Poll: Family Guy, American Dad, Simpsons, or South Park

South Park.
Always up-to-date, always recent events.
There are a couple of episodes I could do without but most are great.

Simpsons are fun, I love 'em. But they're too... nice.
Futurama was great, too.

Family Guy is mindless, stupid fun. Nice to have every now and then. But not... constantly.

American Dad... meh.

Well South Park and Family Guy were good, but the old Simpsons episodes are classic.
New episodes suck though.

I like Simpsons to watch as a TC show the same can be said for Futurama, though I find Futurama more funny. But I don't laugh out loud as often as I do with Family Guy and I enjoy the pure stupidity of Family Guy with far more close to home humour.

Too tough to tell. It used to be Simpsons back when it was, y'know, funny. Remember how when they would have a special guest be on it and they would have an entirely new character for the guest to play? I remember the first time when i realised the show was starting to turn sour when Homer was having a dream of some sort and up came the special guest star, who said, "Hi Homer, I'm Steve Buscemi" then he probably had one other line and that was it.

Since then the show has gone down hill ever since.

Also on the topic of South Park.. I dont get it? I know I should find it funny... but somewhere along the lines I... don't... Is it just me or the terrible writing? And I'm sorry but it looks terrible too, it actually makes my eyes bleed >.<

South Park with Futurama as a close second. Family Guy is still pretty ok but has become too much of a soapbox even for fellow liberals, American Dad is an inferior but still ok version of Family guy, and the Simpsons is going off of its status as a cultural symbol at this point.

South Park, by a mile. 13 Seasons on and stronger than ever.

Watch 'Cartoon Wars' (s10 e9+10 i think), where they destroy Family Guy's writers, and you'll never be able to watch FG again without thinking "this is sh!t". To be fair, family guy season 1-3 were pretty good, but its become so formulaic since then and they recycle the same old jokes too much. Stewie turned from mad child genius to crossdressing possible closet homosexual at some point.

American Dad is a lot smarter than Family Guy and its still fresh on Season 4, but still nothing matches up to South Park in terms of intelligence.

Simpsons has dropped in standard severely (but will never get die) and Futurama should never have been cancelled (then again they should never have made the movies).

Terrible writing? wtf? and you think family guy has good writing? I can understand not liking the animation style...but the writing on south park is superb.

Hate Family Guy, although I've only had a chance to watch a couple of episodes on my friends iPod and as far as I'm aware, they were all the new ones. Not sure if the quality of older episodes was much higher, but as far as decay goes, new SP/Simpsons are far superior to new Family Guy.

Futurama's a different beast and shouldn't really be compared to the other three, although I do like it a lot.

Once SouthPark got it's head out of it's own ass it was fine but episodes like Ekk-a penis and the oneabout cat pee were just bearable.I enjoy the older Faimily guys, the newer Jesus and Star Wars parodies are just concentrated pain. American Dad I still find enjoyable and never cared for the Simpson.s
