Yes, because Pokemon is easy to play on the side while my NPC party does all the work in Guild Wars. I've also played 2 Guild Wars accounts at once.

What, I spend so much time respawning on BC2 I managed to evolve my Squirtle last time I played >.<

Sometimes I have either Professor Layton or Pokemon on my DS while I play Left 4 Dead 2, especially as an infected where you have to wait 25 seconds in between lives.
