Today I found myself playing final fantasy while I was walking my horse to the next colossi in Shadow of the Colossus. Do you ever multi-game? I find that it makes both more interesting and everything a tad bit more involved. Holding that ps2 pad while hitting attack is pretty entertaining. Or doing the actual battle in SOTC while coming back to FF to hit the a button to cycle through a cutscene. I'll also do it with games with long load times as well, which is probably the more common case if you do at all.

I have done this before actually. Can't say I remember what games it involved, but there was a time when I had two TVs in my room.

I do it all the time. Especially when I'm playing an SRPG on a handheld and a slightly more involved game on my TV.

This generally involves switching back and forth between the two when each game has a moment of downtime or non-interactivity.

Last night I was playing the MGS: Peace Walker demo alone with two PSPs.

It didn't end well.

I've played my DS during the "hurry up and wait" sections of some PC games.

Probably, but I can't remember any specific times.

Alternately, though, me and my friend once played Kingdom Hearts with me using the left side and him using the right (i.e. I controlled Sora's movement, he dealt with attacks and the like). It actually made the game a lot more fun, oddly enough, as it essentially turned it into a co-op game where you had to be fully in tune with your teammate.

I'll be playing something (usually DDO) on my PC and also playing something on the Wii with the wife.

Actually I do 3 at once, plus watch TV. I play my xbox on my TV, with a PiP playing the video and sound for cable channels, a non-maximized window game on the computer, with a game of online chess to top it off.

yeah, right now I am occupied with..
FF13, SMT:Strange Journey(well tomorrow anyway), SSX Tricky, Castlevania 1 and 3(3 is pissing me off, I AM AT DRAC AND HE WONT STAY DEAD!) and I will toss in a random snes/nes/genesis/gb/gbc/gba game every now and then

EDIT: ah i seem to have misread your title, those are examples of games I work on at the same time. not at once.

I have played 2 games at once before and it was difficult, megaman x1 and kingdom hearts. and if tag teaming a game counts me and my friends have played mario sunshine by switching off after 2 shines and we each had a side game we were playing at the same time.

No, unless you count iPhone games and Rubik's cubes during loading screens and cutscenes as gaming.

And during flight paths in WoW.

Since I got my new Quad Core, I've been playing two games at once sometimes. For eg: the other day I wasp laying Mount&Blade and Evochron Legends at the same time. Was pretty fun =)

I don't think I've ever done this before with two singleplayers. But if I'm doing something boring in an MMO I might bring out my PSP or DS.

Yes. I use to play a game on my N64 and play Pokemon Silver on my Gameboy Color, at the same time. It ensured I never got bored.
