I usually do it one handed, grabbing the edges of the lenses with one hand, although I do the bridge thing too.

Really, though, if it starts slipping too much, I take a pair of needle nosed pliers and adjust those suckers, because they're not supposed to do that.

I gently grasp the frame around the left lens with my left pointer or middle finger and thumb and move them into a better position.

Alternatively, I use the middle finger pushing on the bridge method, sometimes using my ring finger instead. Also with my left hand.

Captcha: Are you a financial advisor. No Captcha, I'm not. And even if I were, giving financial advice to a machine is silly.

I just flick my head back so they jump back up. Sometimes people think I'm doing the 'sup' headbob at them, though, which can sometimes get awkward.

I occasionally do this, though I do it sorta like Sam Fisher when he flips his goggles on and off of his eyes without his hands. Otherwise, I don't really have a set way to adjust them.

I hate when in an anime they push up on the lenses. Having worn glasses as far back as I remember, I can vouch that all you'll accomplish is getting your lenses oily. Unless Asians don't have skin oil, in case push away.

It's just me picking whatever's closet to my hand position at the time. If I'm writing I'll just grab my glasses by the edge of my right hand, if my hands are in front of me I'll push up the bridge using my middle finger, and if I can't see at all with my glasses at whatever range I hold it by the edges of the glass itself and adjust them from there. For me, it's all just a logical extension of what my hands are doing at the time I need to adjust them.
