Unfortunately I have. It happenened when I was sixteen and I would really like to forget it. The girl turned out to be a very "promiscuious" one. That whole relationship lasted far too long and I clung to it out of my lack of self esteem 
Since then though, I have had a few, so I am not completely useless, but still working on the V-Card.

somehow we ended up at the top level of the parking garage by the mall...

My first kiss was with my fiance and my first boyfriend really. XD Lucky I guess. We had parked in the parking lot of a grocery store so he could apply for a job there and I looked in his eyes putting my hand on his cheek and kissed him sweetly. All I remember is him wrapping his arms around me and losing myself in it. I had and have never been so happy.
Hey I had to wait until I was nearly 23. It's weird, when I was a teenager girls didn't want to know me, now that I'm in my mid-thirties I get more action than I know what to do with and I actually have to pass up interested girls now because I have a totally hot 21 year old girlfriend and no intention of cheating on her. 1. Keep good personal hygeine.
2. Take pride in your appearance - even if you don't think you look that great, someone else may.
3. Don't ignore opportunities to go out and meet new people. If you get invited to something, go.
4. Expand your mind (with knowledge, not drugs!) and learn new things. It'll make you more interesting to talk to.
5. Be confident and have fun when in public or out and about. Save the crying about loneliness and your lack of being kissed for when you are home alone or with a trusted friend.
6. Don't worry if it keeps not happening, remember it will probably happen when you least expect. When it does, don't blow it by constantly questioning it, just go with the flow.

Mine was with a girl I had a shot with the past year, but never got around to it. So we were both drunk on a school trip and decided to have an "affair" of sorts (I liked another girl, she had a boyfriend).

I finally worked up the courage to ask her out on monday after lunch (I was 14 then, now 15). I remember mulling over the idea of kissing her while eating my Turkey Sub during lunch that Friday. A full stomach must give me courage because I did it after lunch at about the same time I had asked her out. We were talking and I remember looking at the clock, and saying "Shit, it's about time to go to class". She hugged me, said she would see me later and I just grabbed her again and went in, guns blazing.
It only lasted a few short seconds but it was great. After that, I was too nervous to even look at her, so I looked down and sprinted to class without a word.
I remember thinking that she would hate me or something.
