Romanian, or Russian...neither of which are options so consider this my write-in vote.

On a side note, I'm told my accent is a blend of Australian and British. It gives me charisma, or so I hear.

Implying there's only one "British" accent? And then including "Scottish" and "Irish" on the list? Hmmmmmmmmmmm O__________O

Fuck it, Tuvaluan is the best

Australian all the way. I have no idea why, but I just love the sound of it so much! I've even found girls hotter after hearing them talk in an Australian accent.

Am I freak? More than the standard for the internet, anyway?

Scottish is a British accent, I think you mean English and even then there is several different accents but oh well.

to the British escapists: stop voting for your own accent... lol

British isn't an accent. That includes posh, cockney, brummy, scouse, manc, cornish as well as all variations of Scottish and Welsh

Anyway, from that list, my favourite is Scottish, specifically Glaswegian. My favourite from the entire globe, though, is South African. These are my favourites because they're the two I can actually do quite well and (hopefully) not too stereotypically

I wish there was an option for 'other'. My personal favorite accent is he Czech/Slavic accent. Probably because that's where my family is from, but still... It's awesome. Sounds like a mix between French and Russian, kinda.

Please die in a fire for generalising countries into one accent. Also, Scotland and (Northern) Ireland are part of Britain, and even Scotland, Northern Ireland and ENGLAND (I'm assuming thats what you meant by Britain -.-) have very different accents within them. The same goes for parts of Japan, Russia, France etc.
I realize that it's generalizing, of course it is all countries have various dialects and different parts have different variations and as there are only 8 options and many accents to choose chill and just accept that the choices may cover two or more slightly different accents. Also this is just a fun poll not the official national world opinion on what accent is best.

I speak with a rather noticeable Russian accent myself, so it's hardly a favourite of mine.
I can barely understand Scottish and Irish, so those aren't at the top of my list. =)
Now if I had to choose out of your list, I'd say British, even though there's no such thing as a British accent.

The local (Maltese) accent, if just for the lulz.

"Vwat Ingliz? I-a a never hurd of such thing"

EDIT: I'm talking about the very thick, stereotypical accent, of course.

American isn't a singular accent either, but including all the local variations would eat all the poll options. Plus there are a fair few that are universally considered grating, like Wisconsin. Damn cheeseheads.

I'd say Australian, as long as it isn't too bogan-y.

Brits are certainly living up to their stereotype of being whiners though. :p
