're stable. We don't have huge cultural variations from state to state (except the city-rural cultural divide, but that's in all countries), our politics have mostly been settled to a large degree and we've got a good economy, good hospitals, good universities and good forests and beaches. Australia does have problems - we've got a censorship board for one, although it's called the "classification" board - and we're not the perfect paradise often portrayed on UK TV, but we're a mostly safe, happy place to live.

Belgium, the only country that doesn't need a foreign army to overthrow it's government.

Also beer, fries and chocolate.

Quiet you!

It puts the lotion on it's skin or else it gets the hose again!
Hooray for Silence of the Lambs references. Also, a fellow Englishmen here and to quote the immortal Mr. Croshaw: 'it's a grey, flat, miserable place more hung up on its past glory than William Shatner.' But it's still home :).

Interesting. I'm from Minnesota and my State's football team's Mascot is a Viking. That's American football, not soccer.

Hehe, 32% of Minnesota populations ancestry is from Scandinavia though, so not a big surprise if there's a viking mascot :3

"The team was officially named the Minnesota Vikings on September 27, 1960; the name is partly meant to reflect Minnesota's place as a center of Scandinavian American culture"

Pulling this from Wikipedia...so you never know...xD

Portugal here, land of sun and beaches! :D

Feel free to visit, and we'll have a meter of beer somewhere.
And it appears I have a fellow Portuguese man here. I was wondering how many people from here are actually Portuguese, not many I think.
Nope, first I heard of another one here myself. ;)
