Here are some of the FPS out now or coming soon to PC:Dentedgod said:Yes, as long as you call my wallet my mouth. I left every penny that was going to go to MW2 in my wallet and I will not buy the game. I'm so annoyed that I won't even bother pirating it.
IMHO they picked a really bad time to pull something this stupid. There are a TON of good games out or coming out. For my FPS fix alone I already have Borderlands and next week I'll have L4D2 which and I will have completely forgotten about MW2. That's not even counting Dragon age and a ton of other awesome non-FPS games that are out or coming out.
Just be careful, the FBI have ears and jurisdiction EVERYWHERE, see that penguin outside your window? It's not really a penguin...Pingieking said:I'm in Canada. FBI has no jurisdiction here, and CSIS doesn't seem to care much.danpascooch said:Afraid the FBI might read this thread and illegally use that as grounds to search your computer?Pingieking said:I did.
Since the single player is only 4~5 hours, I'm not even going to pirate it. If a game takes more time for me to pirate than to play, then it's not worth my time to pirate.
(Just kidding. I don't pirate games.)
Ah paranoia, you are so much fun

I think the issue isn't so much that of entitlement, as it is that its a feature that has been a standard in PC gaming up until this point. I think the best possible metaphor would be if automakers decided to remove power steering. Sure, the vehicle itself is still drivable, and there are those of us who would adapt quickly, and even those of us who currently drive vehicles like that as it is. But for those used to power steering, it would severely cripple any enjoyment they may get from driving the car.Macgyvercas said:Seems to me that all the PC gamers are complaining about no dedicated servers when console gamers put up with that issue all the time. Honestly, stop acting like you're entitled to it.

HELL, YEAH, BRO!JeanLuc761 said:After seeing the reviews on the game (from people who actually played the PC version), I think I'll direct my funds towards more worthwhile venues. Bad Company 2, here I come.
Okay, I put my hands up, that's a perfectly valid argument.theSovietConnection said:I think the issue isn't so much that of entitlement, as it is that its a feature that has been a standard in PC gaming up until this point. OT, I'd only been planning on getting MW2 used since I heard about the price hike, though at this point, only one of the two games can get my money at this point, and I have to say EA has really been a company I feel I can support lately.
