To be honest I think very few people would say "no" to an offer like this. Indeed attractive people will do more, for a lot less money, and without much in the way of cajoling. Video series like "Girls Gone Wild" pretty much made a fortune that way, while it involved increasing staging (for some of it) it actually got started by guys just showing up with recording equipment and saying stuff like "hey your cute, I'll give you $100 if you flash your tits... I'll give you another $100 if you make out with that girl over there"." Sure the guys doing it struck out a few times, but the sheer number of people willing to do it let them fill up videos which they then sold, and they turned it into a pretty big business for a while and got tons of imitators.

For $4k you could hire a couple of hookers, get them to do all kinds of things for (or with) you, and pretty much shoot your own porno.
