I'm sorry to hijack this thread into a hateful rant, but 28 Days Later is NOT a zombie movie.
Sure, it has a whole bunch of similar themes and shizzle, but The Infected, as they are called, are not reanimated corpses that feast on the flesh of the living.
Zombies: Dead, want to eat human body parts
28 Days Later infected: very much alive, and want to cause great violence to a person. Which can include biting, but only happens a couple of times in both films.
Sure they're similar, but the Borg from Star Trek share probably as many similarities with zombies, but no-one calls Star Trek: First Contact a zombie film.
